“Ty was great! We have always left our dogs at home with family caring for them. It was the first stay for our dogs Ollie & Izzy. Ollie fit in right away but Izzy had some separation anxiety at first. Ty was great with her and gave us daily updates, pictures, & videos. So glad to have found someone like Ty to watch our fur babies. Now we are looking forward to our next trip knowing our dogs are well taken care of. Thanks Ty!”

“Once again Wiley was taken care of excellently. I had pictures throughout the days he was with Jenny and he always looks as if he’s having fun and enjoying the other dogs!”

About: Hello! I’m Laura, and I’m so excited to welcome your four-legged family member into my heart and home. Having grown up with dogs and raised three of my own beloved pups through to their golden years, I know firsthand that dogs aren't just pets—they are cherished family members. Now that my home is a bit quieter, I have a wealth of love, patience, and attention to share with your dog while you are away. Why Choose Me? Lifetime of Experience: I have over 40 years of experience living with and caring for dogs. Senior Dog Care: Having loved three dogs through their entire lives, I am highly comfortable with senior care, gentle pacing, and keeping strict medication and feeding schedules. A Safe, Loving Environment: Your dog will get my full attention, plenty of belly rubs, and a calm, reliable routine that mirrors the comfort they have at home. Whether your pup is an energetic walker or a professional couch cuddler, I adapt to their unique personality and needs. I can't wait to meet your furry best friend and give you peace of mind knowing they are in safe, loving hands! My daily and weekly schedule is very consistent, which makes it easy to provide a reliable, stress-free routine for your dog. During the week, my schedule allows me to easily plan my day around a dog's needs. I am always home for dedicated morning, late afternoon, and evening care. Because my routine is highly structured, I can guarantee regular potty breaks, timely feedings, and medication administration on a strict schedule. My late afternoons, evenings, and weekends are wide open and entirely dedicated to pet care. Whether that means going for relaxed neighborhood walks, playing in the yard, or just offering quiet companionship on the couch, your dog will be a central part of my day. I treat guest dogs like family, fitting them seamlessly into a warm, attentive, and loving daily routine. Safety and comfort are my top priorities, whether a dog is staying with me or I am visiting them in their own home. Having raised three dogs of my own, I know how important a secure and predictable environment is for a pet's peace of mind. In My Home: I maintain a calm, dog-friendly, and completely smoke-free environment. Before any stay, I do a thorough safety sweep to ensure all hazards, cords, or human foods are securely out of reach. Dogs in my care are supervised closely, and I follow a strict double-check policy on all doors and gates when entering or exiting. In Your Home: I treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping it secure, clean, and exactly as you left it. During visits or house sits, I stick closely to your security routines (locking doors, arming alarms) and ensure your dog is safely secured inside before I leave. My Care Philosophy: Tailored to the Dog: I strictly adhere to your specific rules regarding furniture, feeding schedules, and crate training to keep their routine seamless. On-Leash Safety: I always keep dogs securely on-leash during walks and remain highly alert to our surroundings and other animals. Constant Communication: I love sending daily photo updates so you can see firsthand how happy, relaxed, and safe your pup is!

“Karlie took great care of my pup during his stay. He got along well with her dog as well. They got a lot of both play and nap time together! He also came home with a cute bandana! (Thanks again for that). She is responsive, kind and truly loves to care for animals.”

“Wendy and Dean made Duncan’s first nights away from home relaxing for us and a blast for him. They loved him like they love their own dogs, and sent pictures throughout his stay which gave us piece of mind. His stay with them was filled with long walks and loads of playtime with their sweet pups. They are our #1 choice when it comes to boarding.”

“Wonderful! Cooper was well taken care of and loved! Thank you for all of your communication! Janelle and Chris were so positive and kind. Cooper can’t wait to come and visit again😊❤️”

“Emily took care of my 2 cats during the holiday week and provided them with the best care! One of my cata scratched my other cats eye and she made sure to update me on him the entire time and took care of him. She made sure his eye was cleaned out and wiped it multiple times per day!”

“Karlie went above what we asked of her. She treated our girls like they were her own. She loved and took amazing care of them. I will gladly have Karlie take care of my girls again. Like i said you are amazing”

About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s kitties for a couple of years now. I enjoy hanging out and chilling with the cats, playing with toys, giving many treats and giving them their space when needed. I am slightly allergic, but I do take an allergy pill everyday I’m around animals and am mindful when I’m taking care of cats.

About: I grew up with many outdoor cats on my family’s farm. Also, I’ve taken care of many cats belonging to friends and family in the past. Currently, I have one kitty of my own who is the biggest cuddle bug. I work as a nurse, so I am more than willing to administer medications or injections. I have experience with elderly and special needs pets as well.

“Lauren was very helpful, caring, punctual and was a great communicator for her drop in visits for my cat! She literally went the extra mile and walked up my snowy icy driveway when her car couldn’t make it up! My cat is a bit standoffish with new people, but he warmed up to her after just one visit! I will definitely be requesting Lauren to help out with my cat in the future!”

“We highly recommend Brandon for your dog sitting needs. He was thorough and truly cared about taking great care of our furry babies. We will always keep in in mind for upcoming dog sitting needs.”

“Linsie was great! Very communicative and thorough, and made sure to spend time with my two cats. As someone who was a Rover provider myself for a few years before this, I can say she ticked all the boxes!”

About: I have been around cats my whole life. I have 3 cats of my own, two of them are 12 years old. Throughout my life, I have learned so much about what felines need in their lives to be happy and healthy, and I will use that knowledge of care for your fur babies!
About: I have been taking care of pets my entire life! I have a dog of my own and she even had puppies last year! I raised the puppies myself and ensured they went to good homes! I took the time to make sure they were well trained before they went to their forever homes! I usually close at my other job, so I am usually free during any day until around 3 or 4pm! Again, with notice I can make any care needed work! I again have a dog of my own and can ensure that fur baby will be happy and have the company they need! Perfect for high energy dogs - Melrose
“Angela was excellent with my dog, Vaida! Vaida struggles adjusting to new surroundings, but Angela was a pro with her. Angela provided consistent communication & I was able to stay updated throughout the week. It was great to know Vaida was in good hands.”

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We have a fenced yard. We back up to mikes of hiking trails for walks and runs always on leash. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.
“This was our first time using Rover and we had a great experience working with Laura. She was quick to respond and it was easy coordinating our visits with her. The updates she provided gave us peace of mind that our dog Jordy was in good hands for the day. We would definitely work with her again in the future! Jordy seemed happy to spend the day with her in her home.”

“Our Sweet Bella struggles with separation anxiety. We needed to find daycare for her while we were visiting family in La Crescent. Ty did an amazing job at working with her. He was flexible, patient, and did what he could to make her feel comfortable. He kept us informed with how she was doing and was prompt at responding to any messages.”

“This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but my overall experience was positive with AJ. We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. When the day was over we met in the park again and (on time) and my dog was happy to see me. Thumbs up!”

About: I have always had pets in my home my whole life both dogs and cats I am more of a dog person but I absolutely love caring for all animals and I know how difficult it can be depending on the animal my parents most recent dog was a handful he was in and out of several homes before finding his way to ours because of he’s very energetic and sometimes violent behavior but we turned him to a sweetie with time and good training. At first he was rather aggressive towards me and was very difficult to train because of how long he had gone without training which taught me a lot of tricks to deal with a difficult and aggressive dog. I love this job and I hope your pet will enjoy my company as much as I’ll enjoy theirs. I have bathed dogs helped bathe a cat with flees and I’m down to learn anything if you’ll help show me. I do this full time so I am usually always free to offer the most reliable and consistent pet care experience for your pet and I’m always available unless I’m watching other pets. I’d love to do repeat visits to build a better relationship with you and your pet. I do the absolute best of my ability to ensure that your dog feels safe and happy when with me and I hope after meeting me you’re pet is excited to see me again.

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life. Growing up my family had a small hobby farm where we cared for many animals. Since moving out I have owned and helped train multiple working dogs, including the pointer I have now. I have no problem administering medications if needed. I already walk my multiple times a day so your dog will get plenty of exercise. My girlfriend works from home and I have a flexible work schedule so we are available any time you may need. Your dog will always have someone around if they like constant attention! I live in a house with a large, mostly fenced in backyard. My dog has never met someone he doesn't love, and will run/play until he can't stand anymore! Plenty of room for exercise and play!

About: I have had multiple breeds of dogs or cats my whole life. I love all sorts of animals. They are more than a pet, they are family to me. I am working mom that just enjoys helping others out by watching their pets while they are out of town. I work typically 8am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturdays and am available Sunday and Mondays any time. I am flexible. Each pet is different, but typically I make sure the pet is fed and has water. I allow for play time and depending on the weather, for dogs I will take for walks or play outside.
About: I've taken care of a variety of dogs since I was very young. I grew up with labs and I am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I took care of my yellow lab/retriever mix, Blue, for so many years; taking her on long walks, giving her baths, making sure she got along with our neighbor dogs. I also helped out taking care of my neighbor dogs from time to time. After my dog died at the age of 15, my family didn't think we would get another dog. 7 years ago, we got a new puppy, his name is Brooks, and he is a yellow lab. He is very different than our old dog. He has lots of energy, he has ran away a couple times but always came back or we found him, and we lived on 2 acres of land so that helped. He is our first inside dog, so he loves cuddles, treats, sleeping, playing catch and sneaking downstairs where he is not supposed to be. I have lots of experience with dogs and I appreciate and love them very much! I am currently working at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, so I have the summer off. This summer I also work part-time at Festival. During the school year, I have Fridays off and I am done by 5:30pm the other days. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have slower mornings. I can help out throughout the day and on weekends. I live in an apartment building but there is an area with lots of grass and next to the building and around the area. My building doesn’t allow pets so I am not able to house pets at my place, but I can always talk to my landlord.
About: Grew up on a farm with lots of cats and dogs. I have a 15-year-old border collie mix that can no longer go for long walks. Hoping for the opportunity to take some other pups on walks too! I work as a nurse, so I am more than willing to administer medications and injections. Being that I have an elderly dog myself, I am no stranger to senior care or special needs. I currently work as a nurse full-time, but I am available most days to help with taking your dog out or checking in on your kitty. I am available most weekends as well. I cannot offer pet boarding, but I am willing to check in on your furry family members! I am always willing to lend a hand when life gets busy. I can administer CPR, medications, and injections as well.
About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I have a rotating schedule that includes a full week off every third week. I work 5p-3a three days a week (and every third weekend). Just message and we’ll figure something out! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! Cleaning up after myself is a given, as is following any personal house rules. Mine: All of my animals are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication, and I require the same from any animal I keep in my home. They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other. Smoke free home.

About: I have had my own dogs for about 9 years now! They are a golden doodle, a poodle, and a bernedoole! I have experience watching all kinds of dogs and would love to take care of yours! I work as a Nurse in the area so I work 2-3 times a week 12 hour shifts. Those days I wouldn’t be able to help, but am looking to help anyone on my days off! I currently have two dogs at home that I watch in a fenced yard! I have experience working with all kinds of dogs and am able to accommodate according to how you like raising your dogs!
About: I have dogsat ever since I can remember. I have a passion for taking care of animals, and I want nothing more for ever animal to be healthy and loved. I have six dogs, so I have tons of experience taking care of them. I am honest and reliable! I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your animals! I promise to stop by as often as possible. I prioritize animal safety, so your dog will be let out either on a leash or in a fenced in area! I want what is best for them.
About: I grew up on a farm and I have experience with multiple different breeds of animals. I take the time to listen to animals and their body language. I work part time. So i have plenty of extra time to spend and care for your fur baby. Im available Monday to Friday after 2pm and weekends! I have plent of yard space and easy access to walking tails and parks. I do have a dog friendly cat who can keep ur fur baby company
About: I am an animal lover. I have had cats my whole life and dogs for about 20 years total. My "children" are my 3 cats and German Shepherd. I will treat your animal like my own. I do home visits, home stays, and walks. Don't put off your vacation because you don't want to leave your beloved animals. Let me take care of them! Thank you! - Samantha I am currently a remote freelance graphic designer and this allows me to set my own schedule and have flexibility. My husband and I do not currently have children so that also allows me to have a more open schedule without interruptions. I am not a person who has pets without considering their needs and happiness. I play with them, make sure they get medical care, medication, and make sure they feel safe and loved with cuddle time. I know that having a pet is a responsibility and a privilege.
“Linsie is extremely professional and detail-oriented. Her text responses are also super quick and she was able to agree to walk my dog with short notice. I had no problem trusting her with my fur babes. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience.”
