We were apprehensive about leaving Fiona, during our 11 day, out of the country trip. Although, net service was rarely available, Wendy, frequently updated us with photos of Fiona. My husband and I were relieved and appreciative of the care Fiona, received from Wendy and Dean. In the future we will not hesitate to schedule Fiona’s, stay with Wendy and Dean.”

He doesn't spend a lot of time around other dogs and recently was attacked while walking, so I was initially worried about how he would do with their dogs, but theirs are well trained and he fit into the pack quite easily, it seems. They understood his caution, given what he had been through, and they undertook appropriate precautions when exposing him to their dogs and others. In general, it seemed like a good experience for everyone and he made a couple more dog friends! I will definitely be a return (and repeat) customer.”

About: I used to work at a doggy daycare and I worked with horses for about a year, so nothing scares me. I fostered a dog for a year until she found her forever home and now I have my own rescue. She is my whole world. I will treat your furbabies like my own because I know they are your whole world too. I work 2 part-time jobs with a lot of availibility/flexibilty. I typically work either midday or evening, but it changes daily. I would work well with a flexible schedule. We would go for many walks during the day. My dog loves to play so they can tire each other out. If comfortable with other dogs, we could visit the dog park.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I hit the trails almost every day so I can take them with me for a run/walk :) I also have access to 40 acres of wooded hills that I can take the pups too! The safety of your pet is #1! I am a former vet tech and have a great knowledge of dog care and health. I can administer medications- no problem! If am coming to let your pet out of your house, I can walk in the neighborhood or have a play session in the yard. If your pet is at my home, I have a big, fully fenced yard and I live right across from East Lake Winona, the dog friendly lake :) I am very aware of every situation I take your dog into and can address needs or concerns ASAP. I treat every dog I watch as one of my own :)

About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I have a rotating schedule that includes a full week off every third week. I work 5p-3a three days a week (and every third weekend). Just message and we’ll figure something out! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other. About: While living in Seattle I worked for Rover doing dog boarding in my own home, at times with up to five dogs at a time. Currently I am not available to do dog boarding in my own home however I would love to take your fur babies on a walk Only able to service the city limits of La Crosse, Onalaska, and La Cresent I would be more than happy to watch your animals at your home.
