Booked the appt & met the fam w/in an hour & were so incredibly impressed & confident w/them that we modified our booking for an overnight stay! Having not planned a sitter, we showed up without her bed or paperwork yet were still fully welcomed into their home. Little Ellie (3.5 lb 5.5 mo. Yorkie) spent the day playing with the kiddos inside & out then snuggled with mom & dad all night!🥰 Since I’m now an empty nester, I honestly believe she wasn’t ready to leave when we came for pickup! But it was quickly apparent than Rona was confident and capable even with young and crazy dogs like Floyd. She always got back to me quickly and sent the cutest videos of them playing fetch, swimming, and hiking around. Her dogs are also great too! They helped Floyd play appropriately but still have fun. She enjoyed two walks, got to run around in their large fenced in backyard, and was able to socialize with their two dogs! About: My family and I truly enjoy watching other family’s animals. It allows us to help families not worry about their pets when they are not able to take care of them. I’m a full time teacher, so I have quite a bit of flexibilities during the summer time. I am available to board during the school year as well. I am available after 3:30 to tend to animals during the school year. I have a fenced in back yard and take our own dog for a walk daily. We have one dog, 2 cats, and one hamster. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. Very attentive and will have my golden to play with. Big grass area to play at but no fence, live in a townhome with lots of toys. Since I work from home I’m very attentive and responsive.

About: I started taking care of animals, both cats and dogs, 11 years ago! I've provided animal care services for family members, friends, and for other families through referrals! It's extremely enjoyable to me when I get the privilege to take care of a new animal.! I never want a owner to worry their animal might be too much for me as I've dealt with a variety of dogs and cats in both size and temperament- I can handle practically anything! About: I love caring for animals! I have always been asked to care for pets when my loved ones, friends, coworkers, or neighbors are away. I make homemade dog treats with my dogs and I’m sure they will share! I have cared for all ages of dogs, all needs of dogs. If your dog is friendly, and you would be interested in letting them play with my dog Ozzie to wear out some energy, that is an option as long as they can meet first! Nothing beats a middle of the day play date! I can be flexible in my schedule but sometimes it changes fast, I promise to keep my schedule as up to date as I can. When I am not caring for pets, I work full time as an RN. Please note all my rates are negotiable. I do work 12-13hr shifts full time as a RN. With that, I promise to be upfront and honest about my hours so we can figure out additional care if needed. My schedule varies every week so I often have free time during the week. I work every 3rd weekend. I can come by and spend time with your pets, I can take them for walks, make homemade treats with them, or just give them belly rubs and ear scratches! “I cannot express enough gratitude and how exceptionally accommodating Kristin & Bruce (& of course their little darlings as well!) were with my little pup Ellie! It was a spur of the moment decision to check into a pup sitter while in town for my UW Madison freshman’s 1st football game & what a gem we found!! Booked the appt & met the fam w/in an hour & were so incredibly impressed & confident w/them that we modified our booking for an overnight stay! Having not planned a sitter, we showed up without her bed or paperwork yet were still fully welcomed into their home. Little Ellie (3.5 lb 5.5 mo. Yorkie) spent the day playing with the kiddos inside & out then snuggled with mom & dad all night!🥰 Since I’m now an empty nester, I honestly believe she wasn’t ready to leave when we came for pickup! She was definitely living her best life and I will, without a doubt, be booking further appointments as I pop into town for a visit!”

I use leashes for all outdoor time and love taking walks, playing, and giving pets plenty of exercise and attention.

“Our 2 dogs stayed at Sarah's for about a week earlier this month. The stay was great! We got daily updates, including photos and videos. They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. They were both clearly enjoying their own vacation at Sarah's while we were gone on ours. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”
“Ronalisa did wonderfully! Floyd is high energy and can be pushy- so at first I was worried as we had never boarded through Rover before. But it was quickly apparent than Rona was confident and capable even with young and crazy dogs like Floyd. She always got back to me quickly and sent the cutest videos of them playing fetch, swimming, and hiking around. Her dogs are also great too! They helped Floyd play appropriately but still have fun. I would love to board with Rona again”
