She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We had a quick meet and greet to make sure our 2 doggies got along well with her dog, which went great. Bobbi sent reassuring messages and pictures every single day of our 12 day trip. Typically when we pick our pups up from our other sitter, particularly after a longer trip like this, they cry with joy to see us... run all over with excitement they cannot contain. About: I had a dog who passed away at the age of 14 which was my best friend. I dog sit animals of family friends every so often when they go on vacations. About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. “For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. Jeff provided daily walks and outside time. He respected Ember's schedule and tried to maintain her schedule. In addition to our toys and treats, he also provided some. We will definitely use Jeff's boarding for future get aways.”
“Julie took the BEST care of our little guy on our first trip away from him since we got him. She took many pictures and shared them with us and just treated him like one of her own pets. We appreciated seeing how much love he received while we were gone!”
“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”
“We have had the same dog sitter since our 5 year old dog was born. She was unavailable for our most recent vacation, so used Rover for the first time and ended up deciding to go with Bobbi (and her family) and have our 2 doggies stay with them for our time away. We had a quick meet and greet to make sure our 2 doggies got along well with her dog, which went great. Bobbi sent reassuring messages and pictures every single day of our 12 day trip. Typically when we pick our pups up from our other sitter, particularly after a longer trip like this, they cry with joy to see us... run all over with excitement they cannot contain. This time when we picked them up, they seemed happy to see us, but not nearly as excited as usual, which to us indicated they MIGHT have preferred to just continue to hang with Bobbi and crew. It honestly couldn't have went better! We are so happy to have found Bobbi!”

“This was the first time I left my puppy in a boarding house. Erica made sure that my family and I were calm by knowing that she was taking really good care of the puppy. She sent us pictures and updates multiple times throughout the day, so we were assured that the puppy was in good hands and was feeling calm, not missing us. She also played with her a lot and gave her a great deal of attention, so the dog never felt sad or anything. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a boarding house for their pets!”
