About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 8, it started with a cat and grew to dogs and snakes and more, working with animals is my dream job. I work factory Monday through Friday but Friday night into Sunday I am available for pet care. I have 2 cats and a dog at my own home, but I am more than happy to dog sit at others homes. I make sure my cats litter boxes are kept clean, I keep their food bowls filled, and I keep their water filled. I walk my dog a lot and I take her out every couple hours to use the bathroom.

About: I’ve taken care of large dogs, small dogs, and cats of my own. I am happy to stop by to feed, walk, let out, bathe, etc. I work Monday-Thursday 6:30-5:00, and my fiancé works from home. All drop in visits and walks scheduled are provided by myself, but he takes care or most Day Care days. My fiancé works from home and can provide regular potty and exercise breaks. We have a fenced yard, however the fence is not the tallest. We can accommodate non-escape artists and require meet and greets for all Day Care participants. I am open to most requests for specified pet care, and I understand that certain pets will need more exercise than others, or may need training, etc. If you have any concerns regarding safety or specific needs, feel free to ask!

About: Practically my whole life I've taken care of kitties. I've had 8 cats total in my lifetime, each of them living long lasting lives. Currently 4 of those 8 are still alive and healthy! I have two senior cats, both 15, and 2 younger cats, one 8 and one 2, all female. I know how to give oral medication, and you can guide me through injections if needed. I've cleaned plenty of litter boxes in my life too. I currently occasionally care for my neighbors kitties when they go out of town since I'm always around so often. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for day-to-day dog sitting, and we are looking forward to using them for an upcoming vacation.”

About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets since I was 12 which includes staying overnight at their homes when they are gone for weeks. I do long and short care sitting for pets. I love to spend time with pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. I am currently not working right now but will have a part time job soon. For three years, I worked taking care of 50-75 horses at a natural horsemanship farm, alongside taking clinics at the local vet office. I have worked at a local veterinary hospital for over 3 years and work as a veterinary assistant. My job entails taking medical histories, performing blood draws, vaccinations, injections, and fluids, taking radiographs, restraining and handling animals, and caring for animals post-anesthesia, and more! The clinic I work at is AAHA certified and fear free certified. I am experienced with animal care in many facets, including dealing with sick, hurt, and disabled animals. I also have a background in animal training. I have spent years training and working with behaviorally challenged horses and have trained my own animals, including a deaf rabbit who was previously terrified of people and a dog with separation anxiety. Additionally, I have a degree in biology (ecology and organismal biology) and will be going to vet school to continue studying veterinary medicine and pursue my DVM. “Don was very responsive and kept us up to date during our dog’s stay. Don was very friendly and our boys came home tired from playing and very happy. Pick up and drop off were a breeze and there was a large yard full of toys for them to play with. I will for sure use Don again the next time we are in the area!”

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”
About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them brings me happiness, comfort, purpose, and genuine joy every single day. I work during the week, but I spend my breaks and free time caring for animals. I’m also available on weekends, which gives me even more time to bond with and care for them. My two dogs couldn’t be more lovable. My chocolate lab is always ready for outdoor adventures and endless snuggles, while my golden retriever is the sweetest social butterfly who loves other dogs and never turns down extra pets.

“I was very impressed with Lisa. This was the first time boarding my dog anywhere. Lisa was very professional from the meet and greet to when my dog stayed at her house. Unfortunately I had to cut my vacation short but Lisa was very accommodating when I picked up my dog early. The best thing of all was that my dog Marnie loved her right from the start. She is a Miniature Pinscher and quite timid to most people she meets. I highly recommend Lisa and I will definitely take Marnie to Lisa's home again.”
