About: My family and I had a dog of our own for about 13 years during my childhood, allowing me to gain experience in feeding, training, and walking dogs. Now that she has sadly passed away, I would love to give other pets the same love I am no longer able to give to my own pet. I currently work part-time and have plenty of time to smother your pets with my love! Late mornings and early afternoons are the times that typically work best for me, but I am flexible and willing to try anything! I will only allow pets that are fine being outside because my house does not allow pets indoors. I have a large yard surrounded by fields in a rural area where pets are free to roam in sight as long as they’re well-trained.

About: I have been an emergency and critical care veterinary technician for 10 years so I’m very comfortable with senior pets or pets with medical needs. I work relief at two pet hospitals and have 3 children so no 2 days looks alike for me and that’s how I like it. I love to be outdoors and love finding new places to walk and explore with my little crew. I live in the country so my backyard includes trials, fields, and woods to play in. I also love to travel so I know how stressful it is to leave your pup with someone else so I’ll be sure to send lots of pictures and as many updates as you’d like! About: I’ve had a cat my entire life, growing up I had 2 family cats and they were nothing short of amazing. In college I decided to get a kitten to keep me company and she has been all over with me including moving 5 times, she is a sassy calico and is about to turn 12. Recently I adopted a kitten, a gift to myself for completing my masters. He is a male tabby and probably one of the most sassiest and hyper cats I’ve ever been around, he defiantly keeps me on my toys requiring lots of play to keep him out of trouble!

I have one dog who is high energy, but independent enough to do her own thing. She loves to play fetch, walk the trails in the woods, and car rides. I will always introduce my dog to yours through a baby gate, once they get smells/intro’s over with I like to have them meet outside for a potty break, this method takes the protective instincts away. Guards come down. A little trick I learned from working at the Vet Clinic that hasn’t let me down yet. I can keep them separate from one another also if you wish/request. Though my dog is a fixed/spayed female. I have a split level 4 bedroom house that allows a lot of space in the two living room areas in case your pet prefers their own space to eat/protective. I live 8 min from the Shawano dog park and less than 5 min from the dog beach.

I can keep smaller breeds entirely separated from larger dogs if preferred. However, my dogs are very gentle with small dogs. We rarely leave our babies home alone. We do have XL crates available to keep them safe if they have a short time alone due to an emergency. Guests have the privilege of supervised, free-roaming access to the dog-friendly/dog-proofed main level of the house. We can separate dogs if necessary with walk-through gates. This is something we do during meet and greets, but rarely during an actual stay. I can accommodate eating preferences. Water is available in multiple rooms. I specialize in puppy care and will work on training your dog as well while in my care. I do not accept aggressive or reactive dogs. I require proof of vaccination and flea and tick prevention.

My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . During your boarding, Larger dog's WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:30 - 2:00pm Monday-Thursday. Your pet will be crated during this time. I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. There is still so many breeds of both dogs and cats that I would love to be able to take care of. I am currently working part-time at a pet boarding/ daycare facility and still going to school. Right now I have an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepard, I love them very much but now that I've moved out of my parents house I don't see them every single day and im missing some pet love!! After sharing some ideas, they all settled down. Jelly Bean, my young pug, was entertained all weekend and both came home healthy and Happy! She is set up well for caring for our babies!”

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

“We loved working with Kimberly. She watched our dog for the first time and suggested a meet and greet to make sure she was a good fit with her own dog. We loved that and it made us trust her from the start. When we met her, Kimberly asked us many questions about our dog that made us feel like she would take very good care of her. Also, Kimberly’s home is quite literally the perfect set up for dogs. We know that our dog loved staying there and we enjoyed the updates Kimberly sent us throughout her stay. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“I would definitely recommend Todd as a sitter! He took my dog for walks and she enjoyed playing in their fenced yard. My dog had an operation recently and was still on antibiotics every 12 hours. Todd made sure she got her medicine on time and texted me after each dose to let me know she got it. He also sent pictures and kept me updated with how she was settling in. Very happy with her stay with Todd and his family.”
“This was the first time using Rover and had a great experience with Holly and her family. We had 11 days reserved that turned into 12 due to a flight cancellation which Holly was able to accommodate. Once we came home, Max, my pup, went right to bed which means he was one tired pup. I’m sure the 3 dogs Holly has kept him going 24/7. Holly sent daily touch bases with pics throughout our trip which is all we were basically looking for. We hope to start to traveling more and Holly will be first on the Rover list.”

“Shelby was AMAZING! We left the country for a week and a half and were so nervous about leaving our dog with someone new, but Shelby made us so comfortable by letting us come and meet her first and then sending lots of cute pictures and messages throughout our pup's stay. Shelby and her family gave our pup so much love and attention, and he had a great stay. He had so much fun he didn't want to leave when we finally came home! We'd recommend her to anyone and will definitely be back!”
