About: I have never not had a dog…or multiple!😊 I’ve grown up with Labrador Retrievers. With that being said, I can handle the chewing, the energy, the hours of stimulation, and the endless snuggles! I have raised multiple puppies into adulthood, with two currently being my own! From potty training to tricks, to walking on a leash, I have done it all! I also have had family dogs that’s we have had until 12-14 years old that have required special needs due to age. I am a nurse who once wanted to become a vet so I am super flexible from an experience standpoint!😊 I am a night shift nurse who works just a couple days a week! With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I volunteer at the Humane Society in Kansas City while at school where I work directly with the shelter dogs. I have house sat for multiple family friends and am ready to take on new pups and cats! My husband is typically home Wednesdays and weekends. We have a dog of our own who loves to play with other dogs, so exercising the dogs should be easy as long as your dog is dog friendly. We also like to hike and go on walks in the neighborhood. Occasionally go to the dog park, too! Our yard is unfenced, but 1.5 acres. We do have an electric in ground fence if you would like your dog to wear the collar for it, or feel free to bring your own remote e-collar if your dog is used to that. Our yard is unfenced, so we can do a tie out, leash, or electric collar if desired. We do request dogs be crate trained for temporary times when we leave the house

I have a 4 year old pitbull of my own I’ve been taking care of for the past 3 years! I work at a dog kennel everyday and help take care of lab puppies from birth- 8 weeks old I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly pitbull/bulldog mix that loves to play and meet new friends and would love to keep your dog company

During our trip, she gave daily updates. Jessie really helped make our trip enjoyable because we did not have to worry about our pups at all.”

“I was very impressed Marie and Mark. When we first went to meet them, Marie took Luna off her leash so she could explore the house. Luna jumped up on the couch to be next to them. They did not care and just petted her. The pics the sent was Luna going on walks and curled up next to them. I felt very comfortable Luna was just fine. Will use, for sure, again.”
