We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! “I would highly recommend Frank And Julie as your next Dog Sitters. After being referred to them, when I reached out, I had let Frank know I was having a hard time locating them in the Rover app. He went out of his way to help me get things going. Once we were able to set up a time for an initial meet and greet, due to a really bad storm that was rolling in, they were flexible with changing the time for us. That’s when we got to see the fantastic location (their house and property), where they take care of the dogs. While we were getting to know them, they were getting to know our dogs, and asked lots of great questions to make sure they understood how we approach our pups. In addition to their fenced in yard, they have acres and acres of land and are very happy to take dogs out for walks to let them burn their energy. A couple days later, our dog spent the day with them and everything went really really well, and our dogs were so very tired out when we got them back. We even got lots of pictures while we were gone for the day which we really appreciated. Frankie and Julie really understand what it is to be a pet owner and strive to treat our dogs as their own. I will take care of your pets with the instructions you leave me with. I will rely on you as the pet parent to make all major decisions and follow your rules as best as possible. I am available after 1pm on Mondays and Saturdays. I am available all day on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday mornings and Sunday morning (6am-11-30am). I am also flexible for last minute bookings. “Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”
