About: I am a certified veterinary technician with an additional certification in massage and rehab therapy. I have been working in the animal care industry since 2012 and have worked with and trained dogs for a long as I can remember. I offer expert level care for medically complex cases and a fear free approach for anxious pets. I have experience working with anxious and aggressive dogs as well as competition trained dogs. Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able. Self- employed with a flexible schedule, I have all day availability and can also do early morning and late evening drop ins. I only take 1 client at a time so that I can give your pet the care and attention they deserve. Because I only take one client at a time, I can offer a stress free stay for animal aggressive pets. I wash all toys and blankets and sanitize all the floors and dishes between every stay.

About: I have always had a dog growing up, so I learned from a very young age how to care for a pet. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their dogs since I was around 12 years old. This includes stopping in the house to take them to the bathroom and feeding them, as well as giving medication if needed. Lots of snuggles and playtime too of course! I have taken care of dogs in the client's home for up to a week and cared for them at my home as well. No need to worry about any complex feeding schedules. I can manage it all. I am very comfortable with any age, breed, and sized dog! I have a one-year-old pup, so I am very familiar with training and puppy classes. I have volunteered at the humane society and when I was in high school, I job shadowed at a veterinary clinic. I currently work as a substitute teacher so my schedule is extremely flexible! During the summer months I am completely open. Weekdays and weekends any time of day. I make my own schedule so there will be no conflicts. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for some off leash playtime! My dog loves to run around playing fetch with a ball or stick. I have a walking path across the street from my home and am walking distance to nature hill for some extra exercise. I always have water, waste bags and small treats with me when going on walks. (My dogs personal favorites are cheerios). I am comfortable walking with any leash, collar or harness. I have two kennels in my living room if your dog needs to be crated. At least one crate is big enough to fit a large or XL dog. I have a baby gate in front of my stairs, and the basement door is always shut. I personally love going to the pet store or drive thru to get my pet a pup cup! I would be more than happy to take your dog for an adventure and for some extra love and enrichment!

About: I currently have three medium-large dogs and also grew up with cats, so I have been surrounded with animals my whole life. My boyfriend and I own a pet gecko and I also briefly grew up with pet Guinea pigs. I have spent lots of time with my best friend’s horses over the years and am an all around animal lover. About: 75% of my life has been spent with dogs. In 2017 and after saying goodbye to our 13 year old yellow lab, I brought home a 10 week old German Shepard/Border Collie mix. He is a rescue from Oklahoma. I trained, potty trained, raised and still love Bandit. Last November an 8 week old Catahoula Leopard mix from the WI Humane Society was added to the equation. Pirate and Bandit are best of friends. Before Pirate, Bandit was anxious, skidding, ran away from and would go to only a select few. Who knew all he needed was his own emotional support dog?! He is a completely different dog. Friendly, not skidding, loves to play and run. Pirate is the same size at a year old as Bandit (approx 65 lbs. each) I am partially retired which gives me the availability and flexibility to come, play and stay in your home. Specific days of availability are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and through Sunday mornings. My only goal is to provide World Class service to you and your pets. I am able to administer medications, feed, potty and any other general care needed in your absence.
About: From a young age i’ve always loved animals, having grown up with 4+ animals in the house at all times i learned very quickly my love for animals. i have worked at 2 vets in the past and 2 doggy daycares, those jobs showed me how much i really wanted to care for animals, and while i am not working at this time id still like to devote time to helping people out and making dogs happy with walks and play time and company, i have cared for dogs weighing from under 10 pounds all the way to almost 200 pounds, i do have some experience with administering medication orally and with a needle if needed. i cared for my elderly cat in the past and my elderly dog now, I've given insulin shots and given pills, I am more than comfortable handling that, I found by putting the pill in a small treat nine times out of ten they don’t even notice it’s in there! I know what the feeling is like to have to leave your animals behind when you go on vacation or wherever, but i would love to make them feel happy and loved while your gone! I care for all animals the way I would care for my own pets. my schedule is open now so even if you have a puppy who needs extra potty breaks i’m available to come up to every 2-3 hours if needed. i’m really flexible and can work with everyone at the moment i am not working so this actually works out very well with me im relatively open for pet care:) i just have a few scattered doctors appointments throughout the week in my clients home I will make sure to follow any rules and or guidelines that are expected of the animals and myself obviously as I am in someone else’s home..

“Great place to stay! We left our dog while we were on vacation for about 5 days and when we picked him up he had his nails trimmed and was given a bath. We got a updated with pictures/videos at least once a day and we could tell that he was exercised and happy!”

Heather was so attentive to Lucas needs and how to keep him active, engaged, and happy. We received lots of pictures and videos while we were gone giving us peace of mind. Luca loved playing with the family dog and even had extra pup company while enjoying a beautiful evening outside by the fire. We will absolutely have Heather and her family sit for us again!”

“Lauren is so amazing! Winter has very bad separation anxiety and we are always nervous everytime we leave him. It’s our first time to leave winter with Lauren but she did a very good job! She is very professional, updates us about Winter and most of all she is very passionate about taking care of dogs especiallys with dogs with separation anxiety and that made Winter feel very comfortable and enjoyed his stay with her. Winter had a lot of walks with her and he even made his way into the couch to sit with her. Plus he ate his food and treats and allowed Lauren to wipe his paws after walks. This is very unusual with Winter because he doesnt trust easily especially with someone whom he just met. But this made us think he was so comfortable with Lauren and he was happy with her. We are also happy knowing that Winter was well taken care of and we had a stress free short out of town trip. Thank you Lauren and Noah. We are so grateful for your help ❤️🙏🏻 highly recommended!”
“Willow had a great time! Laura took great care of her and sent a photo every day. She got along well with Diesel, and she ate all her food, which means she was very comfortable at Laura’s house. Knowing she was doing well allowed us to enjoy our vacation more. We will definitely book Laura again!”
