About: I have recently started dog sitting in my home. I have helped friends and now opening my home to more furry companions to help your family. I am a teacher in Dubuque and have the summers off. During the school year I work from 7:30-4:00 and home full time in the summer months. My home has a fenced in yard and is in the perfect location for walking. I am willing to accommodate any of your family requests for your pet including giving medication, daily walks, play time, and special attention.
About: I've taken care of and owned many dogs over the years. I have had pets all of my life, dogs, cats, fish, turtles, guinea pigs...you name it! Neighbors, friends and family have continuously entrusted my wife and I to care for their pets. We will board only one family’s dog(s) at a time so you can be sure they get the attention they need. Our four kids are age 7-13 and will also provide extra attention and playtime for your dog. With six in the household you can rest assured knowing your dog will have attention at all times. Our 4 acre yard provides ample space for leashed exploring and there is abundant wildlife in the area providing new smells to investigate. Your dog will be walked a minimum of once in the morning and once at night with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours or as needed. During the week my wife and I have the ability to work from home to provide care for your dog during the day. We do require dogs to potty trained and not have a history of aggression. They also need to be trained to not chew on non toys unless they are still puppies which we fully understand and can work with! We look forward to having an opportunity to meet you and keeping you pets well loved! No matter what our day looks like, there is always someone available to provide the attention and consistency of car for your dog(s), which is the number one priority. We also have a furnished basement that can be closed off if needed. Or a quiet capped garage and workshop room depending on the sleeping arrangements your dog is accustomed to. If you could please let me know of any special needs your dog may require or want.

About: I am a very positive and outgoing person. I believe in the old-fashioned way of doing things and treating people. I have lots of experience taking care of numerous cats and dogs. I grew up living in the country and we always had lots of outdoor cats and a couple inside. Learning what treatments to give them and the right kind of food is very important to me. Along with this I have had a couple of dogs. Taking time on walk every morning was the best way to start my day. I currently have a puppy so I am very fresh on puppy training and tricks. I have an open schedule Monday through Friday and some weekends depending on what is going on. I currently travel with my boyfriend who works on the road so I have lots of time to spend with your furry friends. I will always keep a close eye on your pet as if they are my own. They are just as important as young children and must be watched and played with as such.
About: I have a 2 year old aussidoodle, she is fixed, potty trained, and she’s super friendly! My cats old and inside cat her name is piper! I work a lot but I’m normally available depending on the day and time. You just message me and I can make something work! I’m pretty flexible. It would be nice to have a 2 weeks notice! My dog Oakley is a cattle dog so therefore she needs walks a lot. My family owns a private camp grounds, so if your dog has a lot of energy let me know I bet I could make something work!

About: My wife and I have grown up with many pets and farm animals. We love dogs and want our kids to learn and love pets as well! Throughout our lives we have had Labs, Golden Retrievers, Coon Hounds, Spaniels, Beagles, and Huskies. We love spending time with pets and only will board one family’s dogs at a time so you can be sure they get the attention they need. Our kids are 8 and 10 and will also provide love and playtime for your dog. Our yard is not fenced, but your dog will be walked a minimum of once in the morning and once at night with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours. I will be giving the dogs a majority of the walks in the morning and night, and my wife works part time from home where she can be around to watch your dog during the day. We also have two kids that love to play and give dog’s attention and love. However, there are breeds of dogs are kids are allergic too so we will have to review your dog before agreeing to watch them. We have a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. However, it is not fenced. We will walk your dog a minimum of 2x per day, with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours. Your dog will spend much of their time in our house, or in the large 4x8 kennel we have. We do require the breeds of dogs that we let in our house to not be breeds our kids are allergic too. For pets in our house we also request they do not have extensive history chewing on things they shouldn’t. We’re also good with puppies as we understand they are still learning!

I started helping others care for their animals since I was about 12 years old, and do obedience training on the side. I currently have no traditional employment, and am home basically at all times. I like to go for regular walks and can bring your pet with me, as well as help with bathroom breaks while you’re at work, or vet visits when you’re busy!
