I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

I am able to work from your home as well if house sitting as long as there is WiFi/excellent cellular data for hotspotting. I can crate dogs, leash/harness them, give medication, clean up house accidents, or give hard/soft/homemade food. About: I've taken care of all my friends and family's pets. Everyone relies on me to make sure proper care of their animals are taken. I go above and beyond of what is asked. I am available any day Monday through Sunday between the hours of 7am to 9pm. However,, I am more than flexible for certain circumstances though. I offer everything between taking the pets for walks, bringing them outside, playing with them, feeding and providing them water. I can even bathe them and train them if necessary.

I myself have had animals ranging from cats and dogs, to snakes to fish and rats.. and as you can imagine, they all require some very different needs! i ALWAYS make it my goal to care for each individual animal the best i can, after all they deserve it! I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. About: I have had dogs my entire life and have love for all animals. I have also worked with rescue groups and almost all of my pets have come from rescue situations. I am currently working part time and therefore have plenty of time to care for your pets. I have grown up with animals my entire life. At this time I am not offering sitting at our home as we are having work done to our home but hope to in the near future
About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.
About: I have owned dogs most of my upbringing and early adulthood. I now have more free time to help others take care of their dogs without worry. I work a part time waitressing job, mostly in the afternoons. So I am free all day long while you are at work. I am able to flex and change my schedule for you! I am free to watch your dogs in your home so your animal knows its environment is safe. I am also free to just pop over and take your dog for a long walk.
About: I’ve had dogs consistently in my house since I was born. We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. I’ve just returned from school abroad and am back looking for a full-time job but in the meanwhile will be petsitting/walking/etc. whenever is asked of me. I have a pretty free schedule, so most any booking should work. I would be super considerate of any rules applied by the owners whether in the clients home or mine. I just have a lot of fun bonding and playing with animals, so I’m happy to perform all pet care servcies.

About: I’ve been caring for my current dog for 5 years, previously I had a pup that I cared for 2 years. Over the years, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk their pups, keep them fed on schedule. Those early experiences taught me how to be patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog’s unique personality. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me, and that long‑standing trust from the people around me is something I’m really proud of. I am also a huge fan of training pets, though im not certified to do so as yet. This is currently my full time job at the moment as I transition in the workforce. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and check-ins to give you peace of mind. I work a flexible hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days at home. When we leave our dog home alone to roam the house Monday - Friday, she is alone 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 5:00 with a mid-day lunch and potty break. We have a 2-year-old 75 lb Pyredoodle who LOVES to play and wrestle, so your dog will have a built-in buddy. We also have a fully fenced backyard for safe playtime and exercise. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and beds. Our home is smoke-free and kid-free.
