This is the first time in the last six years we did not have someone come in to the home. The pictures showed a relaxed, happy dog and her tail and ears were high when I arrived to pick her up. About: I love all animals, but cats truly have my heart. I have 2 precious cats of my own, and have cared for and loved many throughout my life. Most recently, we brought in an abandoned, malnourished kitten from the road and worked day and night—literally—to nurse her back to health and show her what love was. About: I have had my own pets since college, but grew up with dogs. I’ve had a range of dogs from border collies, to labs, to Great Danes, to Basset hounds. I also have had numerous cats. About: I have had animals since I was very young so lots of experience. Have owned 3 rescue dogs who are just like members of my family. Recently, I have been helping friends with their animals when they vacation and am looking to extend my client group to the local area. I am very active so walking dogs is very enjoyable for me. About: I am a previous dog owner and current cat mom. I grew up watching dog and cat training shows on TV and going to in person purebred dog and cat show events. About: My Lab pups were immediately potty trained at 8 weeks by my carrying them outside upon awakening. All are kind and gentle loving animals that wear smiles on their faces. Very happy. I grew up with cats and fostered over 10 through the Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin during college, helping them heal, build confidence, and find their forever homes (one of those special fosters even joined my parents’ family!). I live in a very dog-friendly apartment community that features an on-site dog park and numerous walking paths, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for exercise, exploration, and fresh air. I'm also usually available on weekends, allowing for extra companionship and one-on-one attention. I'm also always happy to take dogs on new adventures or stop for a pup cup treat! For overnight boarding in my home, dogs are safely crated at night (if crate trained or preferred by the owner) to help create a secure and restful environment for everyone. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old and dog sit for family and friends. I have taken care of outdoor dogs and indoor dogs! I currently work full time and am available in the mornings, evenings and weekends to walk dogs and take care of dogs! Please let me know your preference! I can easily crate a dog if needed. “Kristin and Bruce did a great job with my older dog, Madigan. She is sometimes anere xious to be away from home, but she was at ease from the minute we walked in the door. This is the first time in the last six years we did not have someone come in to the home. The pictures showed a relaxed, happy dog and her tail and ears were high when I arrived to pick her up. Dogs know people and she is loyal to "her pack", but our dog loved being a part of Kristin and Bruce's pack. I highly recommend Kristin and Bruce. You will not be disappointed!”

She took time to explain everything to me and she has a fenced yard for my dog to run. She sent me several photos during the stay. She also took my dog to dog park to play. Her schedule is also very flexible. I had to drop off my dog in early morning and pick up in late night and she accommodated our requests. My dog looks really happy when I pick her up. I will definitely choose her again next time I am out of town.”

“Please read! I will be there first to admit I was skeptical of using Rover. I carefully scanned through profiles of those willing to watch the two dogs we have, a Great Dane and a boxer. Cilyr was so much more than we could have asked for! She and I agreed having a meet and greet prior was a great choice to make sure the dogs would have an easier transition. Cilyr went to every length to ensure she had asked questions we may not have thought of: do the dogs have allergies? Require specific routines? But I was really blown away when she brought to my attention that she does not have a truck large enough for our Great Dane in the event he would need to get to a vet emergently however, she has already arranged with a friend and neighbor that she could borrow theirs should an emergency arise. I knew at that moment She was that absolutely perfect choice to watch our dogs. This was not just a” side gig” for her, she genuinely cares so much for animals and helping others! When I brought the boys back for their week long stay they took about a day and a half to fully adjust. I know this because Cilyr went above and beyond to make sure I knew the boys were doing well and sent pictures! It was so heartwarming to get those little messages and pictures and know our boys were in great hands. Through those pictures you could see our dogs easing into their day and feeling safe and loved. Before we had even returned from our vacation we had discussed that we will hands down take our dogs back to her any time we need to leave them. The personal touches are unmatched to anything we’ve experienced in the past and we will absolutely recommend her every chance we get! Thank you Cilyr!”
