About: I had a golden-lab for 6 years until we lost him to cancer earlier this year. My kiddos and I miss him a ton and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby until we are ready to get another dog of our own. I work fully from home so I have a lot of flexibility all week and any weekends we are home/available as well. I am confident your pet would have LOTS of love and attention! About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. We used her back-to-back for two days, and Piper recognized she was going got another visit on Day 2 when we turned down Brandi's road, and immediately started crying excitedly in anticipation, all but pulling me out of the car when we opened the door! It's a shame we're not closer to Janesville for regular use of booking, but if we're ever needing to go through the area en route to our destinations, Brandi will be our first choice for daycare or boarding.”

About: Pets have always been family to me. My own dog, Charlie, was by my side for over 16 years, through military moves, raising two boys, and every season of life in between. Caring for him taught me that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and way of communicating. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or just someone to stick to their routine, I'll care for them with the same patience, love, and attention I'd want for my own. My goal is simple: for you to leave knowing your pet is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. As someone who is used to having a pet at home with me at all times, I miss that dog energy! I am excited to care for yours with attention, affection, and reliability. Although I have an unfenced yard, your pet's safety is always my priority. I use leashes for all outdoor time and love taking walks, playing, and giving pets plenty of exercise and attention.
