About: I’ve always grown up and helped take care of family pets. I had mostly big dogs growing up. There’s no breeds that I’m really scared of or anything like that. I currently have two pets now one is a seven month Alaskan malamute and one is a one year-old domestic short hair. I only work two days a week and my job is pretty flexible so I’ll have really any time to be able to give your dog or cat all the love and attention that they need I will do what the pet parent says to do on guidance for the pet. I have had experience with kennel training lease training all of that if you have a fenced in yard, I’ll it’ll be better.

About: I've cared for dogs of various breeds, sizes and ages for family, friends, and now people on Rover. I must say, I've met some pretty awesome dogs and people through Rover. I am retired, but clean a couple houses and a furniture store on a part-time basis. The longest I'm away is typically 4 to 5 hours on cleaning days. I don't have a dog of my own at this time. My Ella, sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in December of 2021. Crazy how your life totally changes when they are gone. I miss all my dogs more than anything and will some day have another dog or two. In the meantime, I get my dog fix by taking care of other people's dogs. I will provide exercise and companionship for your dog(s) as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to leave them when you want some time away. I will do my best to keep them on the schedule and routine they are used to.

I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

Working from home during summer has allowed us plenty of time to spend with our dog. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab who still has the energy of a puppy! We keep up with all routine vet visits and our dog is caught up on all vaccinations including Bordetella (kennel cough). My husband and I live in town but have a large backyard to accommodate play time. About: I have a small hobby farm where I take care of animals off all ages and sizes. I work remotely from home (although I’ve got the ability to travel) so I have time to frequently check on everyone and administer food and meds on a regular basis. Although I only have a partially fenced yard, I have plenty of leader lines and leashes available for potty breaks and exercise. I currently have two dogs and a cat that live in the house with me and are very friendly with other dogs. I have plenty of room for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, and room for doggy beds if they are particular about where they sleep. I’m also willing to pet sit/farm sit locally if your furry friends would prefer to stay home. I work remotely Monday-Friday. I usually work at home, but I have the ability to work anywhere there is an internet connection if you would prefer an in-home sitter. Working remote gives me the chance to be home all day where I can do potty breaks for my dogs and check on my farm animals. It also allows me to be available if there’s any special requests such as medication and specific feeding times. My cat is a “one cat” kind of guy (we’ll work on that), so for now, I would only feel comfortable hosting dogs ay my house. However, I am available to pet sit in-home for cats or dogs that might feel more comfortable at home. I’m very comfortable giving meds and sticking to a strict feeding schedule if your animal has medical/dietary needs. I’ve seen (almost) everything, so don’t feel like you’re asking too much!

About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. About: Hi, I’m Autumn! While I’m new to Rover, I am not new to dogs! Animals have been a huge part of my entire life! At 16, I started working as a kennel assistant at a veterinary clinic. I went on to receive my degree in veterinary technology and dedicated almost 10 years as a tech. Now, I’d love to continue caring for pets beyond the clinic! My husband and I own a 1/2 acre of acre of land in Forest Lake. We have one dog, a senior Shih Tzu named Nala! For the safety of all dogs, I do require they are comfortable being kenneled during times I am away or sleeping. Otherwise, they are free to follow me around the house or even nap on the couch! Caring for animals is my top priority, so I have the flexibility to be home with all pets for the majority of the day, every day! In our home, pets are family! We offer a large lawn to allow your pets plenty of room to exercise. Plenty of snuggles and playtime will be offered along with daily walks as requested/weather permitting. Crating is utilized for safety when pets are not directly supervised (home alone or bedtime). Any other needs? No problem! I know each and every pet has their own unique preferences and needs.
