“This was a perfect location in the country near our family reunion. Kennel was clean, Erika was very welcoming, followed all of our wishes, stayed in touch regularly, sent video, and Sheppy acted calm and seemed to have enjoyed his stay with other dogs. He is an escape artist so Erika made sure there was an extra lock on the door so he could not let himself out. About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. About: I’ve taken care of many types of different animals for as long as I can remember. Starting on my family’s hobby farm. We had many kinds of birds, rabbits, and dogs. About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. I’m currently in my last semester college, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility in my schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my days, and I can give animals the attention they deserve. Spending time with furry friends is honestly the best way to spend time between and after class! I make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely and respect the rules and preferences set by their owner. I take the time to understand feeding schedules, play habits, and any specific instructions so that everyone feels comfortable and at ease. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for pets.
About: I owned a dog for over a decade, and babysat dogs/ cats many times. I worked with animals at a zoo so I’m good at reading them and respecting their boundaries! I work second shift (3-11pm) M-F so check ins would work best for those days. I can still dog/cat sit during the weekdays if you’re are okay with your pets being alone for a full shift, or being watched by my parents (while pets are boarded at our house). My weekends are completely open! I have a large backyard and tennis court. I also live near a very nice bike trail for long walks. I have no other animals in the house. I have ramps for small/old dogs.
About: - has had 3 dogs throughout my life, 2 miniature schnauzers and 1 German Shepherd - has dog watched all different breeds throughout high school - had a dog with diabetes and was blind, knows how to give injections, pills if needed -passionate about loving and caring for dogs! I am able to take care of dogs Monday through Sunday, though times may differ, but usually free later on in the day. Mornings and evenings generally preferred! I am unable to have pets in my home but I am able to walk them, feed them, as well as help them before leaving your home with anything they need to be the most comfortable before you come home.

I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.
About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. I have a large yard surrounded by fields in a rural area where pets are free to roam in sight as long as they’re well-trained.

About: I am specialized in training all types of dogs! I make sure that the dog is taken care of and is having a blast while the parents are gone! I am very outgoing, active, and good at communicating. I currently work part time as a server so I am available whenever just may have to step away for a couple hours to waitress. About: I’ve taken care of many types of different animals for as long as I can remember. Starting on my family’s hobby farm. We had many kinds of birds, rabbits, and dogs. Then when older I studied animal science and everyone I knew always brought their pets to me to take care of. There is still so many breeds of both dogs and cats that I would love to be able to take care of. I am currently working part-time at a pet boarding/ daycare facility and still going to school. I still seem to have time that I feel as if I am wasting and need something to fill that void. In my clients home I will try to stick to the instructions that they give me when I am caring for their pet. I will also do anything extra depending on the pet and the different needs that they may have. (Ex. If they are a senior pet or a puppy)
