This was our first time using Rover and leaving Toffee with someone we didn’t know, so we were definitely nervous at first. Toffee had the absolute best time running around in her huge backyard, playing with her kids and her two dogs, and getting so much love and attention. About: Though I’ve only had dogs during my childhood, my life changed when I came across my brown tabby kitty. For the past few years I’ve had the pleasure of raising him, and it’s been one of the best experiences of my life. Since then I have done many other cat sitting jobs for neighbors, and friends! I’ve watched all ages, from kittens after spay/neuter surgery to senior kitties who require medication, and special care.

About: I don’t have any professional experience yet, but I’ve spent years walking and caring for a reactive pit bull. He has taught me how to read animal body language, and how to respond to it when he is uncomfortable or nervous. I am currently working part time. I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Friday and Saturdays after 4 PM. Thursdays and Sunday I am available all day. About: My family has always had dogs. I’ve had all types of experiences with dogs. I have been pet sitting for years. I was in the 4h dog obedience project, did rally obedience, showmanship, did cgc and therapy dog training, dog agility, and I’m working at a doggie daycare and boarding facility now have been there for almost 8 years. I do work full time. But my husband works from home and agreed to help me out. So there will always be somebody at the house to watch over your pet. I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around in. I also have two 12 pound dogs that are very barky at first but then they are fine. I also have a cat that is very friendly and not afraid of dogs-does your dog get along with cats?
“We are looking to find someone to board Ollie with for weekends. To start him out slow (he has separation anxiety), we had a Meet and Greet, a short (3hr) stay and later, a full day stay. Julie was clear that her dog Zilla's comfort with Ollie was a priority, which I fully support. I won't want to trust my dog to someone who isn't looking out for ALL the dogs involved. Julie was very responsive with messages, showed us around her home and yard and was generally very calm and patient. While the dogs didn't end up getting along well enough for this to work out long term, Ollie warmed up to Julie and was definitely as calm as I've seen him after being left.”
About: I am a proud dog owner/parent who loves spending time with my two Frenchies. I love to have doggy friends come over and spend quality time playing, snuggling, and relaxing. I am currently doing consulting work from home in a part time basis and have a very flexible schedule. I can do doggy daycare during the week as well as some weekends. About: I’ve grown up in a household that has always had at least two dogs, usually 3. We also have 3 indoor-outdoor cats. I am now a student at UW Madison, and I have a 5yr old heeler shepherd mix. Throughout her life I have trained her for obedience and herding, and have dealt with low confidence and reactivity with her daily. I am experienced with dogs who are shy and tend to be reactive. I have a part time internship at UW Madison, so I have partially and completely free days every week. That being said, I will have plenty of time to make house visits around this schedule. I have experience training dogs and love hanging out with any breed of dog. I believe dogs need both mental and physical stimulation in order to be fulfilled.

About: I use to work at a vet clinic with boarding and daycare for a year. I know how to take care of dogs and entertain them. And of course cats aswell. I’m available most of the time. About: I love all animals! At home, I currently have a feisty tabby cat, and the sweetest Akita around❤️ Both require lots of love, time, and attention, but life wouldn’t be the same without them. Prior to starting on this app, I have gained experience, in the past, when I was employed as a dog sitter at a local daycare in Wisconsin Dells. I also have done yearly sitting jobs up to a week for various neighbors around town for foster dogs of all ages, and breeds, and cats! I currently have a part-time job. I consistently work on the weekends from 8:00am to 2pm on Saturdays, and Sundays. Occasionally I pick up extra shifts during the weekdays, but shifts are consistent to 5 hour increments. If I have any extra shifts scheduled, I will be sure to inform you prior to my stay. I am more than willing to come in between those times. I do not currently open my own home as I have a large Akita that requires to be the spotlight. But when stating client homes, I am open to the majority of situations. Throughout our communications with Erika through Rover prior to our vacation, and upon meeting her when we dropped our dogs off with her, she was warm, kind, and a very professional young lady. We were impressed by her and the wonderful habitat that our pups would call home for the next two weeks. Our dogs need exercise, and she excelled in that. One of our dogs even lost weight. We will return to Erika for future needs, and rest easy that our dogs are in the best hands!”
