“Ty was quick to respond, friendly, and sent us updates. Our dog is somewhat shy at first but she warmed up quickly to Ty. We’ll definitely bring her back if he’s available.”

“Rebekah took wonderful care of our senior dog. Gave him lots of fun and love and her home has a great set up for dogs. She was great about communication and following feeding and meds instructions. It was wonderful to enjoy our weekend knowing our Sven was in such caring, capable hands.”

“Jenny was the best sitter I’ve ever met on Rover, hands down! She gave me regular updates about my pup and sent me tons of photos. I never needed to worry about my dog; Jenny always made sure I knew how he was doing. Will absolutely book her again!!”

“Great stay cation for Joey! We were heading out of town on a holiday weekend so some of our past Rover boardings were not available. Speaking with Angela I can tell she understands dog behaviors and how to keep my anxious dog calm. I got pics and communication daily. Joey was wore out when he got back and that is not easy to accomplish. Will definitely rebook in the future and highly recommend Angela.”

“Susan was the perfect sitter for my Shiba Inu! She took good care of him, took him on multiple walks, and even baked him dog treats! Plus she’s a delightful person who’s easy to coordinate with. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!!”

“My dog stayed for an extended weekend and came home happy, healthy and tired from all the playing. Very happy with the service and will be using them again in the future.”

“Wendy and Dean made Duncan’s first nights away from home relaxing for us and a blast for him. They loved him like they love their own dogs, and sent pictures throughout his stay which gave us piece of mind. His stay with them was filled with long walks and loads of playtime with their sweet pups. They are our #1 choice when it comes to boarding.”

“Karlie took great care of my pup during his stay. He got along well with her dog as well. They got a lot of both play and nap time together! He also came home with a cute bandana! (Thanks again for that). She is responsive, kind and truly loves to care for animals.”

“Janelle and Chris were incredible to our two dogs. We have a red healer/aussie mix young dog with a lot of energy that we get nervous to leave behind. But Janelle and Chris made us feel at ease with their experience with caring for dogs and their daily updates on how our dogs were doing. We will definitely be using them in the future! Highly recommend!”

“Jared was very helpful and accommodating. Princess was well taken care of and had a lot of cuddles from everyone in the family. I will contact again next time I need a sitter for Princess!”

“Erica and Ciara were AMAZING with our little Cavapoo puppy. She was so well taken care of, and we received lots of updates while we were gone about our puppy and what she was up to. Lots of photos too to help with being away from her. Could not recommend Erica and Ciara enough!!!”

“Monica was so great with our dog Finn while we were away for a weekend. She was super responsive and sent us pictures to keep us updated on how he was doing. Would highly recommend her!”
“Superb sitters! I think my dog is going through withdrawal after returning home, where there is far less excitement. He had a remarkable week, which was thoroughly documented by daily pics and texts. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Olivia was amazing. She took care of my 2 cats and made sure that Stormy, who is a bit shy ate every day even if it meant feeding him in weird spots. She gave Sunny plenty of attention! And towards the end I think even Stormy loved her!”

About: I have 4 cats of my own. I've had 2 since 2017, 1 as a kitten since 2020, and the newest rescue I saved after he was thrown from a car. I've seen a wide gamut of cat personalities, and I am very accepting of cat boundaries. A nervous cat doesn't deserve less love.

About: I’ve always loved cats and had a special bond with my cat, Peeka Boo, so I know how important it is to make cats feel comfortable, safe, and loved in their space. What sets me apart is my volunteer experience at the La Crescent animal shelter, where I help clean the isolation room. This has taught me how important it is to pay close attention to allergies, cleanliness, and shelter protocols to keep cats safe and healthy. It also means I’m comfortable following specific care instructions and being extra attentive to each cat’s needs. I know every cat has their own personality, whether they are playful, independent, or shy, and I’m happy to give them the patience and gentle care they deserve.

“Lauren was very helpful, caring, punctual and was a great communicator for her drop in visits for my cat! She literally went the extra mile and walked up my snowy icy driveway when her car couldn’t make it up! My cat is a bit standoffish with new people, but he warmed up to her after just one visit! I will definitely be requesting Lauren to help out with my cat in the future!”

About: The thing that I was most excited about turned 18 for was finally being able to join Rover. I have been dog sitting for 5 years and have owned a dog for 11 years. I have always had the biggest love for dogs. One thing I love to do in my free time is frequently visit a shelter to go and give each one of them a little extra love. 😊 My goal is to give my clients a worry free experience and to always make sure they know there animal is in good care. I would be more than happy to send frequent pictures and updates :) Pet care fits into my routine so naturally because I truly love it! I’m already used to dog sitting often, and planning my days around feeding, walks, and lots of playtime, so adding in new furry friends is honestly the best part of my week. The highlight of my weeks will be getting to meet all sorts of new dogs and see each one of their personalities. I’m a full time college student, but my mornings from 6am-10am and afternoons after 3pm are typically open. By doing rover, this will allow me to get my dog fix while being away from home. ☺️ To start, I typically will require a meet up before the service. My home: I make sure that they have a safe space to go to and I always slowly introduce the dog to my dogs to ensure that it’s not overwhelming, given that they are already in a completely new environment. Another thing that I do, no matter what the dog is, is when everyone is gone I put my dogs downstairs, and the clients dog upstairs, just to ensure that they get there alone time. 😊

About: I have taken care of my black cat, Kitty for 4 years and my other two cats, Whiskers and Oreo for 2 years. Kitty always tells me when to back off and I do because she deserves personal space too. Whiskers and Oreo are quite affectionate, so I do my best in giving them all the pets they deserve.

About: My kitty is my baby so I will treat anyones cat with the same love! I've had cats my whole life and have had my baby, Shiloh, for 5 years. I'm very good playing with cats and thorough cleaning of their areas.
“Addie was wonderful. Very prompt and responsive in our communications. And I loved that she sent us a picture of Bandit letting us know that things went well. I would highly recommend her.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we had a great experience working with Laura. She was quick to respond and it was easy coordinating our visits with her. The updates she provided gave us peace of mind that our dog Jordy was in good hands for the day. We would definitely work with her again in the future! Jordy seemed happy to spend the day with her in her home.”

“Angela was excellent with my dog, Vaida! Vaida struggles adjusting to new surroundings, but Angela was a pro with her. Angela provided consistent communication & I was able to stay updated throughout the week. It was great to know Vaida was in good hands.”

“Our Sweet Bella struggles with separation anxiety. We needed to find daycare for her while we were visiting family in La Crescent. Ty did an amazing job at working with her. He was flexible, patient, and did what he could to make her feel comfortable. He kept us informed with how she was doing and was prompt at responding to any messages.”

We have a nice big fenced in back yard and theee dogs and two cats that love to play. We love playing fetch and have lots of toys.
About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.
“Ambrosius had a lot of fun with her walks and doggy play! She came home and slept amazing. She was very happy and even got so comfortable she took a nap (rare for her at others houses). Thank you so much for making my puppy happy and feel loved.”

I'm an active and aware professional photographer and personal trainer and I enjoy getting dogs out on the trails, socializing, training- you name it! I mainly live in Jackson Hole, WYoming but I own my own home here in Winona. I am here some parts of the year and I would love to open up my schedule to dog care! I am very flexible during the day. I'm a photographer and most of my shoots are in the afternoons or early evening. I can do outings in the morning and afternoon to satisfy all of the physical demands of the doggos! I hit the trails almost every day so I can take them with me for a run/walk :) I also have access to 40 acres of wooded hills that I can take the pups too! The safety of your pet is #1! I am a former vet tech and have a great knowledge of dog care and health. I can administer medications- no problem! If am coming to let your pet out of your house, I can walk in the neighborhood or have a play session in the yard. If your pet is at my home, I have a big, fully fenced yard and I live right across from East Lake Winona, the dog friendly lake :) I am very aware of every situation I take your dog into and can address needs or concerns ASAP. “This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but my overall experience was positive with AJ. We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. When the day was over we met in the park again and (on time) and my dog was happy to see me. Thumbs up!”

“Gilman's experience with Erica was outstanding!! He has tons of energy and she knew how to keep him busy. He was showing some obnoxious behaviors when we got to her house. She was so understanding and just knew how to keep him busy and get him tired out. She shared photos with me through texting which allowed for reassurance on this first time experience for me. I highly recommend Erica and we will be visiting again! Thanks for everything Erica (and all)”

About: Growing up with a variety of animals really gave me the compassion and love I have for animals now. Also, it gave me the skill I need to be able to take care of and provide for the different species of animals there are out there. Mostly, it was dogs and cats but I do have experience in caring for hamsters and bunnies. I love to go walking/hiking just to be outside and getting fresh air so i have no problem going on walks. I’m completely comfortable with our furry friends being on my furniture, I know not everybody is but mi casa es su casa. I am a veterinarian technician with my A.A.S. degree and I plan to open up my own business one day whether it be a dog boarding place of my own or my very own shelter/rescue. Either way, this is my 5-10 year goal and his will help me achieve that. I work full time throughout the week. My evenings are available & so are most of my weekends. This month of August will be busy for me on the weekends though. I make sure they are comfortable & I treat them as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy while their person is gone.

Upon request, I can do drop-in visits for cats or exotic animals within a 15 mile radius. I am currently a stay-at-home mom & so my schedule allows me to be at home majority of the time. About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. I have helped neighbors, friends, and family with their pets for short periods and long periods of time. I have my own 4 year old husky/akita mix who loves to play with other dogs and be in company with senior dogs who would prefer a long nap over play. I know how important it is to be able to trust your animals in the hands of somebody else and I’m hoping to be just that. I am currently working part time and will have open availability for weekends and weekdays. I will be taking a few classes once fall semester begins which will take a few hours out of my weekdays. I have a 2.5 acre unfenced yard, but offer two different types of monitored tethering or the option to take your dog to the bathroom on a leash. I have two dogs in my home one being my parents 13 year old lab and my own 4 year old husky. My dogs eat two times a day once in the morning and at night and take 3-5 bathroom breaks throughout the day as needed. Neither of my dogs are food aggressive or aggressive towards other dogs.
About: I am a Registered Nurse with a deep love for animals and extensive experience in specialized pet care. I currently volunteer at my local animal shelter, where I walk dogs, assist with basic training, and support rescue animals in need. Caring for these shelter animals, and working with pets on Rover, has become a meaningful way for me to channel my grief after my beloved 15-year-old rescue dog, Winnie, recently crossed the rainbow bridge. At home, I also share my life with a sweet, 4-year-old rescue cat named Chip. My background in nursing makes me highly comfortable administering medications and injections. Additionally, thanks to my many years of loving Winnie, I am no stranger to senior care, complex medical needs, or the gentle patience required for elderly pets. I have great flexibility throughout the week! I'm available most weekdays and weekends to help take your dog out or drop in to check on your kitty. Last-minute bookings are welcome, provided I have at least 24 hours' notice. While I don't offer boarding in my own home, I specialize in keeping your animals safe, happy, and comfortable in theirs. Whether it's a drop-in visit, a walk, or overnight house sitting, my priority is maintaining your pet's familiar environment to keep stress low. I am committed to building trust through reliable care and clear communication. For your peace of mind, I am fully trained to administer specialized care, including CPR, standard medications, and medical injections, ensuring your furry family members are always in safe hands.
About: I have grown up with animals my whole life and expected to take care of them myself. I also spent lots of days/nights house sitting for neighbors and friends :) I absolutely love meeting new furry friends and making sure they receive the same love they give. I can help out any day after 5:30pm. I do have a flexible schedule and can try to always work something out when needed. I can stay overnight in homes any night of the week. I have a fenced in yard and 3 friendly dogs at home to keep company :) I have a small & Xlarge dog crate in case the pup needs to be in a crate whole home.
About: I love animals of all kinds! I’m a nurse looking to hang out with your pets on my days off. I have experience with every care need from early puppy socialization to end of life care. I haven’t met a dog yet I didn’t immediately become besties with, from the tiniest chihuahua to the biggest pittie or Dane. I will never turn a dog down because of their breed! I’m also happy to look after any other animals you might have, from reptiles to birds to horses. Just ask and we’ll make it work! I have a rotating schedule that includes a full week off every third week. I work 5p-3a three days a week (and every third weekend). Just message and we’ll figure something out! Yours: I understand being particular about one’s home, so no reasonable request relating to my conduct there would be too much! Cleaning up after myself is a given, as is following any personal house rules. Mine: All of my animals are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication, and I require the same from any animal I keep in my home. They would be kept separate from my 4 cats for the first couple of days, but with discretion and communication I would be fine with introducing them if they were interested in each other. Smoke free home.

About: I have taken care of my two pit bulls since the start of high school. I love giving affection to them, including others I have met in person. I used to have a senior dog who had joint problems and needed help on the stairs, bed, and sofa. I also love meeting my friends’ pets and giving them the same affection as I do with my own pets. I do drop in visits, house sitting, and dog walking. I would love to give your fur babies a bunch of affection and care. I’ll make sure to update you regularly with pictures so you know that your pets are in safe hands. Your pets safety is my top priority. For dog walking, I’ll make sure they stay off the road when the pavement is too hot and/or a car is coming. I will also stay alert to my surroundings. I am unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dogs and/or cats! I will be available Sunday through Thursday. I'll do my best in following your schedule so your pets won't get stressed by any sudden changes. I'll make sure to ask any questions on how to take care of your dogs and cats so I won't make any needless mistakes. I will also send you updates of your pets by sending you photos and texts.

Let me know your preferred schedule and we can make it work! I am absolutely able to leave work (distance permitting) during my break to let your animal outside and let out some energy if needed! After work I am able to give your pet some exercise whether that is a walk or playing with some toys after work. For house-sitting/ drop ins- I am a firm believer that following a similar routine to what the owner (you) follows will give your pet the least stressful experience possible. I will stick to your potty schedule for your animal as well as feeding. As for exercise, I am up to whatever your dog or cat prefers! I can go for walks, play fetch, provide enrichment with feeding time or play with toys. I am always willing to go to nearby park with your pup if preferred! Whatever your pet loves and makes them feel the safest! For dog-walking, I am willing to walk however long your animal needs! Does your pet have a favorite route? Let me know and I will follow it! Any nearby trails or parks? I am always down to visit them with your pup if wanted! I have personal experience with leash-pulling and reactivity so as long as I am made aware of these things and have met your dog, I am more then willing to work through these things on our walk! I am big on taking my dogs and shelter dogs to parks or big areas to run or explore. If this is something you would be interested in, I could totally take your dog out for an hour to exercise them!

About: I have over 13 years of hands on experience caring for dogs, from raising puppies into adulthood to understanding how their needs change throughout different stages of life. I’ve learned how important it is for dogs to have healthy outlets for their energy, plenty of attention, patience, exercise, and a routine that helps them feel happy and cared for. I currently have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks and runs, as well as three cats with their own unique personalities. Having both dogs and cats has given me experience understanding the very different ways animals communicate, build trust, and show what they need. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, high-energy dogs, and pets who may still be learning their manners or training. I believe every animal deserves patience and the opportunity to feel safe, appreciated, and understood. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, playtime, companionship, or simply some extra love and attention while you’re away, I want to provide the same level of care I would want for my own animals. 🐾 With a flexible part-time schedule and a love for walking my own dog on the daily, I enjoy sharing fun, fulfilling walks with other dogs too. I’ve always been an animal lover and happiest when I’m spending time outside! I have a dog of my own, Reese, who I love taking on walks, runs, and little adventures, along with three cats who each have completely different personalities. Growing up around animals has taught me that every pet is different and deserves patience, attention, affection, and plenty of time to just be themselves. I love getting to know each animal’s personality and finding what makes them happiest—whether that’s an energetic walk, some playtime, exploring outside, or simply having someone there to give them attention. I’m also completely comfortable with puppies, high-energy dogs, and dogs who may still be working on their training or manners. I believe they deserve just as much patience and care while they’re learning! My goal is to give your pet a fun, positive experience while making sure they’re safe, cared for, and getting the attention they deserve. 🐾
About: *My services will be inactive April 2026 - October 2026 for military purposes.* I began dog sitting for friends and family when I was young, and over the years, that experience grew into more consistent and committed pet-sitting opportunities. I’m comfortable caring for a variety of animals and love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, cows, horses, rabbits, and the occasional fish! I have pets of my own, including two dogs, a guinea pig, a rabbit, and two chickens, so I’m experienced with both dogs and a variety of other animals. I’m also involved with a local foster group; Driftless Rescue. I’m responsible, dependable, and genuinely enjoy staying busy and spending time with animals. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away! I work full-time between two jobs, but my schedules are flexible, allowing me to provide pet care visits throughout the day. I can typically check in on pets every 4–6 hours, depending on the location and care needs. I’m best suited for pets who are comfortable being left alone for a few hours between visits. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s specific routine and make sure their needs can be met! I provide pet care exclusively in your home rather than boarding pets at my house. Since I have dogs and several small animals of my own, I feel it’s safest to keep everyone in their own space. My goal is to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible.
