“Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

Since I’m home full-time with my dogs, I have open availability for walks, potty breaks, and drop-in visits. I am available 7 days a week. About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

My family and I would always bring in and care for fosters and strays, along with our own. Learning to train pups at such a young age has made it one of my biggest passions. She has been socialized all of her life and loves to run and play. She understands social cues very well so if the other dog is uninterested in playing she will leave them alone. If Lexus and your dog meet I'm sure they will be best of friends! Whether it's just a walk or they stay a few nights I cant wait to meet your pup! My schedule is very flexible. I am a stay at home mom, photographer, mua and an artist. I am open to last minute scheduling if needed or scheduling something further in advance. Something consistent and on going would be preferred but if it’s just a one time thing that is okay with me as well! For walks we will go on a walk around the block. If needed we will work on not pulling the leash. For a boarding visit I will get them all set up and comfortable in my house. If it’s nice out we will go for a walk and play outside. Playing indoors as well and working on tricks they know or maybe learning a new one. Potty breaks will be provided whenever needed and food will be given as directed.

About: I have been around pets my whole life. Whether it was my family pet or a friend's I've grown up around dogs my whole life. Being allergic to cats, dogs were my only option. I currently have trained my own pup from the age of 7 1/2 weeks till now as well as helped friends in the past with their own dogs. So I am fairly proficient at training pups. I unfortunately don't have much experience with senior dogs but I would love to expand my skills. I am currently a stay at home mom to a wonderful 1 year old little girl. I am well versed in handling well man eted dogs to dogs that require a bit more training. I am available to give your dog all day care or overnight care. I am retired and very active with my own dog. Getting your dog outdoors is no problem at all. I am available all day to give you pet the best care needed. One day or entire week. I am here for your pet. Thanks. About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am now a proud owner for the past 1.5 years! I’m around 1-2 times throughout a typical work day to let my puppy out. She rules this house so no furniture or beds are off limits, which is extended to all the dogs that come into my home (I’ve recently become the extended family dog sitter due to my work schedule). Monday’s-Thursdays I am home 1-2 times during the typical work day for about a half hour each time. Fridays and weekends I’m typically home most of the day, maybe running errands here and there. About: Pet Care Experience: Ive had dogs my whole life and will be starting vet tech school in fall. Ive had experiece caring for various sizes, breeds, and ages for almost a year on Rover and over four years on occasion for friends and family members. I have experience not only in walking, feeding, and general care but in bathing, administering medication, and and basic training as well. I have also taken care of several senior dogs some of whom have needed help walking or supporting themselves when going to the bathroom. While I am most experienced in caring for dogs, I have also cared for over a half dozen cats via drop ins and house sittings. This means I am familiar with how to clean and empty litter boxes and I have no qualms about cleaning up any "presents" they may give me. Schedule: Im curently attending school in the spring in fall but my only job is self employed pet sitting through Rover. I have very few other commitments, especially during the summer and on weekends, so I will have plenty of time to play, cuddle, care for, and adore your furbaby or furbabies. Safety and Trust: Since I am not currently employed outside of Rover I will be able to stay with your cat or dog more than 90% of the time during a sitting. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, growing up with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and even a tarantula, animals have always been such an important part of my life. Even though they can’t talk, they quickly become your best friend and constant companion. I believe every animal deserves to be treated with love, kindness, and the best care possible, no matter their age, size, or breed. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with everything from training playful puppies to helping care for senior dogs, including giving medications and basic health care. I also adopted my two kittens when they were just four months old, and they’re now happy, healthy three-and-a-half-year-olds. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly enjoy. Hi there! I’m new to Mayville and have open availability to walk, play with, and care for your furry loved ones. I always make sure fresh food and clean water are provided, with bowls cleaned regularly to keep everything sanitary. Whether it’s brushing, playing fetch, going on nice long walks, or just giving them lots of attention and love—your pet’s happiness and care are my top priority! I make sure that my cats home environment is safe for them to roam and not get into too much mischief. Water bowls are cleaned. Food is rotated. Pee pads are changed out and litter is changed once a month while cleaning litter box out daily. I am sure that my cats live in a safe environment and are happy and healthy.
About: I've had pets my whole life. From dogs and cats to hamsters, turtles, rabbits, and gerbils I have experience with them all. I've always had a great love for animals and I went to college to become a certified veterinary assistant so I could work with animals for a living as well as a hobby. I took a break from working when I had kids and I'm looking to do something fulfilling again while not going back to a fulltime job. I also have experience with volunteering at the local humane society for years and caring for my own pets.I would love to care for your pets and love them as if they are my own. I am available most weekdays and weekends. I have a very flexible schedule so just send me a text and I'm sure I can work something out 🙂 I have a good sized yard providing plenty of space for your furbaby to run around on leash. About: Hello! I'm Susu and I would love to care for your pet. I've been caring for animals since a very young age. My family and I would always bring in and care for fosters and strays, along with our own. Learning to train pups at such a young age has made it one of my biggest passions. I understand that every dog is different and it's all about learning who they are. I adapt and adjust to any dogs needs until they are happy and comfortable. Of course playtime is great but I will also inforce balance by having them do tricks and giving rewards. I believe in positive reinforcement and encouraging them to be their best furry selves. I will truly love your pet like my own. I do have a dog of my own named lexus. She is a rescue so she can be a little wary of strangers but is never shy around another furry friend! She has been socialized all of her life and loves to run and play. She understands social cues very well so if the other dog is uninterested in playing she will leave them alone. If Lexus and your dog meet I'm sure they will be best of friends! Whether it's just a walk or they stay a few nights I cant wait to meet your pup! My schedule is very flexible. I am a stay at home mom, photographer, mua and an artist. I am open to last minute scheduling if needed or scheduling something further in advance. Something consistent and on going would be preferred but if it’s just a one time thing that is okay with me as well! For walks we will go on a walk around the block. If needed we will work on not pulling the leash. For a boarding visit I will get them all set up and comfortable in my house. If it’s nice out we will go for a walk and play outside. Playing indoors as well and working on tricks they know or maybe learning a new one. Potty breaks will be provided whenever needed and food will be given as directed.

“Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”
