“Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

I currently work from home which allows me more time for taking care of your pets! I have experience with all types of dogs along with emergency care training and basic medical needs. About: Although new to Rover as a sitter, we've used Rover frequently for our boys. I've had pets (cats, dogs, fish) ever since I was 14. I don't have special certs but have done puppy classes and have successfully trained our dogs since! One being a Shiba Inu if you know how stubborn they are 😉. I currently have two bernese mountain dogs and love furry friends from small to extra large! I've done drop ins and in home in the past. Im currently mostly a SAHM! I am a RN but only work 16hrs a month. I will have ample time to be at home with all pets. I have a fenced yard (6ft chain linked) and two neutered boys to keep your pets company. I can also always go for walks, fill a small kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, and whatever else your pup enjoys! I can crate as well if need be and tons of pictures can and will always be sent.

About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. I offer long walks on sidewalks or trails if preferred, treats, water, lots of play and unlimited petting! I offer care in my home and dog walking. About: Hi! My name is Rona. I grew up on a farm in the Philippines. As a child, my parents always had dogs and cats at home. I’ve experienced taking care of many different types of animals. It was quite challenging but it’s fun! When I came here, we adopted Maggie and Lyka when they were still puppies. Maggie is a 6 year old Pug and Lyka is a 2 year old Boston Terrier. I love them so much! They are both lovable and friendly. Our neighbors and friends have relied on me to groom, walk, feed and bathe their dogs while they were away. My house sits in a shady private area and is surrounded by parks and trails so there will be a lot of running around and play time when your dog is cared for by me. I can do oral medication administration, I have had a senior dog experience and can provide daily exercise for your pups. My schedule is flexible so I can usually take on new dogs at a moment’s notice. I will update you regularly with pictures and videos to give you peace of mind during your time apart. I am working from home so most of my time will be caring for your fur baby. Daycare drop-off no earlier than 6:00 am and pick-up hours anytime in the afternoon. We have a large fenced backyard and our two dogs, Maggie (Pug) and Lyka (Boston Terrier) are very good with all dogs. They love to play and will keep your fur baby company during their stay. The dogs are in and out all day using 9 steps. We have security cameras and limited access to our property.

About: Growing up I had cats and dogs; it was all I knew :) At a very young age a learned to care for these animals. Now I am going to school for animals scone to further my education in all animals! I work full time Monday-Friday. I am available anytime after 6pm. Weekends I am very free. If I am stay overnight on a week days I’ll be gone for only 4 hours at a time. I do have one dog at home who loves other dogs and loves to play as well as a cat who is dog friendly (for shorter stays she can be kept in a spare bedroom)My days off of work are fully open and I do not book more than 1 dog at a time, so your dog will have all my attention. I will send lots of pictures and updates as I understand it can be anxiety provoking to trust your dog with someone new! I do work full time, but only 3 days a week. This schedule varies week to week so while I don’t have a consistent schedule, my days off work can be fully devoted to you and your pet! On days I do work I am available for early morning or late evening drop ins The back part of my yard is fenced in so your dog will have lots of room to run around and explore. There’s also plenty of shade to keep them cool! I do live by a park and a small walking trail so I there are lots of ways for us to get our exercise in! If I am walking a dog in your home, I am flexible and accommodating and am comfortable using whatever methods/tools you prefer to keep your dog safe.

We have a long yard leash that our puppy uses as well as constant supervision when outdoors.

I have also been working in doggie daycares for 4+ years; I take a lot of pride in being able to build connections with the dogs I get to take care of! I am currently a full-time worker, but I can always make time for your pet! “Our 9 month old Golden Retriever puppy had such a good time at David's house that she didn't want to leave! I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

“Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”
