“Gina was wonderful!! She loved Roxy as if she was her own fur baby. Roxy is a senior Yorkie (13-14 years old) who has spent very little time away from us, yet she was obviously happy while at Gina’s as she ate and wasn’t shaking when we left her or picked her up. Gina sent us pictures each day of Roxy playing, on walks and napping with Mack (her chihuahua who is sweet and adorable). Highly recommend!! 10/10 5 STARS”

We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We did a meet and greet with Don and Billee the week before so our dogs could get familiar with their surroundings, and when we dropped them off on the day of their stay they ran right in to the house and yard as if they'd been there many times! About: I've had three black labs in my life, who have turned me into a dog obsessed human! When I attend social gatherings, I am usually found hanging out with the dog giving it some loving attention. When I was younger I walked my neighbors' dogs. One of these dogs was deaf and I learned different ways to communicate with him. I am friendly and compassionate and will provide your pet with warmth and snuggles while you are away! I work full time during the week, but evenings and most weekends I'm free to care for dogs. Whether your pup is looking for a quick walk, a mozy around the neighborhood, an active, engaging play session, or an overnighter- I will, with the occasional help of my labrador, Bella along with our dog friend, Frankie, make sure to keep your pup happy and occupied. Dog walking and House Sitting: I will meet you and your fur friend at your home - this will help establish trust and familiarity for the dog while you are there. At this point we can go over the safest entry into your home, routines for your pup, and any specific care requirements. Doggy Day Care and Boarding: You will meet at my home. Where I will bring my two dogs out to meet you and your pup (everybody leashed) and we can talk and sniff and ensure initial vibes are correct for everybody's safety. When we confirm that the dogs are showing no signs of threat/discomfort, we can move everybody into the gated area of our yard and let your dog off leash. We have lots of smells and space to roam about, so this should be an exciting little adventure for your friend. At this point you can share any specific care instructions and routines important to your dog's happiness.

About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets since I was 12 which includes staying overnight at their homes when they are gone for weeks. I do long and short care sitting for pets. I love to spend time with pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently not working right now but will have a part time job soon. I will talk with the owners and work out a good schedule that will work best for all. Growing up we have used an invisible fence and radio collars to keep our dogs in our yard. We made sure to check in on them periodically while they were outside. When we expand in August '26, we will raise that to 4 with the ability to keep small dogs (30lbs and under) completely separate from large dogs, and keep all dogs separate from each other. We regularly clean and sanitize dog spaces and dishes! Emily and Bryan are experienced in dog behavior. We monitor all play very closely and keep dogs in separate rooms at meal times. Dogs are encouraged to join us on the couches and overall treated like family – minus the access to human food, of course, much to their chagrin. ;)

I have taken care of diabetic animals and animals with injuries, etc. I have also had many different types of animals since the day I was born. I have a flexible schedule and am willing to work around different work schedules or vacation times, etc. I am interested in helping whenever needed. I will follow different directions as given or told depending on the animals needs and what is best for the family and animal. It will vary depending on what is needed.

Roxy is a senior Yorkie (13-14 years old) who has spent very little time away from us, yet she was obviously happy while at Gina’s as she ate and wasn’t shaking when we left her or picked her up. “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. We did a meet and greet with Don and Billee the week before so our dogs could get familiar with their surroundings, and when we dropped them off on the day of their stay they ran right in to the house and yard as if they'd been there many times!
