Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! About: I grew up in a large and loving family with very high-energy dogs. Last May, my husband, two kiddos and myself said goodbye to the best dog in the entire world- we miss Dexter everyday. He wasn't just a dog to us, he was family. We currently have a cat named Beans who we adopted when she was a tiny kitty. She gets a lot of attention from our 4-year-old daughter who wants to be a Veterinarian one day. Over the years, we trained Dexter (a golden retriever), and had to learn a lot about cats since neither of us grew up with a cat. Beans is very, very particular. When I was younger I helped train the family dog(s) and spent countless hours playing, walking, bathing, petting and cuddling these dogs. It has been almost one year since Dexter passed away and I miss having a dog to pet and chit-chat with everyday. I would love to spend time with your pet. Currently, I do not work. I drop one kid off at 8:30am and the other at 12:45pm, and pick up both kids at 3:30pm. We do a lot of walking and biking around town. I have a lot of free time. Our schedule will change a little bit in the summer with the kids swim lessons and a couple camping trips. Our apartment complex has a fenced-in dog run, we are near the bike path, I am happy to clean-up after your pet when necessary. I respect all pet owner's rules to ensure pet safety when walking on the leash, dietary guidelines, etc. I am able to crate animals at your house, as well as ours, if necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of animals, my entire life. It doesn’t matter if it’s fish, rabbits, dogs, or cats. I’ve only had two cats. In my lifetime. However, I’ll tell you some stories about them. When I was younger, my parents had a farm cat named Misty. I learned how to take care of Misty at a very young age because Misty was around when I was born. I learned how to feed Misty, give Misty water, clean out the litter pan, and also just play with Misty inside of the house. Misty was a house cat and stayed in the house at all times. After Misty passed away, my family got a Maine Coon cat named Cowboy. Cowboy was approximately eight months when we got Cowboy and again, I learned the skills of taking care of Cowboy, no matter if it was feeding Cowboy, getting Cowboy exercise or cleaning out the litter pan. Cowboy was again an inside cat and I helped Cowboy exercise in the house by using a laser light to get Cowboy to chase it or even just petting Cowboy and giving Cowboy attention. Because all cats like to be petted and snuggle up with you, while you sit and watch tv. I would be happy to stop at your house and help with your cat along with letting them outside if they go outside. Have taken care of cats while owners are gone.

About: Love to walk, run or go on hikes often depending on your request! Happy to assist your pet while you are away and send lots of updates! If visits are needed during the weekend and/or when school is off my three children will likely be joining me to help. I’m available full time, typically start dog runs at 9:00am and love to go on hikes (weather permitting) I am open to any additional pet requests. We have a large grassed yard with access to the lake for swimming and dock jumping. Additionally, daily walks and runs on leash. Lots of extra pet supplies if needed.

About: I've had dogs most of my life. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is 3 years old and loves a friend. I have an 11 year old daughter that will also provide lots of love. Your dog won't just be boarded, they'll become a part of the family. No kennels necessary, they can sleep with me! I'm a stay at home mom. About: Ever since I was little I've always loved dogs! Growing up there were always dogs around and it was so much fun. Fast forward-I am a stay at home mom but was previously a nanny and some of the families had 1 or 2 dogs that I loved playing with, taking on walks, and snuggling. I would stay for 1-2 weeks throughout the year at their house watching their dogs while they were on vacation. From playing fetch, back scratches to belly rubs, breakfast and dinner, and all of the in betweens you'll know your dog(s) is/are in great hands! It's always so much fun walking in the door and having a dog greet you being so happy that you are there! I've done many overnight dogsitting nights as well as popping in once/twice during the day to let them go potty. I do have small children at home so family/child friendly dogs only please :) I stay home with my kids so the day is flexible for potty breaks, drop ins, walks, etc. There are some days where we may be gone for a few hours on an outing. I provide care in my home. Lots of snuggles, play time, and walks (weather dependent). I take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own.

About: I have been around animals, my whole life it doesn’t matter if it’s my pets, my friends, pets or even my families pets. I have had rabbits, fish, cats, and dogs. When I was first born and at a very young age, my parents had a cat named Misty. Misty was a farm cat, and I learned at the young age of how to take care of a pet and a cat. It didn’t matter if it was giving the cat exercise, feeding the cat, giving it water or even cleaning out the litter pan. I also at a young age at around eight learned how to take care of a dog as my family got a golden retriever. We got this golden retriever named Sam from Humane Society, and Sam was an older dog about eight years old. I learned how to take care of an older dog, feeding it, giving exercise and water, and of course playing fetch, because what golden retriever doesn’t like fetch. After these animals, I got a Maine Coon cat named Cowboy. Again I learned how to take care of Cowboy by feeding Cowboy, giving Cowboy water and emptying the litter pan along with playing with Cowboy. Cowboy was a bit younger when I got him and was about eight months old. After cowboy, I was Lucky enough to get a black lab as a puppy, named Lucky. I named Lucky Lucky because what dog is not lucky to have me as their owner to take them on runs! Lucky was about four months old and again a potty trained Lucky, took Lucky to training classes and also trained Lucky on my own at home helping Lucky to learn to sit stay and play. After Lucky I got a rescue dog named Dyno, Dyno was a rescue dog from a high kill shelter in Alabama and when I did a DNA test on Dyno, Dyno came out to be a black lab pointer mix with a little bit of terrier and boxer in her as well. Dyno was approximately four months old as well when I got her. I helped Dyno learn to be potty trained took her to training classes and train her at my house as well. I helped Dyno to learn, sit and stay, and also place along with playing dead. I recently just moved out of my house, and unfortunately Dyno had to stay with my parents, because Dyno doesn’t get along with other dogs as well. I did have to be very cognizant, while I took care of Dyno, to make sure Dyno did not injure or hurt other dogs, and keep Dyno safe as well, so I’m very good at making sure and keeping track of dogs when they’re along with other dogs so that they don’t fight. I am smart and know the signs dogs have if they are nervous, worried, or scarred. I moved in with my fiancé, who has a seven year-old golden retriever named Molly, and I am currently taking care of Molly. Molly is an unbelievable golden retriever dog, loves to go for runs and play fetch. If you have a dog that loves to go for runs or walks I will gladly take them for runs and walks to get my exercise in with them. What dog does not like to go for a run? Hope I can help you walk/run and take care of your animals just like I love to take care of my own! I am a police officer and have many days off during the week. So if you need someone to let your furry friends out while at work I am perfect for that. One week I work Monday Tuesday Friday to Sunday. I’m off Wednesday and Thursday the following week off Monday Tuesday and the weekend. In my professional life, I am a police officer, so not only do I take care of animals in my personal life, but also in my professional life when they are lost, and I need to get them back to the owner, or even dropping them off at the Humane Society so they are safe. Recently on the Snowmobile Trail. I actually found a kitten and was able to get the kitten to come to me so that it did not freeze to death in the woods and get it to a business near the Snowmobile Trail so that it could be returned to the Humane Society to stay safe . Based off of my schedule in my professional life of being a police officer, I have many days off during the week. So if you’re at work and need your furry friends to be let outside, I am the perfect person. As I have many off days on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday while others are working. I can explain my schedule better however here is a break down. Week one. I work Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday. I am off Wednesday and Thursday Week two. I only work Wednesday and Thursday off the rest of the week. Even if you are home and you’re an individual that doesn’t like to go for runs or walk or are older, I could take care of your animal and let them out take them for a walk or run while you were at home as well, just to get them exercise, I would be happy to do that because then I get my exercise as well. On the weekends, I would be available most all the time as well, unless I am busy, but I would do drop in short notice type calls as well! With me working in the school during the school year, I have off days during the school year that your kids are off as well. So spring break I am open all day, or just even random days during the week they are off as well. So please keep that in mind. In the summer I am free at 2pm to let your dog outside. My schedule just changed and I work night shift. So I am available anytime during the day as long as I’m not sleeping. The days I work stays the same regarding off days and not. Right now I am not planning on having dogs or cats stay at my house with my dog Molly, so this is not something you need to worry about however, if I’m walking or taking your dog for a run, I would make sure to bring my light up light collar for your dog so that your dog is safe whether it’s dark out. If you have one I would use yours. This will make sure your dog has your collar on with its leash and keep your dog or cat safe.

I currently own a 11yr old horse as well. I have been riding horses for 14 years but have owned my horse for almost 10 years now. I hope to meet y’all and your furry friends very soon! I am full time self employed so I am able to create my own schedule to be flexible and fit the needs of clients and their animals. Safety is number one to me. Both human and animal. I personally like to double check doors and fences to make sure no mishaps or escapes happen.
About: Hi, I’m Ellie! A little about me, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals from cats and dogs to birds and snakes! And I’ve loved going above and beyond to care for them, for as long as I can remember. I have a 10 year old pup myself (Toby) that has helped me understand the dedication and commitment required when caring for pet; especially during a time that might be a bit difficult or confusing for them. About: Have Loved Dogs All My Life and Now am Very Lucky to Have the ability to help on weekends when you are away, overnight stays are perfect. This way FURBABIES stay in their environment and feel happy! I myself, an animal companion, to Sadie, Jake and Hemi, all at Rainbow Bridge. I will be come a playmate for your friend whether it be a couple hours after 6pm weeknights, or a few hours on the weekend or all weekend if needed!! I am doing this as I love dogs and am not able to keep an animal companion at my residence. I work in an office, retail...during the day - That is to make a living and hopefully, in the future be self employed. everyone always asks what do you want to do with your life I would love to work with dogs how can that be a bad day?!!! I work full-time retail so if close enough, I could do potti breaks during my lunch hours. Overnights are what I do prefer for any of your fur, feather, reptilian kids and all others in between. I follow instructions that the client gives me, and always ask for notes regarding feeding, exercise and anything else that the client thinks is important to make your furbaby have a great time while the family is away. I also will text if something comes up that wasn't on the instructions!

I am in college (hybrid) and don’t have the space for my own pup, so caring for others animals gives me my fix! About: I grew up having dogs and have had dogs in my family my entire life; labs and golden retrievers. I currently have a 7 year old German Shepard, Xena (she would not be walking with us). Outside of my immediate family are a lot of dogs as well. I have cared for many dogs over the years including family, friends, and family friends. I have cared for dogs overnight and long term, but am not offering those services at this time. I am a 4th grade teacher soon off for the summer and am looking for dogs to walk. Right now I can do drop ins and walks after 4, but staying June 10th I will have all day availability. I like to stay active and be outside, so it's a win win for both of us! I am a teacher with my summer free and am available most days and times. I am available during the day and evening. I have some weekend availability too. I will only take jobs I know I can commit to. I will not be caring for pets in my own home at this time. When doing drops ins or walks with your dog, I will care for them as if they were my own! You can trust that your dog is in good hands while in my watch.
About: I currently work at Hightest kennels part time. I’ve also fostered 14 dogs/puppies for Hightest kennels. I am very good at taking care of dogs at all ages. I also follow your instructions very well. I have taken care of puppies, dogs with disabilities and, senior dogs. I have potted trained many dogs and have been successful every time. I am very patient with animals. I am also going to school to become a veterinary assistant. I am currently working part-time at Hightest kennels I would be able to work after Hightest and on my days off. I usually work 2-3 days a week. I will fit pet care in whenever I am not at work. At my home I have two labs that love being around other animals. I have a fenced in area for my dogs to give them time outside. In a client’s home I want to know if your dog has a routine and keep your pet on their routine. I take my pets out many times a day if they are not in their fenced in area. I can also create my dogs if wanted.

“Yolanda and her family did a wonderful job with Gizmo. It was our first time leaving him for a week and with someone through Rover. Yolanda's patience, kindness, and experience brought me relief knowing that my dog was in great hands. She did everything possible to calm my anxiety-ridden fur baby and made him comfortable; kept me updated and was responsive; sent me photos; and was very easy/flexible to work with. By the end of the week, Gizmo was playing with other dogs and taking long walks twice a day, which he never does! He's been home for almost 24 hours and I can tell he misses Yolanda, but mostly, he's been sleeping like a baby. LOL. I couldn't thank Yolanda and her family enough. I finally found someone who was willing to take in my dog and refused to give up on him even when times were hard. I highly recommend her services! About: I grew up in a large and loving family with very high-energy dogs. Last May, my husband, two kiddos and myself said goodbye to the best dog in the entire world- we miss Dexter everyday. He wasn't just a dog to us, he was family. We currently have a cat named Beans who we adopted when she was a tiny kitty. She gets a lot of attention from our 4-year-old daughter who wants to be a Veterinarian one day. Over the years, we trained Dexter (a golden retriever), and had to learn a lot about cats since neither of us grew up with a cat. Beans is very, very particular. When I was younger I helped train the family dog(s) and spent countless hours playing, walking, bathing, petting and cuddling these dogs. It has been almost one year since Dexter passed away and I miss having a dog to pet and chit-chat with everyday. I would love to spend time with your pet. Currently, I do not work. I drop one kid off at 8:30am and the other at 12:45pm, and pick up both kids at 3:30pm. We do a lot of walking and biking around town. I have a lot of free time. Our schedule will change a little bit in the summer with the kids swim lessons and a couple camping trips. Our apartment complex has a fenced-in dog run, we are near the bike path, I am happy to clean-up after your pet when necessary. I respect all pet owner's rules to ensure pet safety when walking on the leash, dietary guidelines, etc. I am able to crate animals at your house, as well as ours, if necessary.
