Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: I am a proud dog owner/parent who loves spending time with my two Frenchies. I love to have doggy friends come over and spend quality time playing, snuggling, and relaxing. I am currently doing consulting work from home in a part time basis and have a very flexible schedule. I can do doggy daycare during the week as well as some weekends. The house have a fenced backyard that is very safe for our dogs and our house is doggy proof. I have crates too if that is your preference, otherwise your pup will be inside the house with us.

About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.
About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. I have 2 young kids that are 2 and 3 years old and my other 2 are 9 and 12. I always make sure that my pets and anyone else's pets are fed at a certain time, made sure they get their walks and exercise, but also make sure they get their cuddle time as well. I also make sure that they have water on hand at all times.

The pups were comfortable to walk away from us with her which says a lot. She cleared the hike in advance and kept in touch with us. About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. I had a beloved toy poodle named Seven for 15 years, who was truly the best dog and a cherished member of our family. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a big part of my daily routine. I currently have three dogs and five cats, so I’m very comfortable handling multiple pets with different personalities and needs. About: I've taken care of dogs and all sorts of pets while growing up on a farm. I've also been both an overnight house sitter and dog groomer for a professional dog breeder. I do not currently have dogs with me since I’m a student but I have plenty of long breaks throughout the day as well as non-eventful nights which gives me plenty of time for pet care. Back home, I would do my farm chores and care for my animals twice a day on average but I also like to spend some extra time out there most days. About: I love all animals! At home, I currently have a feisty tabby cat, and the sweetest Akita around❤️ Both require lots of love, time, and attention, but life wouldn’t be the same without them. Prior to starting on this app, I have gained experience, in the past, when I was employed as a dog sitter at a local daycare in Wisconsin Dells. I also have done yearly sitting jobs up to a week for various neighbors around town for foster dogs of all ages, and breeds, and cats! I currently have a part-time job. I consistently work on the weekends from 8:00am to 2pm on Saturdays, and Sundays. Occasionally I pick up extra shifts during the weekdays, but shifts are consistent to 5 hour increments. If I have any extra shifts scheduled, I will be sure to inform you prior to my stay. I am more than willing to come in between those times. I do not currently open my own home as I have a large Akita that requires to be the spotlight. But when stating client homes, I am open to the majority of situations. I ask that if your pet requires special instructions, or precautions, list them clearly, and I will work around them!

I’m happy to accommodate a range of pet parent preferences! From dog walking to house sitting to administering medications, I am confident in my ability to keep your pet baby happy, healthy, and well loved whenever you need the support! I currently nanny from 12:30-4:30 Monday-Friday, so I have a lot of free time to come and spend with your pet! I’m happy to go for morning or afternoon walks, or fill whatever role you need fulfilled during my open schedule! I will come to your home after we discuss what expectations you have for pet care :) I’ll happily keep your pet company while keeping them safe and healthy and well cared for!
About: I am a loving, compassionate, and reliable person that has a love for animals. I am also athletic and can take your puppy companion for a jog! I have unlimited availability for pet care. The only time I am not available is at 3pm, when I pick up my two pet loving children from school. I also have a dog that love to play and tire each other out. I have two large crates if dogs need to be crated.

“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

When informing him about the issues and the shedding problem , there were no hesitations on what needs to be done to keep up with the grooming. You should have no worries when you hire this person.
