“Elizabeth did an excellent job caring for my two cats over a long weekend. She was punctual, kind, and quick to learn my cats' specific routines. I have one cat who is quite shy and typically hides from visitors (even family members who visit regularly), but Elizabeth managed to earn his trust on the very first visit. My other cat requires an inhaler twice a day and can be quite squirmy, but Elizabeth administered the dosages without any issues. Elizabeth sent updates after every drop-in visit, complete with cute photos. She even watered my flowers outside. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my pets and my home were in good hands while I was away.”

About: Ive had cats and dogs my whole life. I just lost my dog last year after 14 years with him so being the home is empty, I thought I'd try this. I work during the week but I can make things work if needed. otherwise, weekends I'm always around. My daily work schedule is 7 am to 5 pm but evenings are free or if anyone needs help letting the animal out on the way home, I'm pretty flexible. I dont have close neighbors to add any intimidation to any pets and my yard is large to go on walks around it within my own property rather than walking down roads and what not.

About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

I have previous experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walks, playtime, litter box care, and making sure pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. About: I’ve always been a lover of animals and always had a dog and cat in my house growing up. I’ve worked as a dog groomer for 2 years and miss having the everyday interaction with dogs and cats. I have an emotional support dog of my own, his name is Avett and he’s my little man he came to work at the groomers with me and is friendly with all dogs. Being able to comfort an animal is emotionally fulfilling and being able to treat and cuddle them brings so much joy I love them all as my own. I have a beautiful fenced in yard and home that is able to be a safe haven for your loves when you need help with care. I would love to work with animals again and have the gratifying feeling of caring for them. I’m able to work from home select days which gives me the ability to work with animals. I have a nice fenced in yard with room to run and a wonderful walking trail next to my house to take them on adventures.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 4 years now! I’m comfortable with staying in your home for overnights or just visiting during the day for walks and play time! Willing to travel to wherever you’re located. I currently have a part-time job, where I work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I am able to meet your pet(s) both before and after work, and if I am currently sitting, I make your animals a priority in my routine! Whether you want me at your home or just to stop-in, I will promise you your fur babies will receive excellent care. At this time I can only care for animals at the clients home! About: I have been taking care of friends and families pets since I was 16. Taking care of their animals while they are on vacation. I was responsive for feeding, walking, taking them out to use the bathroom, playing with them and caring for them while their parents were away. I’m a teacher. During the school year I’m available every day, but all day on Saturday's and Sunday's. In the summer time my availability is wide open! I live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of roads and paths for walking around to get plenty of exercise. We have an open basement for playing and a dog of our own they can have fun with!
About: Something that sets me apart from others is the fact that I raised my parents dog Hildi as I was doing online school at the time! About: I have a lot of experience with animals since I was 10 when I started volunteering my time at an animal rescue. I have experience from puppies all the way to senior dogs! My days are free Monday-Sunday 24/7. I do same day bookings or bookings in advance whenever you would need. I can come let the animals out for potty breaks or I can come stay with them for a longer amount of time. I do not offer care inside of my home due to my two cats who are not dog friendly. But I have no problem coming to your home and providing my services whenever needed.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the years. We love to go on walks and to the dog park with our pup and would love to do the same with yours! Our pup loves to be with friends! I work from home full time so I am able to go on walks at any time of the day and take breaks to run them in the open green space I have to tire them out! Our townhome has a ton of open green space around that we like to take our dog to run around and play fetch. We also have a lot of walking trails around that we like to go on for long walks. Our two year old borderdoodle loves to play with friends!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs. My aunt owns a veterinary clinic that I used to volunteer at. I volunteered at the animal shelter all through college as well. I have a pup of my own but love all animals. I work part-time and have plenty of time to walk your pups and do drop in visits. I love meeting new furry friends and know how important it is to give the best life to our furry animals. I have a dog of my own who loves to sleep on the couch.
