“David watched our puppy Sophie for a week while we were out of town. He sent us many photos of her through out the day and kept us informed on how she was doing. We would definitely recommend David to our friends and we would also leave our Sophie with him again.”

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and I've had my first (adult life) dog for three and a half year. Wila Rose is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. About a year and a half ago we added another rescue, Buckley Quinn. He is a smart but goofy boy. They both go backpacking with us and we do a lot of hiking on our local public land areas. We enjoy playing around in our yard with our limited dog agility set and learning new tricks. We occasionally go swimming but love jumping and exploring new water areas and hiking trails. Wila and Buckley are a huge part of my life. We enjoy hiking, being outdoor, and traveling as much as possible. We do quite a but of training included but not limited to: agility, scent training, shed training, and just some fun party tricks. I am new to Rover so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I have an acre of land (not fenced in). We love to go on walks and sniffaris at our local parks. Buckley loved to play with other dogs and Wila is more of a people dog. They even loves to go backpacking and hiking which often include 10+ miles a day.

“Ruby was amazing. She watched my dog Roo on my wedding night, she was my 'dog of honor' and Ruby even came to the venue after the ceremony to pick up Roo! Throughout the night she sent me many snapchats of Roo running around and playing with the other dogs. Roo had a blast and was tired from the many adventures and friends she made on her night stay with Ruby! Highly recommend and would definitely use again!”

“Cari and her family did a wonderful job taking care of Russell. He got lots of walks, plenty of play time, and tons of snuggles. He especially liked playing with the girls. Will definitely use her again.”

“Ellen was a great sitter and we would definitely book her again. Her care and communication were top notch! We received many texts and videos each day giving us peace of mind. She is the best!”

“Russell had a great time at Lisa's house. He loved her kids and her dog and all the other friends he made. She treated him like family and I think he was sad to leave.”

“We had a good experience with Natalie during our dog's stay. She has a very large fenced yard that allowed our high energy pup to get her zoomies out regularly. She seemed very detail oriented, and took notes when we discussed various things about our dog's care prior to her drop off. We would certainly book again with Natalie!”

“Ryan was very communicative with us during the time our two dogs stayed with him, and sent pictures over as well. The dogs were happy when we picked them up. I can tell that they were well taken care of when we were away. Thank you Ryan!”

“Rebecca and Matthew and their boys took wonderful care of Hazel during her week-long stay. They were very detailed in caring for her and sent plenty of pictures and updates.”

“Mikaela & Shane cared for my Colby Jack for a week and were wonderful. I received daily updates and everything was very positive. Colby was very well cared for and was very happy. I had to extend the visit because I was delayed returning from my trip and they kept him for 2 additional days. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.”

“Heather was communicative and very accommodating, even making the time to pick up our Teddy from our wedding venue after his role in the wedding. Teddy had a great time and was so happy to stay with her!”

“Alex took such great care of Banksy. She was able to accommodate a bit of a last minute booking after our other arrangements fell through. If we lived near Oconomowoc, Alex would be a repeat sitter for Banksy! He had a blast, and we received photos and updates throughout his stay!”

“Jessica took great care of my senior dog even when he was naughty in her house. She gave me regular updates on how he was doing and she was open to suggestions for correcting his behavior. I would highly recommend Jessica.”

“Mary was excellent in taking care of our dog Kitz. Very loving and the pictures I saw it was love at first sight! Mary was available and very accommodating, at the time of a family emergency. Thank you Mary for being so flexible. Hope we have the chance to see you again. Dave and Mary Rukavina”

“David was beyond amazing with my two dogs. He is such a genuine and friendly person! I am a person that is super anxious when i’m not around my dogs. I did however felt such a sense of relief when David watched my two pups. He did send updated pictures threwout the day and my pups looked so happy! I will for sure be a returning client. I can’t say enough, he is wonderful!”

“Another great visit for Wesley. He absolutely loves going to Erin’s house. Got there and he ran right up to the door. He gets tons of love and has a playmate whom he met through Rover named Willow. Can’t say enough about Erin and her family. They are beyond wonderful.”

About: I have always had a dog growing up, so I learned from a very young age how to care for a pet. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their dogs since I was around 12 years old. This includes stopping in the house to take them to the bathroom and feeding them, as well as giving medication if needed. Lots of snuggles and playtime too of course! I have taken care of dogs in the client's home for up to a week and cared for them at my home as well. No need to worry about any complex feeding schedules. I can manage it all. I am very comfortable with any age, breed, and sized dog! I have a one-year-old pup, so I am very familiar with training and puppy classes. I have volunteered at the humane society and when I was in high school, I job shadowed at a veterinary clinic. I currently work as a substitute teacher so my schedule is extremely flexible! During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!
“Emma was great, she went above & beyond to make sure Indagos stay was great! She's so good with him. I'm so thankful she likes him & Indago liked her. I was worried being a blue healer with lots of energy. Only God could provide such a great dog sitter for him. 💛🐕💛”

“Ryan was very accommodating and thoughtful as we dropped our dog off for an afternoon. He listened and was engaging as we discussed our pup’s routine. We would go back to Ryan next time we are in the area.”

“Mary and Hanna are AWESOME! We were so worried about leaving our baby alone so we looked into other alternatives. Leaving him with them was the best choice we could have made. Loads of cute pics and the opportunity for him to socialize with other pups. Would completely recommend Mary and Hanna to anyone looking for the best pup care!??”
“Kristin took great care of Ace the 2 days he stayed there. She tries to make him comfortable even though he was suffering from separation anxiety. She sent photos both days. Thank you.”

About: Hello! My family and I love animals. We've been on Rover since January 2024! We currently have 2 indor cats and have backyard chickens (in coop) that are pets and lay eggs for us. We live in a quiet Hartland neighborhood in a cul-de-sac that is very low traffic. Part of our yard is fenced for play and potty breaks, and I love taking walks around our neighborhood. The majority of the week, my husband is working from home or I am home. The longest your pet may be left is 6 hours if staying with us during the work week. So usually someone is there to spend time with your pet! We are available any day of the week for boarding. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac. I always practice sit-stay when opening the door to prevent bolting out. Part of our yard is fenced and outside the fence your pet will always be leashed. If I am away for a short period and it's needed for safety or per your preference, we do have a large crate and an enclosed pet gate.

“This was my first time ever using a daycare for my puppy and it couldn’t have gone better. Ruby kept me updated throughout the day of the dogs activities by send pics and videos which were so appreciated. When I came to collect my dog she also gave me a verbal update of the day as well. On day two all I had to say to my pup was Ruby’s name and she became so excited to go back and play with her friends. I am looking forward to using her services again.”

“Gianina watched my 7 month old puppy for 4 consecutive days. She was awesome to work with and each day my puppy came home happy, healthy, and tired. I truly appreciate her caring for him so well and I would absolutely book with her again in the future.”

I have experience not only in walking, feeding, and general care but in bathing, administering medication, and and basic training as well. I have also taken care of several senior dogs some of whom have needed help walking or supporting themselves when going to the bathroom. While I am most experienced in caring for dogs, I have also cared for over a half dozen cats via drop ins and house sittings. This means I am familiar with how to clean and empty litter boxes and I have no qualms about cleaning up any "presents" they may give me. Schedule: Im curently attending school in the spring in fall but my only job is self employed pet sitting through Rover. I have very few other commitments, especially during the summer and on weekends, so I will have plenty of time to play, cuddle, care for, and adore your furbaby or furbabies. Safety and Trust: Since I am not currently employed outside of Rover I will be able to stay with your cat or dog more than 90% of the time during a sitting. Similarily when doing drop ins I almost always can accomodate whatever time the owner would like me to come. My vast experience with dogs and cats has taught me in general what to do and what not to do which allows me to focus on learning the idiosyncrities of your pet during the meet and greet. This experience has also taught me that meet and greets are extremely important so I'm sure to always find a time to complete one with pet owners. Therefore, you will always have the opportunity to meet me, observe how I interact with your pet(s), address any concerns you may have and discuss details in person. During both sittings and drop ins I'm always sure to provide plenty of updates, pictures, and information so you know that your furbaby or furbabies are being well taken care of.

“Thank you Courtney for bringing my pup to the dog park for lots of play time! He was in great hands. I appreciated all of the pictures as well 👍🏼 highly recommend if you’re looking for a sitter in the Beaver Dam area.”

“David watched our puppy Sophie for a week while we were out of town. He sent us many photos of her through out the day and kept us informed on how she was doing. We would definitely recommend David to our friends and we would also leave our Sophie with him again.”

“My dog had a wonderful time at this house and I received many pictures of her having fun. The family was also accommodating to our needs when we had some trouble getting back at the time we predicted.”

“It was just an overnight visit but the puppies are still exhausted! They’re must’ve had a great time 🥰. Cheryl kept in touch with verifying meds and letting me know they we’re doing great🥰🥰🥰thank you again!”

“Christiana and her family took excellent care of Nola while we were away. She sent daily pics & updates which made us feel at ease that Nola was being well taken care of and enjoying her stay. We will definitely have Nola stay again! ❤️”

“Jamie was great - excellent communication, was flexible and adjusted times/days accordingly as our travel plans changed. Pets were totally fine when we returned and seemed well exercised, even with poor weather conditions. Would recommend and will hire again!”

“Marie is a rock star-we had another exceptional experience with our senior dog staying with Marie and family. Marie kept us updated through two blizzards, a deep freeze and power losses and we knew Lucy was in capable and caring hands throughout. Lucy really enjoys her time with Marie. Thank you!”
