About: I have 4 cats of my own. I've had 2 since 2017, 1 as a kitten since 2020, and the newest rescue I saved after he was thrown from a car. I've seen a wide gamut of cat personalities, and I am very accepting of cat boundaries. A nervous cat doesn't deserve less love.
About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life and have 4 years of professional experience from working at an animal sanctuary and currently a vet clinic! I am also going to school in Rochester to become a veterinary technician! Having a dog and two cats to care for of my own and currently working at a vet as a vet assistant. My days always consist of caring for animals and I wouldn’t change it for anything. At home I have another dog who gets along well with other dogs and people. I also have 2 cats but they are outdoor only and are used to dogs. I have a big house with an even bigger yard. I can take your dog on walks or hikes and they will get plenty of exercise. About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

“This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but my overall experience was positive with AJ. We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. When the day was over we met in the park again and (on time) and my dog was happy to see me. Thumbs up!”
About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. About: Hi Hi! I'm a former vet tech with 20 plus years of experience training and caring for pets! Day outings, overnights or drop-ins are all in my skill set! I'm an active and aware professional photographer and personal trainer and I enjoy getting dogs out on the trails, socializing, training- you name it! About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I have a rotating schedule that includes a full week off every third week. I work 5p-3a three days a week (and every third weekend). Just message and we’ll figure something out! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! Cleaning up after myself is a given, as is following any personal house rules. Mine: All of my animals are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication, and I require the same from any animal I keep in my home. They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other.
