Personalized care for your dog or cat - Canton

“Sarah was great! We were so impressed with her and how her entire family took care of our 2 small dogs. I received updates all the time on how they were doing. It was a great experience and will be using Sarah in the future. She took all the anxiety of leaving my pups with someone else while we were away. Thank you Sarah!”

About: I’m experienced in senior and medical care, multiple animal care, providing a fun time, and so much more. I have two of my own dogs and a couple cats that are all spoiled. I would love to spoil yours! Monday-Friday I am available to care for animals throughout the whole day. Animals play a huge role in my everyday life and I would enjoy caring for yours. Either in my home or a clients home the animals needs come first. A schedule is set and maintained the entire duration of the stay to minimize stress. When caring for pets in my own home they are kept separate from my resident pets to minimize stress on all animals. Although if owner is comfortable all resident animals are very friendly.

“Alec was great ! Very considerate, sent pictures, responded to questions and is someone we'd trust to watch and check in on our dog again! Thanks!”

“Dawn was excellent. My cat received some quality attention while we were away. She left great pictures so i could be assured things were fine, especially since this is the first time I have left my cat home alone. I recommend Dawn wholeheartedly! Many thanks to Dawn, the cat whisperer.”

About: I have owned a dog since I was 8 years old. I have been trusted by family, friends, and neighbors to look after pets, to include walking, checking in, feeding, and bathing. I am a student at Winona State University and have way too much time on my hands. I love animals so I figure why not spend that time with the fur babies I live in the dorms on and on the Winona State campus. I would be happy to see what your pets are in their natural environments.

“Amanda did daily drop in visits while I was away for a vacation trip abroad. She updated me periodically with a photo/message. I had confidence that my three 😸😸😸tabby cats were in good hands. Everything was in order when I arrived home. I’m very thankful to have found Amanda on Rover and I would not hesitate to book her for drop in visits in the future. Thank you Amanda!”

“Alec and Buddha did a great job taking care of our babies while we were gone. I felt completely comfortable having them at the house alone knowing he was going to be there twice a day to play with them and feed them. I never had to worry that they were in good hands. Alec was reliable and went above and beyond to even report on packages being delivered, etc. I will definitely use him again!”

About: Between the two of us, my wife and I have over 50 years of combined experience caring for animals. We both grew up in homes filled with pets — dogs, cats, and a few other critters — and from a young age, it was our responsibility to feed, train, walk, and care for them every day. Now, as a married couple of six years, we share our home with two happy, healthy dogs who are a huge part of our family. We understand what it takes to keep pets safe, comfortable, and loved — whether that means daily walks, playtime, or just quiet companionship. Your pets will be treated like part of our family — with the same love, attention, and care we give our own. ❤️ We are home 7 days a week all the time (except for errands here and there). Dogs are able to go out whenever they need either to go potty and burn some energy We offer a safe, loving home where every pet is treated like family. Outdoor time is always supervised on leash, and crate care is available if preferred.

“Hadyn was wonderful! She watched our Ruby on a last minute notice and sent us regular updates. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future! Thank you again Hadyn!”

About: Pup-mama to two golden doodles ages 10 and 4. Looking to transition to full-time pet care although currently working out of the home during the day. I currently work full time during the day but am home all evening and night to care for the pups. Overnight boarding is an option. I currently have an unfenced yard but will walk dogs throughout the evening. We plan to install a fence for the dogs after the winter season ends.

“Matt is fantastic! He showed up right on time, and braved the deep negative temperatures to give my dog a full, nice walk every time - was great about being flexible when my schedule slightly changed, and was very attentive and observant...also always provided info about each walk with a picture. Highly recommend and I've already booked him for more dog walking services! Thanks Matt!!”

About: Hi! My name is Angela, and I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have experience caring for pets in their own homes and believe that remaining in a familiar environment helps reduce stress and anxiety for many animals. I’ve previously provided overnight pet sitting for multiple clients and enjoy creating a calm, consistent routine that keeps pets happy while their families are away. As a healthcare professional, reliability, communication, and attention to detail are a big part of who I am. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, medications, feeding schedules, or simply companionship, I will treat them with the same care and respect I would want for my own pets. I am the proud owner of two cats and understand that every animal has their own personality, preferences, and needs. I enjoy spending quality time with both dogs and cats and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are in good hands. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I am available for weekend house sitting and pet care. When caring for your pets, I follow their normal routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets are well cared for. I primarily provide care in my clients’ homes because I believe pets are happiest and most relaxed in their familiar environment. I take time to learn your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, exercise needs, and preferences. As a healthcare professional, I value reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication. My goal is to provide safe, compassionate care while treating your home and pets with the utmost respect.

About: My entire life I have been a major animal lover. I don't believe for one second we hadn't had a dog or cat growing up and that's how I liked it! In my free time, I go for walks with my dog and we frequent dog parks! We limit time inside if possible. I love watching dogs run free in a yard/park of some kind. My love for dogs is strong no matter what size, shape, gender, or breed. You can count on me to fulfill your pups’ every need. I am their friend and caretaker. Thank you for taking time to read my profile! I hope to hear from you soon! I am a small business owner and make my own schedule. However, there are days that are slower than others so I have breaks where I can pop out of work if I need to. I have nice walking paths near me, I visit the dog parks, and have a two small and medium size friendly dogs to keep your babies company! I shower any and every animal with love any chance that I get!

About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. I also have experience working as a vet assistant for the last five years and have a keen eye for paying attention to the needs of our beloved fur babies. Along with experience, I am obtaining a certification as a veterinary technician, just completing my first year of a two-year program. I am currently a full-time college student, free for the summer, and have plenty of flexibility. Don't be afraid to reach out! I love animals! I stick to schedule feedings, potty breaks, and routines set by owners. Bonus: I will provide lots of belly rubs, attention, and treats if allowed.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, I’ve worked with seniors and puppies and everything in between! I’ve also worked at a doggy daycare and have done lots of grooming for both cats and dogs! I am available night and day! I am easy to reach and am ready to come at any time! I am a stay at home cat mom! I have 2 cats of my own, I give them the best nutrition and brain stimulation!
