“Karen's facility was a perfect home-away-from-home for our pup Kinley. There was lots of room for play and great surroundings on the farm to keep her curious and happy. Everything was well maintained - safe and clean. Most importantly Kinley got lots of socialization with other dogs and with Karen herself. I highly recommend Karen as she loves dogs, is easy to work with, and responds very quickly to all questions. She sent a few pictures throughout the stay that helped us relax on our vacation because we could see how well Kinley was being cared for.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Candi and the care she took with our two dogs. I’ve never felt so comfortable with “boarding” my dogs while I was gone for a long trip. I knew they were being treated like part of her family. She sent videos and pictures to keep me updated. My big dog ended up having some stomach issues and Candi didn’t skip a beat. We called my vet and she picked up some meds and got her back on track. Her four dogs were great with mine - they had such a blast. Not sure who enjoyed the vacation more, me or the dogs. I recently moved to a large property in the country, that is a short 35 minute drive from Madisons west side. I have a acer that is completely fenced in and I am more than happy to offer pick up and drop off to the west side of Madison. I'm professional trained as a dog groomer, worked professionally for over 6 years as a groomer, dog trainer and doggie daycare provider. I have also worked as a vet assistant for 2 years in Denver Colorado. I was a volunteer at two different Humane Society's for over 12 years. I have fostered, rehabilitated and Rehoused 15 dogs most with serious behavioral issues. About: Hello pet parents! This is Avery and you are probably here to find someone who will take care of your pet(s) just like you would. I am your person! I have grown up with dogs my entire life ranging from miniature dachshunds to saint bernards! I have experience from watching family and friends pets to taking special care of my two puppers. I have also volunteered a great deal of time at my former city’s local humane society walking and playing with all different breeds of dogs. I know how stressful it can be finding someone to care for pets during the busy days, so I would love to help others not have to worry so much because I’ve been there! I have two doggos of my own, Lola and Arthur. I’ve had Lola since I was 15 and she went through my college years and now into adulthood and Arthur later joined us. Joseph (Jay) is my partner who also shares our Rover account due to living in the same household. He joined because the account too because if we have people’s pets over, we want them to be comfortable with both of us! Or if you have two dogs that need care we can both come over and give them individual attention, depending on your preferences. I am opening up my schedule for boarding pet care- currently for small dogs only. I am also open to drop in visits on week day afternoons and some weekends- Mount Horeb only. We follow a consistent routine of going out and exploring. We walk in the morning and night with potty breaks in between every 3-4 hours. About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was little, between dogs, cats, reptiles, and even farm animals such as dairy cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I have open availability so I can take pets anytime and any day.
