“Gretchen and Tim were my first experience on Rover and they set the bar high!! They sent me regular updates on Luna, with cute videos of her and pics. Luna had had a procedure the week before and they were so thorough with her meds. I couldn't ask for better sitters. Will absolutely use them again, over and over!!”

“Jayne knows dogs, and she knows OUR dogs, because she keeps notes from one visit to the next. Love that she only takes one client at a time. And her home is great! Jayne is a keeper!”

“Hannah is wonderful! Our Toby is typically very nervous/anxious with new people but he was right at home with Hannah. She sent us pictures and kept us updated throughout Toby’s time with her. We will definitely book with Hannah when we are back in the area!”

“Daisy was absolutely amazing with our dog, Holly! From the moment we met her, we could tell she had such a calm and caring energy, it immediately put us at ease. You can truly tell she’s a genuine dog lover. She treated Holly like her own dog, giving her so much love and attention throughout the stay. Daisy’s communication was excellent. She kept us updated regularly and sent plenty of pictures, which meant so much to us. It was clear in every update that Holly was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Daisy went above and beyond, and we would trust her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, loving dog sitter!”

About: I love big dogs, especially horses. I grew up taking in all the stray animals that were dumped on our road and finding homes for them. Being around any animal is my happy/safe place. I have 2 rescue horses that are like my children, I have one energetic dog, and one very loving cat, along with a bunch of chickens, one turkey, and two ducks. I want to go to school to be a large/small animal veterinarian. Caring and helping animals is my passion that I want to fulfill, I treat any animal with the loving care and kindness they deserve. I currently take care of my two rescue horses, consistently training them on a daily basis. I feed, and brush my cat on a daily, and feed, walk, and play with my dog daily. I have experience caring for my own pets and understand the importance of keeping animals safe, happy, and comfortable. I provide regular feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and lots of attention. I follow all owner instructions carefully and make sure pets are supervised and cared for as if they were my own.

“We just recently found Hillary and are absolutely trilled! She took the time to meet with us in advance of our trip to discuss our needs and ask questions about the drop-in visits for our pets. While we were gone, Hillary sent us a daily report card with photos and updates on the cats. We could tell they were well cared for and happy upon our return. We really appreciated Hillary’s reliability and the care she provided. We would not hesitate to schedule her for future visits.”

“We highly recommend Mark and his services to care for your pet while you’re away. We knew right away after meeting Mark that he truly cares and is passionate about providing a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for our dog, Nellie. Knowing Nellie was in such capable hands is priceless for us and we appreciated not having to worry about her. She had several walks and playtime and we came home to a happy contented tired girl. We feel so fortunate to have found Mark and know he will be our go to when we need to leave Nellie. Thanks again Mark - you’re the best!”

“We were so very happy with Jayne! She cared for our Clover like she was family, and it made our time away from her less stressful for sure! She kept us updated, and sent us pictures and I knew my fur baby was in good hands and also in a more comfortable environment!! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for our Clovers’ care needs!! Thank you Jayne!!!”

“Hannah and her family were phenomenal! From time of drop off until time of pick up, I got photos and updates of Arlo. He had so much fun, I don’t think he wanted to come home. 10/10 would recommend if you want someone that treats your pup like one of their own.”

“The most reliable and amazing dog walker in the area! My boys love her to death! When I mention her name they get all excited and can’t get collars on fast enough!”

“Mark was a fantastic dogwalker! He was able to help out at short notice when I didn't have anyone to walk my dog. And he also helped speak with my parents about Zosia's training needs and offer to support and train, particularly with her leash-pulling. Zosia really liked him and he's really great with animals. Would definitely book again!”

About: Thank you for considering me to take care of your animals! I just moved up to northern Wisconsin from Austin, Texas a handful of months ago and am looking to develop new customer relationships. I have 20 + years of experience with dogs and also volunteered on and off at Austin Animal Center in the dog enrichment program. I was heavily active on Rover prior to Covid. Following that, I had a good core group of animals through repeat customers and did not offer Rover services as often. I love dogs, cats, well...most animals in general! I feel more of a connection with them than I do with most humans. I currently live with 2 small dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. When I watch your dogs, I do so as I'd want someone else to watch mine and will definitely give them all the love and attention they deserve and have their best interests at heart. I look forward to meeting you and my future fur friends. My current schedule is very flexible, so I should be able to work with you to customize care based on you and your animals needs. I am comfortable with whatever plans and routines you have in place for your animals and would like for me to follow while I am watching them.

“Hillary was friendly and professional when we met in person. She arrived on time and interacted highly with all of our pets-not just the one we hired her to walk. She used the app to track the walk and indicate potty activity! We were so impress with her and the app. I also felt totally comfortable trusting her in our home.”

About: I’m a retired teacher, mom of 4 grown children, and Nana of 5 youngsters! Before going back to teaching, I worked for several years at a local veterinarian. We’ve had dogs as members of our family for 25 years, ranging in size from 10-105#. Our mini dachshund just passed and we are now “dogless”. While having them, it was always difficult to travel because I wouldn’t board them. We’d love to care for your dog as we did for ours. We live at the end of a road outside of Eagle River with little to no traffic. Although we’d love to have another dog of our own, we’ve decided to do some traveling, which can be difficult with animals. Our daughter has just moved and taken her two cats with her, so we are missing pets! As I said, I’m a retired teacher, so my time is your dog’s time. There are times When we travel to Atlanta to babysit our grandkids ,but we always know in advance. I require your dog to be leashed while I care For him, unless we have discussed otherwise We have so much room to walk paths and areas in good weather.
