“Highly highly recommend Ellen! Our pup had the best time; we could tell immediately she would love him like we do. Great backyard, lots of updates and a very tired pup from so much play when we got home. We will definitely work with Ellen again!”

“5 stars!! ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 💫 ⭐️ Jessica is amazing! She graciously dealt with our uncertain and hetic schedules. She went over and above, driving to my home to pick my dog up. Even when he was initially bashful/scared, she waited and took extra time. Gave him extra love and care, car rides, treats, and nap time together. I felt he was safe, content, and at ease while in Jessica’s home. We will definitely be hiring her again!!”

“This was the best experience for my two boys. They r golden retrievers and they loved every minute. David and his family treated them like they were part of his family. I will continue to board my boys with David.”

“Estrella loved going to Sarah's house! She always has a fun time playing with Sarah's dogs and she met a new friend in the regular daycare dog they host. We got lots of adorable pictures and videos and Estrella came home tired and happy!”

“When Behr got home the day we picked him up from Emily’s, he slept all day! He was able to get so much energy out playing with the other dogs in her backyard. She sent photo updates throughout his stay, and in every picture he looked like he was having the time of his life! I will definitely be using Emily’s services again if I’m ever heading up by Madison. Thank you!”

“I can not say enough about the outstanding care our dog received from Scott and Ashley. We received frequent updates and messages to keep us up to date. We are so very grateful that they invited our dog into their home.”

“Erin and family are the best. Wesley had a great time with them and got a new buddy Willow out of the deal. For sure will use Erin again. She had great communication and updated us everyday of Wes’s day.”

“Sarah did a great job with our highly anxious dog. I know she was really stressed being away from our family, so we appreciate all Sarah did. She worked with us when we had to adjust who picked our dog up and we had no issues.”

“We have a very challenging dog who was a rescue, she has a lot of quirks and Jenifer has been very kind and patient in caring for Poppy. Poppy would not do well in a kennel setting and having a loving home for her to stay is a real blessing!”
“Emma was a great sitter during our weekend away! She sent tons of great pictures, took Tico for a walks and best of all, her dogs and Tico loved each other and played all weekend. He was exhausted when he got home. Happy dog, happy us! Thanks Emma!”

“Val and his wife were able to take our dog, Ollie, on very short notice. They were kind, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of our family member while we were gone. They provided frequent updates on how our dog was doing through near-daily texts and photos. If we ever have to leave our dog with a sitter in the future, they will be our first choice.”

“Amanda and her family are like a second family to our Rosie! Amanda is flexible, easy to communicate with and provides a great place for our pup when we’re out of town.”

“Jessica was great again. Understood that my dog like to try to escape and kept him safe and his tracking collar charged. I got pictures and updates everyday, I’d use her whenever she’s available!”

“Meghan and family were great to our pup! We submitted a request only 4 days before we needed to use them. We did a meet and greet 2 days later and they were able to take Rosie just a couple of days later, as requested. Meghan was very prompt with responses, and I got regular updates including pictures of her kids giving so much love to our dog while we were away.”

“We were so happy to find a petsitter with cat experience on a holiday weekend. Bella agreed to house & pet sit for us and she went out of her way to spend extra time with our two housecats for two daily visits, and was even able to spend two nights in spite of her busy schedule. The cats warmed up to her and she reported having bed-buddies for the nights she stayed over. I was pleased that she heeded my request to contact us about anything, big or small. Thank you Bella, for watching our kitties & household!!”
“Nikki is great to work with! She was quick to respond and took care of our three cats so thoughtfully while we were away. I’ll definitely recommend Nikki to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable support with your four legged family members!”

“We had such a great experience with Aubrey! Before we ever left, she took the time to come over and meet our cats, which meant so much to us. She asked thoughtful questions, paid attention to their personalities, and made sure she understood their routines and preferences. It immediately put us at ease knowing she cared enough to build that connection ahead of time. Our cats were comfortable and well cared for, and it was clear they recognized her when she came back. We truly appreciated the extra effort and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate cat sitter.”

“We are happy with Shannon caring for our 2 cats for the week we were gone. We received an updated photo of Mango and Carley each day. Mango was comfortable with her and even got on her lap at one point. We would have her to care for our cats in the future.”

“Sadie did a great job! It was our first pet sitting venture, and my first time with Rover, which is always a bit nerve-wracking with our fur babies. But I was very pleased, and she tolerated, understood and followed my detailed instructions well. Thanks, Sadie and Rover! I'll definitely have you back!”

“Robin did an amazing job with my dogs. She was patient, kind, and took great care of them during her drop-in visits. It gave me real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate sitter!”

“Alysha did such a nice job with watching our cats. The were fed, litter boxes cleaned and got some play time with her. Leading up to it she was very prompt in answering questions. We will happily have her come again to watch our cats!! Thanks Alysha!!”

“Deedee is wonderful! Our cat is usually very shy and hides but she came out and got her meds and treats. I had no worries with Deedee taking care of our girl and highly recommend her services!!!!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, I bring a well-rounded and deeply committed approach to pet care. I am the owner of Oh My Paws, a pet-sitting business I started during college, and have worked as a kennel technician, dog handler for Can Do Canines, and am currently completing an apprenticeship at a Humane Society. These roles have given me experience with a variety of temperaments, medical needs, and behavioral challenges. What truly sets me apart is my background in dog behavior and training. I am currently studying to earn my CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed) certification and have experience training service dogs through the Falcon Fetch program. This gives me a unique ability to understand body language, reduce stress in pets, and ensure a safe, enriching environment during their care. Pet care is a central part of my life and something I prioritize in my weekly routine. I have very open availability on weekends (Saturday–Sunday), and I’m also available on Mondays if needed. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent and dependable care, whether it’s for daily visits, overnights, or last-minute bookings. Because I run my own pet-sitting business and am actively involved in training and animal welfare work, I structure my schedule around the pets I care for. I take the time to provide each animal with individualized attention, exercise, enrichment, and a calm, safe environment. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, safety and trust are always my top priorities. I begin with a detailed intake to learn about each pet’s routine, medical needs, triggers, and preferences, and I tailor my care accordingly. I use positive reinforcement and clear communication to build trust with animals, helping them feel safe and comfortable. In a client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routines as closely as possible to reduce stress. I’m respectful of the home environment, leave things exactly as I found them, and provide regular updates with photos and notes for peace of mind.

About: I have always had a dog growing up, so I learned from a very young age how to care for a pet. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their dogs since I was around 12 years old. This includes stopping in the house to take them to the bathroom and feeding them, as well as giving medication if needed. Lots of snuggles and playtime too of course! I have taken care of dogs in the client's home for up to a week and cared for them at my home as well. No need to worry about any complex feeding schedules. I can manage it all. I am very comfortable with any age, breed, and sized dog! I have a one-year-old pup, so I am very familiar with training and puppy classes. I have volunteered at the humane society and when I was in high school, I job shadowed at a veterinary clinic. I currently work as a substitute teacher so my schedule is extremely flexible! During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!

“Sarah and her pack did awesome!!! Can't thank her enough for taking in Winnie on such short notice. When I picked up Winnie I was taken back at how much Winnie had bonded with Sarah in such a short period of time. Sarah was aware of Winnie's IBD issues and updated me on how she did. I really appreciated her for that!!!! This family definitely loves dogs!!!”

“Just like everyone else, Teddy and I love her! Great home away from home for your fur baby. ? We’ll be coming back over and over again. I’m pretty sure he would’ve been happy to move right in with her permanently ❤️”

They were very conscious of her allergies as well. I will definitely book again!”

I maintain routines, provide loving care, and create a safe, comfortable environment where pets feel happy and cared for while their families are away.

About: I have always had a dog in my house growing up, so i understand the basics of dog care. Currently I work at a dog daycare. I've been working there for 2 years and it has helped me understand more about dog behaviors, and care for them efficiently and effectively. Before that I volunteered at the Jefferson Humane Society for 3 years helping clean out animal cages/rooms and providing affection to all the rescued animals. I'm looking for extra work during the summer in between my internship and job. Internship is 3 days a week, job is 2. So I don't have a bunch of time but I do have some open hours where I can do dog walks and some daycare shifts. I have a lot of experience with a variety of dogs and their behaviors. I can create dogs when needed and can walk dogs without any issues.

About: I have raised and cared for many animals throughout my lifetime ranging from dogs, cats, kittens, cows, raccoons, guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish! There is no animal too big, small, or sassy for me! I love them all! I have experience with bottle fed, new born animals, pets with different feeding patterns in the same house, delivering medicine to pets (including via syringe), outdoor supervision, and caring for temperamental animals. My own dogs are a pitbull and Doberman respectively, so I know firsthand that a breed or size does not define an animal! I am here to provide exceptional care to your fur babies regardless of shape, size, age, or attitude! I work various part-time jobs around the Mount Horeb/Middleton area, but would almost always be available for morning, afternoon, and evening care! If planned a few days in advance, I can accommodate most needs! I believe in following instructions carefully, especially when it comes to animals. While I strive to create a relationship with the animals I care for, my main priority is to listen to the advice and instructions of the pet parents to ensure I am prepared and aware of their pet’s unique characteristics and needs. Nobody knows an animal like their owner, and I am dedicated to doing as told when it comes to animals—especially considering the trust the owners have in me!

About: I have helped take care of animals ever since I was 5. Over the years, I have dog sat for friends and neighbors along with providing support when needed. I have never not had a pet and have always made sure to do my research to ensure I am treating any pet in the best way possible along with ensuring what is and isn’t safe for different animals. I have many friends that come to me first when they need help, especially with their animals. Many of my friends have called me a dog whisperer. I currently work full time from home as an accountant. I tend to be home most weekends and my hours make it very easy to fit any animal into my schedule. I have 2 rabbit currently at my home and my neighbors have a dog, cats, and chickens. I would always make sure that the animal is supervised as I know how important a pet is and the responsibility necessary to ensure it stays safe. I did recently have a baby as well that would be joining me most of the time. I work from home full time and recently had a baby that I take care of full time too. As long as animals are comfortable with a baby, I am always happy to help out. I provide safe, reliable, and loving care for pets in my home or my client’s home by following their normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and medication if needed. I make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and comfort. I also monitor their behavior closely and keep owners updated for peace of mind.

There’s also plenty of shade to keep them cool! I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.
About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician and have experience in pet sitting and the veterinary field for the past 20 years. I owned a pet sitting business for 5 years (2008 - 2012) and experience in general practice, emergency, specialty, and shelter medicine. Having a medical background allows me to pick up on medical issues and emergencies in a timely fashion, allowing for treatment if necessary. I am also able to administer medications as needed. I treat others' dogs the same way I treat my own pets and keep daily routines as close to their normal as much as possible. I work full time at a clinic and part time at the local humane society. I am available limited days during the week for walks and drop in services. Please see the calendar for up to date availability! I discuss your pets routine with you so I can keep it the same as possible during my visits. This helps keep your pet's schedule uninterrupted and allows for calmer and happier experiences!
About: I've had dogs my whole life! Most have been middle size dogs - lab mixes, etc. I have experience with taking care of all size of pets though.I also walked dogs at a local humane society until I adopted my own bundle of joy! I have dog sat for all different sizes and types of dogs and genuinely enjoy being around them. Like I said above - I sometimes prefer dogs over people haha! I would love to get back into walking and socializing dogs looking for good homes! I love being able to help them find new homes! I just have a connection with dogs and love being around them! I currently work during the day but am free nights and weekends and would love to meet your member(s) of the family! :)

“Highly highly recommend Ellen! Our pup had the best time; we could tell immediately she would love him like we do. Great backyard, lots of updates and a very tired pup from so much play when we got home. We will definitely work with Ellen again!”

“We had a good experience with Natalie during our dog's stay. She has a very large fenced yard that allowed our high energy pup to get her zoomies out regularly. She seemed very detail oriented, and took notes when we discussed various things about our dog's care prior to her drop off. We would certainly book again with Natalie!”

“This was our first time using Rover and we didn't know quite what to expect. We set up a meet and greet to make sure it would be a good fit. As soon as my dog got out of the car, I could tell she was going to like it there. Alex was very communicative during the whole stay and sent daily pictures of how my dog was doing. This made us very happy to know she was in good hands while we were gone. We will definitely work with Alex again!”

“We felt very comfortable leaving our furry family member with Marie and her family! Marie did a great job sending pics and providing daily updates. Grace got lots of walks, treats and love! We’ll definitely be requesting Marie again.”
