“Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”
About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! She clearly loves animals and although they were hesitant with someone new, she was down on the floor talking to them and coaxing them out to play and cuddle. She even stopped by early one morning to make sure all was ok after a big storm the night before. About: I’ve had cats my entire life, so loving your cats will be just as easy as loving mine! I have experience with kittens, adult cats and sick cats, and have experience administering oral medications as well as giving them that extra love they need when they’re not feeling well! I’ve worked with cats of all ages and temperaments, so I’m not scared of a few hisses, although I will respect their boundaries when need be. About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. “Bonnie was amazing with our dog Cinnamon! We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition when a blizzard completely changed our plans. Bonnie was incredibly understanding and accommodating when we unexpectedly had to stay an extra night because travel was so dangerous. She even offered to help with anything Cinnamon might need since we hadn’t planned on being away another day. Cinnamon had a wonderful time playing with Bonnie’s fur babies and came home happy and completely exhausted from all the fun. About: Hello! I've been taking care of pets every since my professors at my university trusted me to dog-sit in their homes. I've always had a love of animals. As a child I spent most of my free time volunteering at my local animal shelter by walking dogs to give them a break and fresh air or training them to help them be more likely to be adopted. As an adult I've worked as a zookeeper (my all-time favorite animal to care for are probably lemurs) and as a high school biology teacher. My passion has always been working with animals, providing them with the care and respect they deserve and I have extensive experience in the field. I’ve worked in horse barns, animal shelters, and dog boarding facilities, and I’m skilled in administering all types of medications, including insulin. Whether it’s feral cats or reactive dogs, I have the patience and expertise to help them adjust and thrive, including building trust with new people. I understand how intimidating change can be for animals, and I’m dedicated to making those transitions as smooth as possible. I’ve dedicated countless unpaid hours to caring for animals, driven solely by my love and commitment to their well-being. When you entrust me with your pet, I promise to care for them as if they were my own, providing compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication in every situation. I am pretty open with my schedule. I will love your babies like my own. I do work mon-thurs 3-9pm and Saturday 11-4. I am a perfectionist. If you tell me you want something done in a specific way or at a certain time, please let me know!! I'd be more than happy to jump through hoops to give your baby(s) what they need when and how they need it. I will put your animal above everything else, that's what I'm paid for and that's what I love doing.
About: Hello. My name is Kirsten. Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby(ies). I have been pet sitting for three or more years. In 2014, I had fought my phobia. I had a fear of dogs which I continued to fight. After two years, I started to volunteer bringing therapy dogs to nursing homes and I even started pet sitting an english Mastiff, Golden retriever and three cats. I have found my love for dogs and cats and continue to petsit. I also go on fun walks with dogs. I also have taken care of rabbits as well. There is no other way to have the best day ever but to have the best day ever with your fur babies. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet(s). I am currently babysitting from 7:30am to 1pm on weekdays and I work 5a to 5p on Saturdays. I have open availability besides those times. I don’t provide boarding in my own home but when I am caring for pets in your home, I ask that you please provide to me in writing what medications, feed times, veterinarian numbers, your number, and all other information.

“Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”
About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

She sent photos and videos of their adventures. Missed our pup for the weekend, but glad we got updates and knew he was in good hands. Also having some other pups to play with was great since he doesn't normally have that type of activities so I'm sure he enjoyed himself.”

Our sweet dog is very good around the house and has learned a lot but has separation anxiety and leash reactivity. Not only did Erica do a great job with communication and adapting to our dog’s schedule, she also recommended, and went ahead with trying, a gentle leader. Also, even though Erica had just moved to an apartment, she made sure that was okay with us and made it work for our husky. We were worried that we’d lose a lot of progress on helping our shelter dog settle in, but Erica gave our dog a great boarding experience *and* helped her make a new dog friend!
