During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I love to walk and play with them and also have snuggle time if they like that. My schedule is flexible to accommodate their needs! I have not done injections but am willing to do if trained I’m retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pet in my home or come to your home for check-ins and walks. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life from family dogs to neighborhood dogs. From walks to just potty breaks I can provide the best care. I am currently training my own puppy to be the best hunting companion. He has learned to love his kennel and that it is his quiet space. I work part time Monday through Wednesday I am home by 2pm but need time to let my own puppy have some outside time. Thursday and Friday I am home all day other than the occasional appointments. I am able to spend up to two hours with your pet getting the wiggles out or learning some of the basics. Weekends are my family time so I am mostly unavailable other than a random Saturday if my partner ends up working. At my home we are fenced in on 3 sides from neighbors but I have a tie out available. At your home I am comfortable with crates or not and Im willing and able to clean up any mess your furry companion may make. I am comfortable with walking with a harness or not.
About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician and have experience in pet sitting and the veterinary field for the past 20 years. I owned a pet sitting business for 5 years (2008 - 2012) and experience in general practice, emergency, specialty, and shelter medicine. Having a medical background allows me to pick up on medical issues and emergencies in a timely fashion, allowing for treatment if necessary. I am also able to administer medications as needed. I treat others' dogs the same way I treat my own pets and keep daily routines as close to their normal as much as possible. I work full time at a clinic and part time at the local humane society.
