About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We have a fenced yard. We back up to mikes of hiking trails for walks and runs always on leash. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

About: I have always had pets in my home my whole life both dogs and cats I am more of a dog person but I absolutely love caring for all animals and I know how difficult it can be depending on the animal my parents most recent dog was a handful he was in and out of several homes before finding his way to ours because of he’s very energetic and sometimes violent behavior but we turned him to a sweetie with time and good training. At first he was rather aggressive towards me and was very difficult to train because of how long he had gone without training which taught me a lot of tricks to deal with a difficult and aggressive dog. I love this job and I hope your pet will enjoy my company as much as I’ll enjoy theirs. I have bathed dogs helped bathe a cat with flees and I’m down to learn anything if you’ll help show me. About: I've taken care of a variety of dogs since I was very young. I grew up with labs and I am very comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I took care of my yellow lab/retriever mix, Blue, for so many years; taking her on long walks, giving her baths, making sure she got along with our neighbor dogs. After my dog died at the age of 15, my family didn't think we would get another dog. 7 years ago, we got a new puppy, his name is Brooks, and he is a yellow lab. He is very different than our old dog. He has lots of energy, he has ran away a couple times but always came back or we found him, and we lived on 2 acres of land so that helped. He is our first inside dog, so he loves cuddles, treats, sleeping, playing catch and sneaking downstairs where he is not supposed to be. I have lots of experience with dogs and I appreciate and love them very much! I am currently working at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, so I have the summer off. During the school year, I have Fridays off and I am done by 3pm the other days. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have slower mornings. I can help out throughout the day and on weekends. I live in an apartment building but there is an area with lots of grass and next to the building and around the area. My building doesn’t allow pets so I am not able to house pets at my place, but I can always talk to my landlord.

About: What sets me apart? When your pet is in my care (at my home or your own), I make them my priority from start to finish and treat them like my own. When guest dogs are staying in my home I sleep with them in our spare bedroom (no kenneling at night or during the day unless you request I do so) and if I'm house sitting you can rest assured that I will leave your home and pets as good or better than I found them. I never charge extra for walks, playing fetch, taking them on a car ride, or doing an activity they enjoy. In Your Home: I treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping it secure, clean, and exactly as you left it. During visits or house sits, I stick closely to your security routines (locking doors, arming alarms) and ensure your dog is safely secured inside before I leave. About: I’ve pet sit for many friends and many different animals. I am reliable to feed, walk, and potty your animals. I’m comfortable around all animals. I’ve grown up having pets and adore all pets. I am available most days for intermittent care for pets during the week. My work schedule is consistent, 9:30-630 Monday-Friday during the summer and 12-6:30 during the school year. I am a student at UWL so I have classes but normally am able to create a schedule with you around them fairly easy. I have grown up with a very active family because we have always had very active dog breeds, I love taking them for walks/runs and would love to do the same for your pet. I have no problems staying in and playing with toys as well if that’s what your pet prefers. I also have grown up with cats and am willing to care for them as well.

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and have always had at least one dog in my home. My 2-year-old boy, Bentley, loves playing in our fenced-in yard and relaxing in the pool on sunny days! I work full-time, so I am doing this because I truly enjoy helping others, loving on your family member, and creating a fun, safe space for play, comfort, and care. I am available nights and weekends. I am doing this for fun, outside of my full-time job. Happy to be flexible and accommodate as much as I can. Bentley and I frequent our fenced in back yard, go to the park, regular walks and play with his many toys throughout our home. I also have several dog beds. My dogs are able to go on all furniture as well.
