About: I absolutely love animals and would be happy to meet your pet and take care of him/her. I have lived with everything from huskies to geckos so I know my fair share around animals. Additionally, I previously volunteered at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, at which I worked in the wildlife department to help care for the animals and spent time in college handling wild animals. I have dealt with many incidents involving my dog so am prepared to jump into action if they get into trouble. I am young so long walks are no problem. My current experience for sitting pets has been with dogs, cats, goats, tortoises, chickens, and fish. As a fellow animal lover, I know how important a pet can be. He/she is a family member, and that is why I will give him/her the attention and love they deserve while you are away. Whether going on a walk in the park to discover new scents, or comforting your pet during a thunder storm, I will be as responsive to his/her needs as if the pet were my own. Additional Update: I spent 8 months working at an Emergency Veterinary Clinic where I learned a great deal about working with dogs/cats and am able to perform basic CPR should your pet require it. I work from home (teaching online) so my schedule is rather flexible. I have availability during the day to drop-in or take your pet on a walk. I have reliable transportation that also accommodates pet travel. I always keep safety in mind when taking care of another living creature, and have experience with environmental concerns like skunks, traffic, and even other dogs. My wildlife knowledge also plays into this as taking a pet to a park can sometimes mean stumbling into a predator. About: Hello! Recently back on Rover after years of privately established clients have since passed on and/or I myself have moved away. I have been in the pet care industry for 10 years and had dogs my whole life. They are my passion! I’ve watched dozens of fur babies over the years and would love to begin again for new clients! I’ve worked at boarding facilities, a dog bar, a training facility and now I am a veterinary technician! I have had and cared for many dogs through the years, but my own two are what I’d call a bit “special” one has a genetic back problem and the other has idiopathic epilepsy. So I’m very familiar with very specific care needs and that’s why I’d be happy to open my home to more special needs and senior dog care! There are some size or energy level restrictions due to my dogs back but I am open to meet and greets for all sized dogs! As you may be able to tell by my photos… I certainly do have a special love for dachshunds as well. 💙 I included some testimonials from my recent non rover clients from when I lived in Charleston SC in my photos as well! I typically work three 5 hour shifts during the week and two 10 hour shifts with very sparse weekends! Situationally I can also bring your fur baby to work with me and/or come home mid day for potty breaks on the longer days! If given enough time in advanced I can try to cater my work schedule for your pups as well! When your pet comes into our home they will be treated as if they are one of our own. I have worked in the boarding setting and have had nightmares happen with my own dogs being in the care of others so I treat each animal as if they were mine. Usually dogs coming into our home are given their own space in a spare room, with or without a kennel depending on preference with their belongings and food so they have their own space. I have been able to accommodate smaller dogs sleeping in our bedroom if that is preferred but it usually depends on the comfort of the dog. We are equipped with ramps for beds and couches and comfy dog beds everywhere. We do have mostly carpet and minimal stairs which is great for our arthritic senior dogs. When it comes to potty breaks it is full preference of the pet parent for them to be on a long line, off leash, or regular leash walk but potty times are very regular!
About: I have had pets all my life and we love having furry friends come for play dates with our dog. We have watched several friends dogs for the day as well as for longer term. Though I am new to sitting on Rover , we have used Rover and want to provide in home sitting in our area. My husband and I are retired so someone is always home most of the time. We take walks about every 4 hours and have a fenced back yard (as well as a kennel area) if pups need get a bit of run around time. Our dog (Pip) loves to walk around the park or play in the back yard. Pip, our dog, loves to play with friends of all sizes and shares toys well. We allow pets on the furniture, but not in the bed. We do have a couple crates if they are needed so you don’t need to bring your own. We would feed pups in separate spaces and have lots of treats to share if your pup can have treats.

About: I am a young energetic dog owner of two 1 year-old puppies that have high energy and love to play in our big fenced in backyard. About: I've taken care of cats since I was a little girl, a long time ago. We had kittens, tom cats, and even a very large cat named Casey. I loved them all. My daughter's cat sleeps with me when I am there. My son's cats will lie on my computer. My family and clients' cats love to be brushed, pet, and given treats. Litter boxes are kept clean, and water dishes are cleaned daily. I would love to come sit with your cat. Most important is that they stay in their home environment without any disruption. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, horses, goats, cows etc since I was little. I worked at the Crivitz Countryside Veterinary Clinic for 5 years right out of high school. I want to help others with their pets needs just as I would want the help in return. I live in Shawano, but work in Howard/Green Bay Mon-Friday. I’m able to take care of pet needs in either location, anywhere in between, or slightly past those points! 😊❤️ On weekends I have more availability to do multiple drop in visits and more frequent dog walks. Daycare/Boarding is convenient for nonstop snuggles, chit chats, fetch, walks, treats, and a watchful eye on your fur babies. 10 acres with a pond/river wooded backyard. I have one dog who is high energy, but independent enough to do her own thing. She loves to play fetch, walk the trails in the woods, and car rides. I will always introduce my dog to yours through a baby gate, once they get smells/intro’s over with I like to have them meet outside for a potty break, this method takes the protective instincts away. Guards come down. A little trick I learned from working at the Vet Clinic that hasn’t let me down yet. I can keep them separate from one another also if you wish/request. Though my dog is a fixed/spayed female. I have a split level 4 bedroom house that allows a lot of space in the two living room areas in case your pet prefers their own space to eat/protective. I live 8 min from the Shawano dog park and less than 5 min from the dog beach.

I work full time in Marinette, but I go home every lunch break and after work for playtime and potty breaks with my dog. I work 4 days per week so weekends are wide open for full days of fun! About: I absolutely love animals and would be happy to meet your pet and take care of him/her. I have lived with everything from huskies to geckos so I know my fair share around animals. Additionally, I previously volunteered at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, at which I worked in the wildlife department to help care for the animals and spent time in college handling wild animals. I have dealt with many incidents involving my dog so am prepared to jump into action if they get into trouble. I am young so long walks are no problem. My current experience for sitting pets has been with dogs, cats, goats, tortoises, chickens, and fish. As a fellow animal lover, I know how important a pet can be. He/she is a family member, and that is why I will give him/her the attention and love they deserve while you are away. Whether going on a walk in the park to discover new scents, or comforting your pet during a thunder storm, I will be as responsive to his/her needs as if the pet were my own. Additional Update: I spent 8 months working at an Emergency Veterinary Clinic where I learned a great deal about working with dogs/cats and am able to perform basic CPR should your pet require it. I work from home (teaching online) so my schedule is rather flexible. I have availability during the day to drop-in or take your pet on a walk. I have reliable transportation that also accommodates pet travel. I always keep safety in mind when taking care of another living creature, and have experience with environmental concerns like skunks, traffic, and even other dogs. My wildlife knowledge also plays into this as taking a pet to a park can sometimes mean stumbling into a predator. My experience working at a Veterinary Clinic expanded my skills and knowledge of dogs and cats alike.

About: I am a young energetic dog owner of two 1 year-old puppies that have high energy and love to play in our big fenced in backyard. I have also taken care of pets since I was young and grew a passion for it! I do make the schedule for the shop I work at and the partner I live with is the owner of the shop, so we are able to work around the needs of clients as well as the needs for our own dogs. I have a fenced in yard that has plenty of space for the dogs to run around in and two friendly dogs that love other dogs. I am also willing to navigate around people’s feeding schedules or daily routines that are made for their dogs as well!

About: I have cared for dogs of my own as well as for family friends since I could drive myself! I have raised puppies through senior aged dogs, and have experience with dogs of all sizes! I personally have a 1 year old female Lab mix who would love friends to play with! Her name is Jane, and she is my whole world! She attends K9 basics in Peshtigo weekly, so she is very well trained and socialized. I will care for your animals like I do my own! I work full time in Marinette, but I go home every lunch break and after work for playtime and potty breaks with my dog. I work 4 days per week so weekends are wide open for full days of fun! I will follow your specific feeding and bathroom schedule to the absolute best of my ability! My dog gets at least a half hour long walk on the days she doesn’t attend daycare. Pets are welcome on the furniture, but I will respect your rules if that is not allowed for your pet.
