After four years at the boarding facility, my family and I moved to Colorado for a new job opportunity, where my love of dogs drove me to work at an animal shelter. After covid hit, my family moved back to Wiscosnin, and in 2022 bought our dream home! I am so excited to welcome your furbabies into my home and give them all the love and care they could possibly need while they are with me. Whether it's exploring the land, cuddling on the couch, or catching up on some grooming, I am happy to provide anything and everything I can to make your pup love staying with me as much as their own home! Important note: Summer is my busy season, so during the months of June-August I will not be requiring a meet and greet as long as your dog has been boarded before and gets along well with other dogs. If you would still like a meet and greet, I would be happy to schedule one with you, but please be patient in scheduling as it is a busy time. Thank you! Boarding is my fulltime job so I am home every day to care for the animals. Pickup and drop off hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a new adventure! From walks to pool time in the yard, snuggles on the couch or bed and fun holiday activies, your pup will be on their own little vacation while you're away. Safety is always my top concern. While your dogs are with me they will never be left unsupervised; in the case of having to leave for a doctor's appointment etc. they will be crated. I have a fenced in yard with locks on it, so there is no chance of a dog slipping through or opening the gate. I am also trained on signals and body language to prevent dog fights or injuries.

“I had a mandatory business trip and my pet sitter fell through fairly last minute. My 6 year old cat, Ollie, has separation anxiety (I rescued him from abuse when he was 6 months old) and he is not used to being alone for long periods of time because I work out of the house and am home most of the time. While he's friendly, he's not super snuggly or interactive with strangers; he just needs someone to be 'present'. We had a meet-and-greet prior to booking the stay- She asked all of the pertinent questions about his personality and daily routine (Charlie, my 21 year old cockatiel, is easy- LOL). I was rest-assured things would work out so I booked the stay. Deanne was wonderful with both Ollie and Charlie. She sent me updates throughout the day and plenty of photos letting me know they both were doing well (although I could tell in a couple of the photos Ollie was a little sad... But that is completely normal- As long as he was eating and following his regular routine I knew he'd 'survive'). This also helped me not stress out or worry about my pets and be able to focus on my trip / business dealings and that's honestly also a big part of traveling for me. I arrived home, and while I know both Ollie and Charlie missed me, everything went right back to normal and that's what told me Deanne cared for them very well. She also was very respectful of my home and kept it clean during her stay. I'm very glad I found her and will be using her services again. I highly recommend Deanne to care for your pets!”

Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able. Self- employed with a flexible schedule, I have all day availability and can also do early morning and late evening drop ins. I have an open availability for Monday-Friday from 6am-3pm. I’m available for longer walks if needed or short in and out trips. I take my parents dog Willie on walks around local parks, he’s a very energetic dog and likes to pull. So I take it one step at a time with him and give him ample time to soak in all the enrichment of the environment around us.

About: I’m a guy who falls in love with dogs instantly. Don’t want them back? No worries! Dogs instantly want to be my best friend and I’ve never met a dog that I didn’t like or that didn’t like me. I work from home. My dogs are part of the family. I would take care of your dogs as if they were my own children. I have a doggy door and outside kennel for the dogs to use as needed. I’m also happy to take dogs on a walk and my wife is a super dog walker. We have two dogs-a Pomeranian who is all love and a lab who’s an old girl but who is the best dog you’ll ever meet. I understand dogs. How they communicate, how they operate. I know how to get them to develop good habits.

When I went to do a meet and greet with my golden. We got to talking and she said she would be willing to take both. She was amazing! I didnt have to worry all weekend long about them because she would send me updates with happy pictures every day. They always looked so happy with all the walks and belly rubs. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going back to her and dropping my other doggie daycare even with a 15 minute extra drive.”

“This was our first time leaving Piper (our 70 lb. Golden retriever) with Alicia. The choice was easy. She had experience and there was a fenced yard. Piper is difficult to walk. “Chisato was exceptional with caring for our Lexxie. We made the best decision ever for the care of our dog. For seventeen days Chisato would take time to send photos and videos of our dogs activities. They were quite humorous and lovable. Lexxie was safe and adjusted quickly.
