I have grown up around dogs of all sizes (from St. Bernards to Mini Yorkies), and love to give attention to all. I love walking, so why not do it with a dog!? I have volunteered with humane societys and local shelters, I have attended 2 hour dog walking safety and procedures classes for four years, and would walk shelter dogs biweekly in college. Unfortunately my life currently doesn’t have the time a dog deserves, so this is a great way to spend time with dogs and help out their owners. I currently do have three cats, a 5 year old and two 3 year olds adopted from humane society! I love furbabies of all kinds and would love to spend time with your kitty as well. I am able to work from your home as well if house sitting as long as there is WiFi/excellent cellular data for hotspotting. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. About: We live in a large two story townhouse that provides lots of indoor play space. We live in a townhouse community that has a large common area in the front and back. We also have a deck that your pet can lounge on. We live near lots of walking paths and a dog park. We also live near the edge of town and close walking distance to the river. My husband and I have five children who love pets of all kinds and are full of energy. I work a full time seasonal job so I will have more flexibility come the winter months. Our weekends are generally free. During the week is a bit hectic with having five kids in school with various activities. We have an unfenced yard but live close to dog parks. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 4 years now! I’m comfortable with staying in your home for overnights or just visiting during the day for walks and play time! Willing to travel to wherever you’re located. I currently have a part-time job, where I work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I am able to meet your pet(s) both before and after work, and if I am currently sitting, I make your animals a priority in my routine! I had a husky growing up, and now I rescued one of my own — so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, structure, and staying active.
