“This was my first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but my overall experience was positive with AJ. We have a 1 year old mixed breed dog that is very playful and happy around pretty much everyone. We met in a park near AJ’s home and he was promptly on time and communicated well. I asked several questions about the plan for the day and everything seemed reasonable to me. For me personally I just wanted someone that would keep my dog active and happy for the afternoon, also sneak in the occasional nap is okay too. About: I have had multiple breeds of dogs or cats my whole life. I love all sorts of animals. They are more than a pet, they are family to me. I am working mom that just enjoys helping others out by watching their pets while they are out of town. I work typically 8am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturdays and am available Sunday and Mondays any time. I am flexible. Each pet is different, but typically I make sure the pet is fed and has water. I allow for play time and depending on the weather, for dogs I will take for walks or play outside.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I’ve watched for family, family friends, and neighbours. I’ve always loved animals, and getting to work with them is like a dream! I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I’m also more than willing to get my hands dirty! Puppies can I have accidents, but it’s not a problem! They like to play in the mud, guess that means bath time! I also have experience giving dogs medication. My own dogs take medication daily and I’ve done it while sitting before! I’m currently working part time but I am in the market for a new job so any days and times work. My personal schedule is very flexible! If you have a fenced in yard your fur babies will be let out every two hours (supervised of course:) )No fenced in yard? No problem. They will still be taken out every two hours on a leash. I am also more than happy to bring your fur babies on walks throughout the day, just as long as the weather is suitable for them! Between playtime and snuggle time your babies will be in great hands!
