About: I have a dog of my own and I’ve done boarding, drop ins and walks before. I’ve grown up with dogs in the house and have watched family friends dogs numerous amounts of times. I currently work full time (8-4:30) during the week, but can do evenings on week days and any time during weekends! I am very flexible and can make anything work! I can abide by whatever schedules/routines you have in place. If your dog likes to socialize, my dog would be a great buddy! I understand dogs need to follow certain rules and need to be let out/fed in a timely manner.
“Edith was so amazing. We knew right from the beginning that she would take care of our baby. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Everything went so smoothly, I wouldn't worry one bit about booking. Thank you again! -Anne & Anthony”

We would absolutely recommend her and would trust her with Parker again!”

“Jenny and her family did an excellent job watching Teddy and giving him the best experience during the holidays. “Amazing as always, goes above and beyond for my kitties. Lots of people can drop in to reliably feed or medicate your pets, what sets Iva and Eduardo’s care apart is that they not only take care of your pet’s physical needs, but also spend fun quality time with them to meet their emotional/social needs while you’re away. It is such a relief knowing my pets are both exceedingly well cared for, and are also having a blast getting to play all of their favorite games !”

“Natalie was great! She made me feel comfortable leaving my cat and kept me updated on how she was doing. She sent lots of pictures and Ginger seemed happy and well cared for when I came home. She also handled some of Ginger's spicier behaviors super well.”

“We have a hard time leaving our elderly cat alone but Michelle made the experience easier. She sends detailed notes and pictures and can also administer medication! We know our cat was not just cared for but loved while we were away. Thank you Michelle for your kindness and attentiveness.”

“Steve took great care of our cats while we were out of town, he stopped by and made sure they had everything they needed and sent good pictures while we were away. Would recommend.”

“Janay is kind, responsive, and great with cats! She has taken care of my two boys twice now, and the experience has been wonderful each time. She takes the time to understand your pets' needs and gives detailed updates on how they're doing. I had to book the most recent visits very last minute, and she was super understanding, which I greatly appreciated. I'd trust her to take care of my cats any time :)”

“Jennifer took great care of my cat Strudel. I was on my first vacation away from my cat and Jennifer’s consistent updates and photos helped reassure me she was in good care. Despite being a very shy and cautious cat, Strudel actually warmed up to Jennifer fairly quickly, which was very nice to see too! Overall, I’m very happy with the care Jennifer provided for my cat!”

“Mandy is amazing! I would definitely trust her to take care of my cat again. She provides very detailed and funny reports and takes lots of pictures and videos too. Thanks Mandy!”

“Alliyah watched our 15 y/o dog for 12 days while we were on spring break. She was easy to schedule with and communicative. Georgie seemed to really enjoy her visits and we recommend her!”

“Anna did an incredible job taking care of our house and our cats! She asked great questions that showed she really cared, she sent updates every day, she navigated some unique care instructions really well, she left the house nice and tidy, and our cats seem to be in good spirits. I would definitely book with her again.”

“It was our first time leaving our kitty for an extended period of time - Anna took excellent care of our girl! She eased my worries with frequent text and photos updates and was very patient getting to know our cat. We also ran into some technical issues (on my end) and Anna was very flexible! We are so grateful for her.”

“Austin was great! He came over and met the cats before he took the job and we discussed any concerns we have. He gave us pictures of the kitties every time he took care of the cats, played with our youngest kitty every time, and was very understanding when we got the dates of our trip wrong. He even took in the recycling container that we left out and a giant Chewy box (which we were not expecting!). Will definitely consider hiring Austin again in the future if needed! :)”

“I was so happy that Whitney was available for a return engagement with 'my girls.' I left with absolute confidence that my cats and my home would be lovingly cared for and I wasn't disappointed. I can't recommend Whitney highly enough. She's kind, considerate, dependable and thorough. I hope that our schedules will always be in sync so that I can leave my girls and home in her capable hands when I need to be away. Thank you, Whitney!”

“Fanny provided much peace of mind as I was out of town! She was prompt about checking in on Rover when she swung by, so I always knew what was going on. Getting great pictures really calmed me down about having to leave my youngest for a few days just a week after her spay! Of course, all the regular stuff like food and litter was done too. I would recommend Fanny to others looking for drop-ins.”

“Sidney was on time, easy to communicate with, and took exceptional care of our cat! We were able to find a schedule that worked for both parties, and we received photo and text updates for each visit. Sidney is our new favorite pet sitter in the area!”

About: I’ll care for your pet like they’re my own! I have always had at least one pet in my life and I know that they are important members of the family. I have experience caring for cats and dogs from the puppy/kitten stage through the senior years. I have fostered over 15 cats through the humane society and have experience administering oral medications. I have a very flexible schedule. I am generally available for drop-in visits at any time. I can work with you to set up the schedule that works best for you and your pet. I’m excited to meet your furry family member and give them all the pets, treats, play, and care they deserve! As a traveling pet parent myself, I know how important communication is. You can expect frequent updates and photos. My own dog is a bit of an escape artist, so you can rest assured that I will make sure your pets are supervised and that your home is always secured. Please note that I cannot offer litter box cleaning at this time.
“Jess was fabulous. We felt so confident leaving our pets in her care and were not disappointed. We are looking forward to our next trip and being able to work with Jess again.”

“We really appreciated Hannah. She was prompt and professional and showed immense comfort around my 3 dogs who had never been let out by someone they didn't know. I'd use her every time!”

About: Hi! I’m Hanna, a dedicated animal lover offering dependable, affectionate care for your pets. I am a mom to my dog Asuna and two cats, Riya and Ruma. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or just some extra playtime and cuddles, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, love, and attention to detail. I understand that every animal has their own personality and routine, and I’m committed to making them feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Let’s connect and give your pet the care they deserve! I'm currently working full-time, but have lots of flexibility to keep your dog or cat happy :) I love walks and going to the dog park if that is what your dog likes! I treat my dog and two cats like they run the house, because they truly do. I like to take long walks, short walks, like to play with dogs, and snuggle with cats (or not if they don't like cuddling).

About: I am a previous dog owner and current cat mom. I grew up watching dog and cat training shows on TV and going to in person purebred dog and cat show events. I enjoy spending my time with furry friends. I'm a in-home caregiver to my mom so I have lots of time to take care of your pet. I have weekly events on Sundays and Wednesdays, but can easily work around those times. I have a long line for when your pet is outside and lots of patio seating to supervise and play with your pet the whole time. I also have a crate for indoor use.
“Jenny and Darin were great! They provided updates throughout the day and took great care of our slightly anxious puppy :) Will definitely book with them again!”

“Gen hosted our pup on his first birthday and went out of her way to make him feel special on his big day. It definitely put this worrying puppy mom at ease knowing he was having such a fantastic time with Sasha and Gen while we were gone. His face always perks up when we pull into their driveway and he never wants to leave!”

“Kristin and Bruce provided exceptional daycare services. My senior dog initially had anxiety being in a different home. Kristen and Bruce were very attentive and made her feel comfortable.”

“Martha is so great, she accommodated us last minute which was so helpful! She sent update pictures which I really appreciate! Uma was in great care and had fun with her boys. They took her for walks and played with her. I’d recommend Martha and her family :)”

About: Dogs are a huge part of my life! Before moving to Wisconsin, I owned and operated a dog walking and overnight boarding business in Maryland for two years. These days, I spend much of my time fostering dogs for a local rescue, helping them decompress, learn home life, and get ready for their forever families. With three personal dogs, I’m very comfortable managing a multi-dog household and all the different personalities that come with it. I’ve cared for everything from energetic, playful pups to seniors who prefer a cozy spot on the couch, as well as rescue dogs who need extra patience, structure, or time to feel comfortable. Fostering has taught me that there really isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to dogs. I pay close attention to body language, respect boundaries, make thoughtful introductions, and adjust my approach based on what each individual dog needs. I also know how hard it can be to leave your dog behind and wonder how they’re doing. You can expect daily updates from me, including plenty of photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is settling in and what they’ve been up to. My goal is to give your dog a safe, comfortable, fun place to stay—and give you the peace of mind that they’re with someone experienced, attentive, and who truly gets dogs. Pet care fits very naturally into my everyday life. I’m a stay-at-home mom to a middle schooler and work remotely part-time, which means I’m home quite a bit and have plenty of flexibility to give the animals in my care lots of attention, love, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and downtime. With three resident dogs—a 70 lb senior mix, a 2-year-old Boston Terrier, and a 1-year-old English Bulldog/French Bulldog mix—and all three started out as fosters who never left! I continue to foster regularly and work very closely with a local dog rescue, so welcoming another dog into our routine is something the dogs are very accustomed to. Dogs staying with us aren't spending the day alone waiting for someone to come home from work. I'm around throughout the day to keep an eye on everyone, accommodate individual routines, and provide plenty of attention (or a cozy place to nap, if that's more their speed!). Pet care is genuinely part of my everyday life, and I love it that way. Here, pets are treated like part of the family. My dogs are kennel trained, but they're also welcome throughout the home—including on the furniture and beds. I'm happy to follow your lead, though! If your dog sleeps in a crate, follows certain house rules, eats on a specific schedule, or isn't allowed on furniture at home, I'll do my best to keep their routine consistent. I live in a large apartment, so all outdoor time is supervised and on leash. I'm very comfortable with puppies and their extra needs, including frequent potty breaks, potty pads, crate training, and the general chaos that comes with puppyhood! I have extra crates that can accommodate dogs up to approximately 75–80 lbs, plus more dog beds and toys than any household probably needs. If your pet has food or environmental allergies, please let me know. I am very accustomed to managing allergies and am happy to follow specific instructions regarding food, treats, medications, or environmental triggers. Because your dog will share our home with my husband, middle-school-aged child, and our three resident dogs, dogs staying with us must be comfortable with older children, men, and other dogs. I take introductions and dog body language seriously and want every animal in the house—yours and mine—to feel safe and comfortable. While others do live in the home, I will be the caregiver for any other animals. For care in your home, I'll follow your lead. You know your pets and their routine best, and my goal is to keep things as familiar and consistent as possible while you're away. I'm also happy to care for more than just dogs during in-home visits—cats and other household pets are welcome, too! Whether your pet stays with us or I care for them in their own home, I'll treat their individual routine as exactly that: individual. Some pets want to be your shadow, some want nonstop playtime, and some would prefer that I serve dinner promptly and otherwise respect their personal space. I'm good with all three!
About: Since I was little I’ve taken care of many pets! People have relied on me when out of town many times for a puppy and older dogs. I’ve bathed dogs, cut their hair, given medicine, etc.. No matter what it says on here I am always taking new pets! Sometimes this app randomly changes my availability or accessibility. Please ALWAYS REACH OUT!!! I am a student but in my free time i love to take care of and hangout with peoples animals! I am still figuring out pricing! I will respect your home and pet. I will play with them outside if they have a yard and make sure they feel loved. I will always be responsible and take great care of them.
“Robert is super nice and very communicative. We also appreciated his accommodating a last minute date change due to weather conditions. Our dog Ace had a great day!”

“Michelle is spectacular! This was my first Rover experience and I was quite concerned my pup wasn't going to cooperate with a (relative) stranger for a walk BUT from the moment they met for a Meet and Greet Michelle was his friend. It's obvious she truly loves dogs and I know mine loves the time they spend together. I strongly recommend Michelle to any Rover user and will recommend this app to friends.”

About: I’ve worked with dogs through volunteering at animal shelters for over 12 years. I have experience fostering dogs of all ages, and I am Fear Free certified. I don’t have a dog myself yet, so I’ll love and care for your pup as though they are my own! I work full-time, so I am outside of the home 8+ hours on weekdays. I can provide care in the morning before work and in the evening after work, and on weekends. I am available most holidays as well. I make sure to earn the trust of every animal I work with, which includes respecting their boundaries as we are getting to know each other. That being said, I’ll make sure your pet gets the food, exercise, and attention they need to feel safe and happy while you are away.
About: What sets me apart is my genuine love and understanding of dogs. I've had the privilege of caring for my 10-year-old dog, Splash, which has taught me the importance of patience, trust, and routine. In addition, in the past, I have had a few repeat clients that I saw weekly as well as additional as-needed clients. I have experience with drop-ins, walks, and house sitting for multiple days. I truly care about your dog’s well-being and will treat them like my own, providing a safe, loving, and playful environment! I have a full-time job with 1-2 work from home days depending on the week. I can be available in the morning, mid-day, afternoon, or evening on the weekends and certain week days. Happy to work with you to fit the needs of you and your pet:). In my home or your dog's home, I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment. I will stick to routines that your dog is familiar with (feeding times, walks, playtime, etc.) to keep them feeling secure. My goal is to ensure they feel loved and cared for, just like they would with their own family. I currently live in an apartment in downtown Madison, therefore I do not have a yard for your fur baby to play in. However, I have a handy mom van with me to take to any pre-approved parks or any other destinations that you and I would discuss!
About: My pet-sitting experiences include looking after both cats and dogs day to day and for extended periods of time. When taking care of cats, I make sure they have clean water and food at all times; keep their environment clean; watch over them and see if they are healthy; and interact with them by playing with them on a daily basis. I also have experience caring for dogs of various sizes and energy levels. Making sure their fed, walked, groomed, and cleaning up any messes/ their environment. In addition always making sure they have access to clean drinking water and providing plenty of playtime and attention. I occasionally take care of a family friend’s dog who has arthritis. I help keep her comfortable through gentle massages, giving her medication as directed, and hand-feeding her when necessary. In doing so, I learned to be patient and attentive in caring for an animal's individual needs. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals. I always go the extra mile into taking good care of animals, ensuring their safety, and comfort in the absence of their owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own and doing everything I can to ensure their happiness. I am extremely flexible with regards to my schedule, and can be available for the most part of the day. I wake up early, so feeding and taking the animals for walk won't be a problem at all. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I value their safety, trust, and maintaining a calm and familiar environment for their pet. It is important for me to carefully follow all the instructions concerning their feeding schedule, treatment, taking medication, and other specific care. It goes without saying that I make sure that the pets receive proper meals and have clean water to drink. I also try to keep the house as clean as possible, including litter boxes for cats and any messes that may occur. I also observe the pets to ensure everything seems normal and they’re healthy. I believe that building trust with both pets and owners is essential, I’ll always provide them with updates and photographs about the current condition of the pets. My goal is to make sure their pet is cared for and mostly importantly happy.

“Ashley does a great job with my anxious 70lb pittie and really pushes him to walk far (which is something we normally do). She’s punctual and reliable. I’m so lucky to have found her!!”

“Aliyah responded very quickly to my request for dog walking while I couldn't get my 2 large fur babies out. She was kind, quick to bond with them, lovely to chat with and although it was a splurge for me it definitely feels worth it. The dogs liked her immediately, which isn't always the case with our oldest, more shy Sheepadoodle. As I write this, they are spread out on the floor tired, so goal met. I'll definitely ask for Aliyah's help again.”

“Austin is reliable, flexible, and overall great to work with. He does a great job with my large reactive dog, and I definitely will continue to book with him in the future. Thanks Austin!”

About: Caring for dogs isn't just something I do. It's something I'm genuinely passionate about. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, from young puppies learning routines to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to get to know each pet's unique needs. I'm comfortable with feeding schedules, administering oral medications, crate training, basic puppy training, leash walking, playtime, and providing plenty of love and attention. I'm also attentive to changes in behavior or health and believe it's important to catch anything unusual early and communicate it with owners right away. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I make it my priority to provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where they feel comfortable. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. Communication is very important to me. I'll provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands. My goal is to care for every pet as if they were my own and give owners complete peace of mind. Pet care is already a major part of my daily routine. My day is structured around caring for dogs, so adding walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or boarding fits naturally into my schedule. Because I'm already following consistent routines for feeding, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, and cleaning, I'm able to provide dependable, attentive care throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve rather than leaving them alone for long periods. Whether your pet needs a consistent routine, extra exercise, medication, or simply companionship, I'm committed to making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I make sure every pet is in a clean, secure, and calm environment where they can feel relaxed and stress-free. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I pay close attention to behavior and overall well-being so I can quickly notice if something seems off and communicate right away. In my care, pets are never left unattended for long periods. I supervise interactions, provide structured playtime, and ensure a safe environment at all times—especially when introducing pets to new surroundings or other animals. I also respect the client’s home fully when providing in-home care, keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as I found it. I understand how important trust is when someone allows you to care for their pet or enter their home, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable, while giving owners complete peace of mind through clear communication and reliable care.

I typically provide care in your home to help keep your pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I can also welcome your furry family members into my home for stays of up to two days, if needed. In the future, hope to create a doggy sanctuary, so I can have many dogs of my own to love and care for every day. I just love dogs & cats & all animals! Value open and clear communication with owners to better care for their pets and to build healthy relationships between us all. My availability has some flexibility, so contact me to discuss! Recently retired and looking forward to devoting time and energy doing things I love, including caring for and building bonds with furry friends. Prefer scheduling ahead of time but will do my best to accommodate same-day requests. All care will be provided according to your instructions. For daycare service provided at my home, I would take dogs out on leash at regular intervals because my yard is un-fenced. Kitties and doggies are loved and treated with kindness and respect.
“Michelle is great!! My dog is very shy and slow to warm up to people so I was worried about finding someone to walk him while we are at work but Michelle has been awesome!”

“Anaya was wonderful with our two dogs. She was always on time and provided timely responses to questions and updates on our fur babies. We would love to have her take care of our dogs again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and fish since childhood. I’ve cared for toy breeds to extra large dogs (tea cups yorkies to mastiffs!), individual cats to families with 5+ feline family members. I have experience with puppy obedience (consistent/incremental/positive reinforcement), senior care, and varying levels of energy. I’ve worked with shy pets and incredibly social pets. Teach me about your pet and I will provide as consistent of care as possible while you’re away. I have a predictable schedule in my personal life and I am able to plan and design a pet care schedule with your routines in mind. I will make every effort to ensure clear, manageable expectations are communicated in advance so all parties are satisfied. I will follow routines and practices as close to the established routines to which your pet has grown accustomed. I understand this can vary greatly by family and appreciate clear communication.

“Stephanie was great! She was easy to work with, took fantastic care of our pup. Our girl wasn't sure she wanted to leave. She sent lots of pictures and provided a fun and active environment. Would highly recommend!”

“Fabulous! Mack gave her 4 paws up and he would have given her more but he only has 4 paws. He has been online trying one to buy me more airline trips so he can go back to Steph and live the good life. Can’t praise her enough. Deb Spencley”

“Lindsay took great care of my dog, Taydo. Long walks, snoozes on her couch, and photos to keep me updated. I believe LIndsay to be completely trustworthy which is really important for a pet sitter.”

“We had a great experience with Maria watching Parker! She sent daily updates, texts, and photos, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel like he was getting the same love and attention he gets at home. Parker was very well taken care of and seemed to settle right in. She was incredibly responsive, caring, and attentive throughout his stay. We would absolutely recommend her and would trust her with Parker again!”

“Our three dogs had a great night with Allison! She was easy to work with and laid back. Dogs got to chill on the couch, luxury access to special beds and blankets. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Ryan and Martha did a great job making Lucy feel comfortable and welcome in their home. They sent updates and photos to let us know how she was doing. We recommend their services.”

“Michelle did a fantastic job watching our doggy James! Super friendly and very easy to work with and flexible around our schedule. Her and her family were a pleasure to meet and made the entire experience easy. We are very happy and will absolutely book with her again!”

“Elmer absolutely loved staying with Manjusha and Midhun. They sent so many wonderful updates and photos, and kept him well entertained. He was only slightly disappointed to be leaving them to come back home with us 😋. I'd definitely book with them again! Easy to communicate with and flexible with scheduling.”

“Gen and Sasha were great and helpful, like always. Gen pays excellent attention to whoever is on board and keeps us updated all the time. Will come back when needed and she is highly recommended!”

“Robert was awesome! Very communicative and flexible with drop off and pick up and has a great place for dogs to stay. Sent frequent updates and pictures. Will definitely be using Robert in the future”

“Da Yeon is amazing! We’ve booked with her a couple times and long story short, our dog likes her more than us. She’s flexible, kind and includes our dog in her outings so he can get some time outdoors. Highly recommend!”

“Rona took excellent care of Basie and Mimi while we were away! She sent us regularly updates of the doggies sleeping, eating, and playing and she made sure that they wore their sweaters when they went outside in the chilly weather. Definitely would book again, she's amazing!”

“Such a treat to have Duane & Lauren take care of my pup, Rapha while I was away. They are very responsive and attentive to the needs of both owner and doggie. Thank you!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and we were very pleased. ***** We had a meet & greet before booking and I could tell right away that Lucy Liu would be taken care of and left in good hands. 🩷 Hanna was amazing with our 8 month old Shih Tzu. She also would keep us updated and sent pictures to let us know how our sweet girl was doing. We will definitely be booking with Hanna and Sadie (her sweet 3 yr old Boxer) again!!! 🩷🐾🩷 PS.. She also taught Lucy Liu to finally conquer going up stairs, YaY! Thank you again!! Kelli & Tony and Lucy Liu”

“Lee was great with our high-energy dogs. They clearly had a lot of fun in his large fenced-in yard, and Lee provided pictures and updates daily! He was also very responsive and flexible when our travel plans changed”

“We needed a last-minute booking for a funeral out of town and Austin responded immediately and was especially understanding the type of care for an energetic frenchie puppy and 2 year old Frenchie. Great west side location and I know my babies were taken well care of they came back happy and on scheduled time. Will definitely be booking again soon!”
