“Erica K. was a wonderful choice for boarding Lydia, a terrier mix, over a long weekend. She was kind and patient, and really took the time to get to know our dog and family. She was willing to both pickup and dropoff, which made the whole process so much easier for our vacation. Erica sent frequent pictures and videos and kept us updated to our dog's situation. She was also open about how her pet sitting style was approached in her home and property. In addition, it was quite apparent that the dogs they sat would have plenty of outside exercise, love and attention, as well as freedom to be a dog. Lydia loved romping around in the snow, lying in front of their fire place, and interacting with their dogs. We also learned that our dog is pretty corteous to cats, but very interested. Their four acres of land and stream are a definite amenity to an active dog's lifestyle. He doesn't spend a lot of time around other dogs and recently was attacked while walking, so I was initially worried about how he would do with their dogs, but theirs are well trained and he fit into the pack quite easily, it seems. They understood his caution, given what he had been through, and they undertook appropriate precautions when exposing him to their dogs and others. In general, it seemed like a good experience for everyone and he made a couple more dog friends! I will definitely be a return (and repeat) customer.”

Not only my own fur babies, but family and friends have relied on me to take excellent care of their own babies as wellaa a I currently work full time Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. I’m not much of a go out and be social kind of person, I enjoy being at home spending time with my dog. I am available any day of the week after 5pm and any hours on the weekend. I have one large-ish dog at home. I have an unfenced front and back yard with a small field across from my house for dogs to run and play. There is also a walking path near my house that my dog and I frequent everyday for a walk. Dogs are allowed to roam and make them selves comfy in my home. My dog does not like a crate, but I cater to dogs that are and are not crate trained
About: I can walk, doggy-sit during evenings and weekends. Prior military knows how difficult it is to trust others to care for your dog. Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.

I also have 2 one year old kittens ( Kuro and Kiko) .I have had dogs and cats for basically my whole life and have pet set for neighbors and family for years before I started collage. I work full time at a senior care facility in Rochester Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00. I am working full time 8:30 AM to 5:00 pm In Rochester MN. I am able to do drop in or dog walks in Lewiston as early as 5:30 AM! I usually get back to Lewiston around 6:00 PM so I can resume dog walking and drop in visits at 6:30 PM. If it is in Rochester I can do dog walks and or drop in visit from 6 AM- 8:30 AM. I can then resume right after work at 5:00 PM till about 5:30- 6 PM . I will not be able to do dog walks or drop in visits anywhere else besides the towns between Lewiston MN to Rochester MN Monday-Friday. I however will be open to going anywhere in a 35 mile range on the weekend as I have most weekends off! I will make sure your dogs and cats have food, fresh water . I will also stay and play with animals for a while! I will treat your pet as family and make sure they are well taken care of! I am a fairly relaxed person as well , also very flexible.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. I treat guest dogs like family, fitting them seamlessly into a warm, attentive, and loving daily routine. Safety and comfort are my top priorities, whether a dog is staying with me or I am visiting them in their own home. Having raised three dogs of my own, I know how important a secure and predictable environment is for a pet's peace of mind. In My Home: I maintain a calm, dog-friendly, and completely smoke-free environment. Before any stay, I do a thorough safety sweep to ensure all hazards, cords, or human foods are securely out of reach. Dogs in my care are supervised closely, and I follow a strict double-check policy on all doors and gates when entering or exiting. In Your Home: I treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping it secure, clean, and exactly as you left it. During visits or house sits, I stick closely to your security routines (locking doors, arming alarms) and ensure your dog is safely secured inside before I leave. My Care Philosophy: Tailored to the Dog: I strictly adhere to your specific rules regarding furniture, feeding schedules, and crate training to keep their routine seamless. On-Leash Safety: I always keep dogs securely on-leash during walks and remain highly alert to our surroundings and other animals. About: I have always been an avid animal-lover. From childhood into adulthood, I have owned and cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds & fish. My family & I currently share our home with two dogs, a bearded dragon, a Russian tortoise, & a ball python. I have several years of professional work experience in animal care (zoo, kennel care, walking, basic grooming) and wildlife / parks & recreation—both of which are relevant. I enjoy the outdoors and keeping all of our furry (& scaly) friends happy. I will board dogs, small mammals, reptiles & birds in my home! Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. If I need to leave the house, it’s never for more than a couple of hours. I have a large four-story home, which provides amble space for pets to play or to be separated if need be. I utilize crates for dogs who need or prefer it. Our yard is unfenced, so I use slip leads and tie-out cables for potty time.
About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and have always had at least one dog in my home. My 2-year-old boy, Bentley, loves playing in our fenced-in yard and relaxing in the pool on sunny days! I work full-time, so I am doing this because I truly enjoy helping others, loving on your family member, and creating a fun, safe space for play, comfort, and care. I am available nights and weekends. I am doing this for fun, outside of my full-time job. Happy to be flexible and accommodate as much as I can. Bentley and I frequent our fenced in back yard, go to the park, regular walks and play with his many toys throughout our home. I also have several dog beds. My dogs are able to go on all furniture as well.

About: I’ve had many years of pet care experience. Not only my own fur babies, but family and friends have relied on me to take excellent care of their own babies as wellaa a I currently work full time Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. I’m not much of a go out and be social kind of person, I enjoy being at home spending time with my dog. I am available any day of the week after 5pm and any hours on the weekend. I have one large-ish dog at home. I have an unfenced front and back yard with a small field across from my house for dogs to run and play. There is also a walking path near my house that my dog and I frequent everyday for a walk. Dogs are allowed to roam and make them selves comfy in my home. My dog does not like a crate, but I cater to dogs that are and are not crate trained
About: I can walk, doggy-sit during evenings and weekends. Prior military knows how difficult it is to trust others to care for your dog. Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.
