About: I’m a disabled veteran & dogs have always been my peace so i decided to start incorporating more of them into my daily life & call it “work” 🥰 pet-loving is part of my every day life! i take my own pups for walks in the morning before the heat, and during the warmest days of winter. i love being outside, playing with animals & taking care of them! i will use the app, frequent communications in texting, etc. along with pictures and videos to send to all my pet parents! walking the pups at least a mile, if they can, or more if requested! i also walk all my clients separately from others, so no need to worry about differing personalities.
“Ramsey was AMAZING!! Truly amazing!! From the moment I met Ramsey, I knew she was the one! Unfortunately, her schedule did not align with my initial needs, thus I begrudgingly selected another sitter for this trip. When that sitter refused to show up at my home without additional money (as I was already flying to my international destination), and was caught being dishonest on multiple issues, I was left with no sitter for my 7 day trip. I immediately reached out to Ramsey and she didn’t hesitate to come to my rescue!! When I explained my predicament, Ramsey jumped right in and we worked out the details, accommodating both our needs. Ramsey was very communicative, send photos and videos, and raised an issue of some congestion to watch. She fed and watered Mina, cleaned her litter box, administered transdermal medication, and played with her. She kept her engaged, introducing her to a bird channel on YouTube as well. Ramsey also cleaned up some vomit from the carpet and dealt with an unfortunate toilet situation from another fill-in caregiver. But, the pièce de résistance was that she made her way to the house during the blizzard to be sure Mina had enough food and received her medication even though I told her that her personal safety was more important. Really, I can’t say enough about Ramsey. She truly goes above and beyond!”

About: To be completely honest, I was afraid of dogs when I was a child. But since my family got our puppy in 2015, my love of dogs has skyrocketed. Now when I see a dog, I have this intuition to pet them, with permission of course. So with my care, there will always be love in the air! A little fun fact about me is that I love to go for walks. So watch out furry friends, the feeling of being worn out is coming your way! I am a full-time student, however, I do have time during the day on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to hang around with your furry friends! My time range is from 11-3:30. Or perhaps you’re stuck at work late in the night, and your dog or cat has been crossing their legs to use the bathroom, and I am more than welcome to stop by and take them outside any night of the week (after 6 pm)! Just like people, your animal should have food, water, and exercise. I will take your dogs and/or cats on walks and make sure their dishes are filled with water. And give them lots of pets as well, because what animal doesn’t like a little love?

About: I have always had a dog growing up, so I learned from a very young age how to care for a pet. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their dogs since I was around 12 years old. This includes stopping in the house to take them to the bathroom and feeding them, as well as giving medication if needed. Lots of snuggles and playtime too of course! I have taken care of dogs in the client's home for up to a week and cared for them at my home as well. No need to worry about any complex feeding schedules. I can manage it all. I am very comfortable with any age, breed, and sized dog! I have a one-year-old pup, so I am very familiar with training and puppy classes. I have volunteered at the humane society and when I was in high school, I job shadowed at a veterinary clinic. I currently work as a substitute teacher so my schedule is extremely flexible! During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I love to walk and play with them and also have snuggle time if they like that. My schedule is flexible to accommodate their needs! I have not done injections but am willing to do if trained I’m retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pet in my home or come to your home for check-ins and walks. I have a fenced yard and am close to a local state park for long walks. I also live in a very walkable subdivision. I don’t mind a well behaved pet on furniture.

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.
About: Agnes Mable, my dachshund of 12 years taught me patience better than anyone. I love spending time cuddling, giving belly rubs, sniffling frito feet, & running around the yard chasing them like a screaming banshee. I've got a spacious yard, large back deck that gets direct sun light for the one's that like to bake, & if they get along with other dogs, sometimes I walk over to my sisters with them to meet my favorite pug, Potato! I live in a duplex on the bottom floor so it's easy in & out, no stairs. My yard is massive with lots of plants & trees to sniff around. I'll always take my fur friends outside on a leash. I do have a small crate available for dogs under 15 pounds, toys, treats, & extra leashes just in case you forget something. Most importantly, I have a big lamby & a small lamby.

My Experience & Specialties: Animals have been a part of my life since day one. I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, cows, and pigs, and spent years fostering puppies. Over my 15+ years of pet care experience (including 6 wonderful years on Rover). I have also cared for a few farm animals such as horses, donkeys, goats, and chickens! Whether you have a household pup, kitty, or a small hobby farm, I have the hands-on experience to keep everyone happy and fed. Home Care & House Sitting: When house sitting, I treat your home with the utmost respect. I am highly organized, clean, and detail-oriented. I’ve done this plenty of times and am always happy to handle extra tasks like watering your plants, bringing in the mail, and keeping your space tidy while you are away. Note: Back at my own home, I'm a proud mom to an 8 year old cat named Bear and a toddler. For drop-in visits and walks, my toddler might occasionally tag along in a stroller, so I love working with pets who are comfortable and friendly around kids! I can't wait to give your pets the best care possible. You can travel with total peace of mind knowing your home and your fur babies are in excellent hands! I work remotely, which gives me the opportunity to be there whenever for your pet. I can be present caring for your dog all day while working from my laptop from home! I have a cat at home. She is very spoiled. She enjoys her cat tree watching birds outside and her many naps. I’m home all day every day usually so she gets plenty of attention. While Dogsitting working from home will allow me to provide the best attention and care for your pets!
About: I’m a lifelong dog owner and have often been called a “Deaf Dog Whisperer” throughout my life — a title I happily agree with. I currently have three dogs, including two Deaf dogs and a Deaf Dogo Argentino. I have experience with a wide range of dogs, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes and Mastiffs, including high-energy, Deaf, and special-needs dogs. Being Deaf has strengthened my bond with dogs because we’ve learned to communicate without relying on spoken words. I naturally pay close attention to their behavior, body language, and the little ways they communicate with me. I’ve always had an easy time connecting with dogs and understanding what they need to feel comfortable, safe, and understood. I work from home, allowing me to provide plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day, especially during house sitting. I’m comfortable with different routines, dogs in diapers, baths, basic nail trims, and keeping dogs mentally engaged with puzzles, chews, sniffing, and play. I’m also happy to offer treats with your approval or take your dog for a car ride if they find it relaxing. I follow care instructions closely and often go the extra mile — something my customers and reviews have complimented me on. I treat every home with the same respect I’d want for my own, making sure it’s left the way I found it, or even a little cleaner. Your dog’s routine, preferences, and care instructions are important to me.

They were easy to communicate with, flexible when we had to make a pick-up time adjustment, and sent our boy home happy and tired. They live in a great space to host dogs and Nelson loved his time with their family pets. Highly recommend!”
