After losing my dog this summer, I do miss the quality time and walk routines. We joke that you better love dogs, but it is true. My home is setup to be dog friendly, maybe more rugs for traction on the vinyl plank floors. Animals are part of the family and that is how we treat guest pets as well. About: I grew up in a home with all kinds of pets, and I am very responsible with pet care (paying attention to safety, dietary needs, etc). I have owned cats, dogs (from Chihuahua to giant Mastiff) and I've even owned a snake. I am my family and friends "go-to pet sitter", when they are away on trips. And pets love me, because I speak their language...which is lots of snuggles and sweet talk! And walks! *PRICING* - Rover adds certain extra fees, which I can adjust only after a booking. About: I have taken care of all kinds of farm animals incliuding ,cats and especially dogs. I raised miniture schnauzers in my home for 5 years . My family had so much fun with puppies. I now have an adorable doodle ,Tip who is 5 years old and the most gentle dog I have ever owned. I live on a hobby farm now and I have five chickens and 2 guinneas. Tip really enjoys the chickens and they are not afraid of her at all. I do not have a fenced yard so I would not let a dog out with out being on a leash. We will have frequent playtime and walks around our property. I really like dogs and having dogs in my home. Tip lives in our house and sleeps in our bedroom. I am a retired nurse so I can administer any medication needed. Our vet is just five blocks away if any care is needed. I would only be able to care for dogs as my son is very allergic to cats. I am retired and spend mos.t of my time at home. I have social engagements like church and grandchildren's basketball games on Saturdays. I enjoy our farm and love gardening. Tip is always out with me when I care for the chickens and if I am gardening Tip is very gentle with other dogs. She will play if they want to play but will leave them alone if they are not in the mood to play. Tip goes outside and does not go to the road which runs in front of our house she wears a halo collar and responds very well to her boundries. I will play and walk with a visiting dog but always keep them on a leash for safety.

I had a calf, a pig, two dogs and various barn cats and we raised rabbits. Being around animals is relaxing for me. 💜 My fur babies have always been like family to me. I currently have two pets now one is a seven month Alaskan malamute and one is a one year-old domestic short hair. I only work two days a week and my job is pretty flexible so I’ll have really any time to be able to give your dog or cat all the love and attention that they need I will do what the pet parent says to do on guidance for the pet. I have had experience with kennel training lease training all of that if you have a fenced in yard, I’ll it’ll be better.

About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. After losing my dog this summer, I do miss the quality time and walk routines. We joke that you better love dogs, but it is true. My home is setup to be dog friendly, maybe more rugs for traction on the vinyl plank floors. Animals are part of the family and that is how we treat guest pets as well. Living on 3 acres in the country, so a great space for outdoor activities. I am quite respectful when residing in another’s home and great at following instructions and/or preferred routines.

About: I grew up in a home with all kinds of pets, and I am very responsible with pet care (paying attention to safety, dietary needs, etc). I have owned cats, dogs (from Chihuahua to giant Mastiff) and I've even owned a snake. I am my family and friends "go-to pet sitter", when they are away on trips. And pets love me, because I speak their language...which is lots of snuggles and sweet talk! And walks! *PRICING* - Rover adds certain extra fees, which I can adjust only after a booking. Please contact me to discuss. I am currently working full-time, but can be with your pet in the evenings - Mon thru Fri, and have an open schedule on the weekends. I will come to you! And since I have often done sleepovers for friends and family, while they're away on a trip, I am very trusted to pay attention to their pets' feeding schedules, dietary needs, and potty/walking routines. I am a responsible pet owner myself, and I believe strongly in the health and safety of pets, so they will be safe with me AND we'll have a great time together! I'm also pretty good at getting some cute photos for you!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. I have always been an animal lover and have instilled that same love in my children. I would welcome your pet into my home and treat them like I would want someone to treat my family’s dogs - with lots of love and attention! You can trust me to take great care of your pet while you are away. I live on three acres so there is lots of room for your pet to safely walk, play and sniff around! :) I am also willing to do drop in visits in your home if you prefer, while you are away. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding mostly on evenings and weekends. I will also have availability over Christmas break and I am off over the summer, so my availability will open up quite a bit during those months. I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats that are used to dogs. I would take your pet out on a leash since our yard is not fenced. I would let them out several times a day and feed them on a set schedule. They can sleep in a crate or possibly in a bed if that works out.
