About: Hi ! As I am home for summer , I would love to be able to watch any animals , any size is okay ! I have grown up with large dogs most of my life but I am okay with any size and age. I am a college student athlete at Winona State University going into my Junior year next semester! I am also a nanny in the summers so I am very flexible when it comes to times or days ! I am also a nanny in the summer which means I have can have very flexible hours ! I am also very active, walks, runs etc. I have a fenced in yard and a pool ! But also I have a dog and my mom has a dog they are both loving and will keep your animal company!

About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊

Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. Either way, this is my 5-10 year goal and his will help me achieve that. I work full time throughout the week. My evenings are available & so are most of my weekends. This month of August will be busy for me on the weekends though. I make sure they are comfortable & I treat them as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy while their person is gone.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests.
