“Bethany watched Hazel for a brief overnight stay. Bethany was very engaged and knowledgeable. I am very confident with Hazel in her care. I hope to be able to use her services again.”

“Brandi was great as always - so welcoming and Kona was just part of the group and got to play with another friend staying there, so was a nice overnight adventure. Thanks Brandi! Kona and Fam”

“Shawn and Joey have been absolutely wonderful every time they take care of Brooks and Lucy. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they watch over - Brooks and Lucy are always so happy and well taken care…and they do love their walks and trips to the dog park!”

“Marilyn was amazing!! When Nikko first met her, he instantly fell in love with her. She was great with communication and providing picture updates of him. He was spoiled with walks and play time. Highly recommend her!”

“Nothing but great things to say about Kara & Ben. They took such great care of my two dogs while I was away for the weekend. I am not from the area and this was my first time using Rover for boarding so I was a little anxious. Both Kara and Ben provided pictures and reassurance that they were being well cared for. I am very appreciative! 10/10 recommend 😊”

“Andrea was wonderful. My dog Gracie has severe anxiety and it wasn’t going to work, unfortunately. I ended up having to leave work and take her home. I felt bad for Andrea, but she reassured me she was fine with everything. Some dogs just don’t do well in other people’s homes. Anita”

About: Taking walks around my pond, lots of cuddles, and play will be enjoyed at my home. Open to working with your feeding schedule preferences for your pet. Weekends, I will be home more to play and cuddle. I work outside of home during the week, but in the evenings I will have lots of time to play and have fun. If you have a crate, I would love for you to bring it for the dog. This way, if I am sitting with multiple pets while I'm gone, they are safe. Also, I will always have a leash in my complex.
“Eleanor loved staying with Laurie again. She takes wonderful care of dogs and sends pictures/updates! I can tell that she really cares about the animals when they are staying with her and wants them to be so comfortable…Thank you again!”

“Nick and Dorothy cared for my fur baby like it was their own offering daily walks, playtime, and lots and lots of love. Great fenced back yard. Lots of updates and pics. Would highly recommend”

About: Hi there, I’m Sarah! Thank you for stopping by my profile! I’m a proud U.S. Navy veteran who separated from the military in 2017. Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in 25 different states and 6 countries, which gave me a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and the incredible diversity of animals around the world. Those experiences helped shape my adaptable, compassionate personality and my love for caring for both people and animals. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve cared for everything from dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, chickens, and goats to helping family members care for horses, cows, and other farm animals. Whether your pet has paws, feathers, or scales, I’m comfortable providing patient, attentive care tailored to their individual personality and needs. I currently have an older service dog named Basil and a senior cat named Dhara, so I understand firsthand how important it is to provide gentle care, consistency, and a calm environment—especially for older pets. If your pet stays with me, they’ll be welcomed into a peaceful home where they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision. One of the experiences I’m most proud of was spending two years training my service dog, Basil, through the ARF Pets for Vets program in Walnut Creek, California. That experience taught me a tremendous amount about canine behavior, positive reinforcement, communication, and building trust. It also strengthened my belief that every animal communicates in their own unique way, and I take the time to understand their body language so they feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Outside of pet care, I’m a freelance product designer and entrepreneur who enjoys creating new products, designing 3D models, and bringing ideas to life. I also love cooking, baking, traveling, exploring new places, and discovering local restaurants—I’m even an Elite Yelp reviewer, so you could say I enjoy finding the best hidden gems wherever I go! When caring for your pet, my goal is to make them feel like they’re part of the family. I know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet behind, so I strive to provide the same level of care, patience, and affection that I’d want for my own animals. What you can expect from me: • Personalized care based on your pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. • Experience caring for a wide variety of companion and farm animals. • Daily photo, video, and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing. • A meet-and-greet before booking to make sure we’re a great fit. • Basic training guidance and positive reinforcement tips when appropriate. • A clean, calm, safe, and loving environment where your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness always come first. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I truly appreciate that trust. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered or scaly!) family members and providing them with the same love and care I’d give my own. I work full-time Monday through Friday with every other Friday off. From 6 AM to 3 PM, but I can accommodate meet and greets throughout the week, including drop in visits on my lunch break. If I’m staying at a client’s home, I can easily plan my schedule around your pet’s needs, ensuring they receive consistent care and attention. I’m most available for extended services Friday through Sunday, so we can coordinate a schedule that works best to keep your furry, feathered, or scaly friend happy and comfortable. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet in my care. In my home or a client’s home, I ensure the space is pet-proofed and free of hazards. I follow each pet’s routine to make them feel at ease, respecting their space and preferences. For new pets, I take the time to build trust through positive interactions and gentle introductions. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, safe space with designated areas for eating, sleeping, and play. I supervise all interactions, especially with other animals, to ensure everyone's safety. I also maintain cleanliness, making sure litter boxes are scooped daily (or more frequently depending on the pet), food and water bowls are clean, and any medication needs are carefully followed. When staying in a client’s home, I respect their environment by keeping their pet’s routine consistent, and I ensure they have a safe, familiar space. I communicate regularly with pet owners to update them on their pet’s well-being and to address any concerns. My goal is to provide the same level of care, attention, and comfort in your home as I would in mine.

About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life, aside from when I was in the dorms during college. I currently own 2 cats and have recent experience with nail clipping, tooth brushing, and medication delivery. I am definitely a cat person and will make an effort to spend time with your kitty how she/he likes it (play time, lap time, snack time, etc.)
“I’m really glad Annette was able to visit my cat in my absence. I know I can rely on her even when the weather is bad, like it was this last weekend. She’s a professional!”

“Becky did an incredible job for our cat Suna. It was our first time leaving him alone for a weekend, but Becky made us feel at ease by going above and beyond and letting us know about the slightest changes in mood or behavior. She also spent a lot of time cuddling and playing with Suna and even washed his food containers. We could not be more happy. Becky, thank you so much and please come again!”

“Alyssa is a VERY CARING petsitter that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When she came in for the meet and greet, all 5 of my pets ran right up to her wanting pets and loving which she gladly gave. When it came to the day when she did check ins, not only did she ck in with me with pics, but other than feeding, walked my dog Zion which was not 1 of the things she was asked to do, but also sat outside with him so he could get out of the crate and go outside and enjoy the nice weather. She also gave some lovin to my cats to who are ALWAYS begging for it. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and has great deal of love for animals. I will DEFINANTLY have her back, A+++++ PETSITTER!!! THANK YOU ALYSSA!! 😀😀”

About: I’ve had four cats throughout my life — both indoor and outdoor — so I’m comfortable with all kinds of kitty personalities and routines! I currently have a sweet senior indoor cat who requires oral medication, so I’m experienced and patient with giving meds and caring for older cats. Whether your kitty is playful, shy, cuddly, or independent, I’m happy to go at their pace and make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. 💕🐾
“Craig helped me out short notice and kept my cat for the day while my landlord did some work on my house. He sent lots of pictures and make me feel so much better knowing she was in good hands. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Debora was here today for her first drop-in visit. She was prompt and sent a couple pics as requested. She also left a note for me on how the visit went. My pup and her hit it off great at the meet and greet.”

“Thank you so much for taking care of my Othello! I could tell he had been well cared for when we came home. I also appreciated the additional photos and the fact that he let you pet him means he must have really trusted you! I hope to be able to book again with you!”

About: I have been around dogs since I was born but only professionally for 2 years. I have always loved animals and taken care of so many friends, siblings, neighbors, and coworkers animals. I love to be active and what better way than to be walking a dog. I have a part time job and go to school online for the most part and only work weekends. I have one in person class twice a week for only about 90 minutes. I have so much free time and since I have moved away from home I am missing my fur babies. I would really enjoy to love on some animals in my free time and wane a little extra side money to pay for my tuition. Currently I have no pets at my new house. At my parents house we always had a fenced in backyard however I have pet sat for many people without fencing and know how to control animals on a leash. I always listen to what the animal is trying to tell me and have a lot of patience when I do.
About: I have many years of experience caring and loving for animals. I have also worked for a couple of Veterinary clinics and have attended a year of school for Veterinary medicine. I am currently a stay at home mom and have a couple of fur babies of my own who get along great with everyone! My Bernese Mountain dog is 7 years and one of the biggest lap dogs you will meet. My kids are 3 and 1 and are taking after my animal loving ways. They love to help care for our animals and take care of our daily chores. I live on a quiet road out in the country, we have 7 acres and plenty of room to play! I am very flexible and accommodating and always excited to meet new faces!

“We’d give her more stars if it was possible! Macey took our three cats for two overnights. She is so accommodating, attentive and professional. We are so grateful to have found her. TY Macey and Rover!”
About: I've had 7 dogs in my lifetime and have taken care of all of them. Right now I currently have a German Shepard husky mix whom I enjoy running with and playing with all everyday as much as possible. Dogs are just like big fur babies and I love it. I am a online student and mother and a part time worker for now. However I'm flexible to work with any dog any day at any time. I have a outside keenel where my dog stays when we leave the house. And a open backyard with woods. Due to this we usually chain him up so he doesn't run off but as long as we take him to the dog park an hr a day he's good. In my home when I'm there I just lay and cuddle with my dog he's he's big lazy potatoe who enjoys naps more than any person I've met so usually he'll be at my feet everywhere I go and lay down for a nap. At others house I'll do whatever they would like me to do with their dogs if there's a fenced yard then we will be outside playing with their toys so they have their fun exercise and bonding moment with me.
“Had a great experience with Rylee! She was very flexible, responsive, and sent updates throughout the week. My kitty was well taken care of during her stay - would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have owned horses and dogs my whole life and have a love for animals. I have been watching family friend’s dogs for years and I wanted to get more into pet sitting/walking! I also volunteered at the humane society all throughout college so I have a lot of experience with cats of all personalities as well as dogs that may be shy or have triggers. I currently work from home 3 out of the 5 days which makes it easy for me to pet sit during the week and ensuring full care!! I also work 7 am to 3:15 pm so I have all afternoon to do any dog walks and check ins! At my home I have room for a crate if needed. I also have a long leash for going potty outside along with leashes to go for many walks!

About: I've taking care of dog for a year plus now. My friends and family trust and relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and have their pets stay overnight at my house. My house is especially a good environment for dog because my yard is fenced and the dog have their own furniture and their own room. I'm currently a stay at home dog mom and a bake at home so I have plenty of time to play and walk your pet which I love doing. My yard is fenced and I have a friendly dog to keep your dog company while he/she is here. I have plenty of toys and treats available for the dogs as well.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of various sizes and ages for as long as I can remember. I pride myself on providing the highest quality care and attention that all animals deserve. I love animals of all kinds, and my goal is to make their time apart from their owners as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! I'm well versed in animal body language, oral medication administration, and senior care. I'm available to do last-minute bookings, early mornings, late nights, holidays—you name it! I have plenty of time to accommodate you and your pet's needs! I'd love to know everything I can about your pet(s) to allow for the best possible experience! I also won't shy away from cleaning up after your pets and will adhere to specified household rules. Boarding is available on a case-by-case basis, as I only board one family pet(s) at a time. Because of the cats that I have, boarding is done in a separate living space away from the house. It's fully furnished, has heat and air conditioning, and is about the size of a studio apartment. I also live on 80 acres with plenty of walking trails in the woods, well-managed fields, and even a small pond. I will be with your pets the entire duration of their stay and will get them out multiple times during the day! If you request that I take them out on the walking trails, I do ask that your pets have tick medication on them.
“We hit the jackpot with Christy! She accepted the job, watching my puppy, last minute when I couldn't keep him quiet in his crate. Christy is active during the day with much play time and walks. Levi comes home happy, content and well cared for. Christy follows any special rules you may have and also is not afraid to make suggestions if she feels there could be an improvement for your pup. She definately has much love and care for all the dogs she cares for. Thank you for providing such great care and taking on a puppy at the last possible moment! I highly recommend.”

“Jennifer is absolutely amazing with our dog, Goose. She has been so patient and beyond understanding. Goose is a high energy dog, very stubborn, and anxious. She is always honest and always reliable. Jennifer has worked super hard with him and Jennifer’s is Goose’s favorite place to go! He looks forward to every Thursday and Friday. About: Hello! Pleasure to meet you! My name is Craig and I am ready to take such good care of the furry members of your family! I have had dogs and cats in my family since I was 5 years old and know how important good quality care can be for them. I've been a pet sitter for family and friends since graduating high school, and would love to meet you and your dogs and/or cats. This is my life! Your pets will be the most important thing to me as I take care of them. I am available most week days and weekends, and am available for walks/outside time, whenever they need. I will walk, play with, and care for your pets throughout the day both while in my apartment with them, as well as in the yard. With your approval, I am also always able to take them to local dog parks for some free running.
About: I have been working in the veterinary field since 2018. I have had two dogs, two cats and many reptiles. I love every creature known to man. I will provide the absolute best care that I can to your fellow family member. I have a lot of availability to ensure the needs are enabled to your companions. I am very flexible with my schedule to ensure that everyone is taken care for. I will ensure that your companion is being fed, getting fresh water, going out for potty breaks and walks. Being able to create a trusting relationship with your compaction.
About: My first paid gig was babysitting a diabetic cat at age 16. All of my own pets have lived extraordinarily long lives which I credit to my own care and pampering. I have had my own, and dog sat for, Greyhounds, a notoriously high maintenance breed that I adore. I will go out of my way to assure your pet is comfortable and healthy like hand feeding your stressed pup who doesn't like to eat when you are away, cooking up turkey and rice (even though I'm vegetarian) for upset tummies and sleeping on the couch instead of the guest bed because your furry friend won't leave the living room until you get home. I'm comfortable with cats, dogs, small mammals, lizards and fish. Through Rover I have built my experience with chickens, goats and sheep and find I'm really enjoying the hobby farm chores! Drop-in and Dog walking within 10 miles only. I work from home so as long as you have good wifi I can be pretty flexible. I love to walk and hike and can do so during the week in the morning, at lunch and evening. Very flexible on weekends, particularly for furry friends who might want to adventure in the woods with me! I like to do a meet and greet before staying in your home. An introduction to your pet family, a lay of the land and Q&A. I love detailed written instructions so there is no confusion on your preferences and your pets needs. I'm a strict rule follower assuring your pets get the care you expect with the flexibility and experience to adapt to unforseen situations.
About: I’ve grown up with many different kinds of animals from dogs to bunnies & hamsters. I’ve also been around cats my entire life we just never had one in the house because my mom was allergic. I love animals as they have been my entire life growing up! I have been dog sitting for a year now, since January 2025 Pet care takes place in my everyday life because I have an 8-year-old dog and just got a puppy recently. I love to take them on walks and play with them outside. I also love teaching them new tricks and making sure they have fresh food and water. I can take your dogs on walks if they need them daily. I would also love to play with them to keep them entertained and get there energy out. If your dog sleeps in the bed no worries I love to have a snuggle bug next me.
About: I have 2 dogs of my own and I have been a babysitter for a family friend whom have had 3 dogs since I have been working for them! I am currently taking college courses at Mid-State online so free time is my middle name! I am also hoping to become more active and what’s better than getting your physical activity in while spending time with cute animals! I have a fenced in back yard that my dogs love playing in, and a kennel where I can put my puppy if he’s to riled up!

“Kimberly has a natural affinity with dogs and it shows. Merlin is often shy but was able to open up on the first park meeting. Merlin's first walk with a new friend was a great adventure and we're looking forward to many more!”
About: I’ve always been around animals my whole life. I have taken care of cats, dogs, chickens, guniea pigs, etc. I have also worked with animals in many jobs such as working on a farm and taking care of neighbors pets too! I currently am getting ready for college and have lots of time on my hands. I am doing small jobs around the area and am available 6am-10pm. I’m super flexible and easygoing. I have a small dog who is extremely friendly with all different kinds of animals. I have a big backyard and lots of land to walk/care for your loved one. If your loved one needs to be crated or chained I am able to do that.
About: I grew up in a house with up to 14 trained working dogs at a time. I’ve spent years working with and developing the skills needed for them to succeed at trained tasks. I currently have an obedience trained Catahoula Leopard Cur whom I’ve been working with since puppyhood. I’ve boarded and have done drop in pet sitting since age ten. I’ve bred and trained both domestic and working dogs, and have an advanced understanding of dog body language and behavior signs to help the dog communicate. I’ve had years of experience with many different breeds of dogs from terriers, hounds, bulldogs, mastiffs, golden retrievers, doodles, and many more. I’m currently working part time jobs with flexible hours, allowing me to arrange my schedule in a way that suits your needs. A typical day includes people being home almost 24/7, typically no more than 4 hours go by with my dog being alone. I am able to do drop ins when needed, and can work around most requests. I have an unfenced 2.5 acre yard attached to a 80 acre farm. My dogs are allowed to run freely with supervision in the yard. No current barn animals present besides cats and the two indoor dogs. I am also able to provide a small enclosed area to play, with prior notice, and can use different haltering methods to ensure your furry friend will remain in a safe controlled area. In your home I am able to provide any life style you give your dog, whether that be free roaming or supervised on-leash outside time, or any other way to keep your pet safe. I’m always open to different ways to care for dogs because I understand each dog has different needs.

About: I worked at a humane society for almost 5 years. I am very comfortable with all dog breeds and basic care of a dog. I also learned how to administer medication while working at the shelter. I currently have a bullmastiff and have had many senior dogs in the passed that needed special attention. I am currently looking into going back to school and do not have any other commitments for the time being. I am happy to come up with a schedule that works for you! My pets at home are free-fed and allowed to roam the main living areas at all times. I have a fenced in backyard and keep the patio door open whenever I can so they can go in and out. I am more than happy to follow any and all instructions! I am aware all dogs are different and have different needs and would never do something I was not asked.

“Nick and Dorothy cared for my fur baby like it was their own offering daily walks, playtime, and lots and lots of love. Great fenced back yard. Lots of updates and pics. Would highly recommend”

“Randee was great with Louie! We will not hesitate to have Louie stay with Randee again. Randee was very accommodating and understanding when we had to adjust some drop off and arrival times.”

“I had an amazing first experience using the Rover app with Melissa! Chopper seemed comfortable, happy, and well taken care of the entire time. Melissa communicated incredibly well and sent lots of updates and pictures, which gave me a peace of mind. She was also very sweet, flexible with her availability, and active with Chopper. Melissa took Chopper on several long walks, and it was clear he had a great time with her. I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a caring, active, and reliable sitter. I look forward to booking with her again for Chopper in the future!”

About: I've grown up with pets my whole life - dogs, cats, cows, horses, hamsters, mice, you name it I probably had it at one point. I have a dog of my own as well. I like to say I've had animal experience my whole life, but formally I have had over 8 years of experience in the animal care industry. I have spent time in veterinary clinics, grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, dog training, permanent sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, and farms. I have also fostered multiple dogs from a local rescue. I recently earned a degree in animal science and have plans to attend veterinary school. I really really love animals and everything about them, and I would love to spend some time with your pet when you're not able to! I take my dog for two walks a day, a shorter 10-15 minute walk in the morning, and longer 30-45 minute walk after work in the afternoon. On days I am not working, I go on multiple short walks a day. There are paths I walk for both off-leash and on-leash walking. Typical available days are T-F. Weekends vary. Outdoor activities (walks, meeting friends dogs, swimming, fetch, etc.) are my primary methods of exercise and activity with my pet, and would be with clients pets as well. On days it's not so nice I like to work on training inside or find new enrichment activities to keep my pet occupied. I take pride in keeping a pet environment clean, so I regularly bathe and brush my dog, as well as clean food bowls. I will care for my clients pets as I would care for my own.
About: I’m a traveling pet sitter and I love hanging out with all animals! I'm a member to both this and TrustedHouseSitters so I have references on there if you wish to see those I can send screen shots. My girlfriend, Debbie and I travel everywhere by car I'm currently only doing pet / house sitting at your house. If you’d like to FaceTime ahead of time that would be great. I'm excited to meet your dog or cat! I love being around pets so I go on walks or hangout around the house with the dog(s) and provide a safe and chill environment.
