After communicating and speaking to Paige on the phone, I realized that Paige was a true animal lover like myself. It was then I booked with her to board my Babycat while I had to go to the hospital for 2 nights. During my stay at the hospital, Paige answered text and even sent pictures of my Babycat to reassure me. “Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

We live on 37 acres in the country, so there’s plenty of room for your dog to explore. We have trails where we can walk your dog on a leash and a fully fenced 1-acre yard for safe, supervised play or a snooze in the yard. Whether your dog is active or more laid back, they’ll have what they need in our home. Your dog will be included in whatever we’re doing inside, outside or around the property. Throughout the day and evening they get a mix of supervised indoor and outdoor time, leashed walks on our wooded trails and play sessions with toys, balls and frisbees. We also make sure they have plenty of quiet time to rest and relax. Each dog's activity is adjusted based on their energy level and needs - whether they’re active and playful or prefer a more laid back routine. We are both retired so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods of time. We follow your dog's normal routine as closely as possible including feeding schedules, rest time and any specific care instructions. About: Hey everyone I’m Emma! I grew up on a farm and have worked with so many different animals species. I love working with dogs and can do lots of different training exercises with your dogs. I have worked with both large and small dogs, and dogs of all ages. I used to foster dogs, and train them up for their forever homes! I work on my family farm currently from 8am-4pm M-F. But am able to stop by around noon during my lunch break if your pet requires an extra let out and I work about 2 minutes away from my house as well. I live out on a farm, so there is a large yard for you pets to run around. I have a kennel for smaller dogs and a puppy play pen already from fostering as well as basic food dishes, toys, treats, etc.

About: I have been an animal lover ever since I can remember! I worked at Sondel Family Vet & absolutely loved it! I had to unfortunately leave due to having my first child. I always enjoyed spending my days interacting with owners and their pets to make sure they were provided with the best care (While also giving them extra love.) I have also had many pets throughout my life; including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs & bearded dragons. I even recently fostered my first dog who got adopted a few weeks after I took her in! “Emily accommodated us when our plans had to change suddenly and we needed someone to watch our pups for several hours. Her directions were great and she greeted us right away with a smile. The pups were comfortable to walk away from us with her which says a lot. She cleared the hike in advance and kept in touch with us. The boys were happy and mellow when we met to pick them and she was very understanding about their sometimes car sickness. About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. Since starting Rover, I have come in contact with all types of furry friends, all of them being great experiences. Whether your fur baby likes long walks, quick runs, or is a couch potato, I will fit to all of the needs and wants. I would love nothing more than to be able to help another during a busy week/weekend, or just a busy life. When it comes to availability, I work very well on a schedule - as well as being able to have flexibility. I am off every weekend and Monday, with lots of random days off here and there. About: I've taken care of dogs and all sorts of pets while growing up on a farm. I've also been both an overnight house sitter and dog groomer for a professional dog breeder. I do not currently have dogs with me since I’m a student but I have plenty of long breaks throughout the day as well as non-eventful nights which gives me plenty of time for pet care. Back home, I would do my farm chores and care for my animals twice a day on average but I also like to spend some extra time out there most days. I always like being aware of rules and boundaries, especially when I’m in someone else’s space and would 100% respect the home, including the pets. I also think it’s important to clean up any sort of mess made and to be very open if something were to happen at any point in time.

About: I have experience with a lot of Senior Dogs and with middle age as well. I'm a very out going person and enjoy all types of pets and animals. My schedule is pretty open I would like to do this like 25 to 30 hours per week. I can any time of the day or night. I care for my pets in their environment by giving them a lot of dog watch and I have two cats and I even frequently walk them just to stretch their legs out.
About: I have been taking care of my family's dogs since I was little. They became my responsibility about ten years ago. I also have volunteered to walk the dogs at the CVHS (Cedar Valley Humane Society). I pet-sat for a client when they went on vacation for two weeks. I'm available full time and I'm pretty flexible with the times that are needed. I do not plan on having any at-home services. My apartment does not allow pets or else I would love to watch your pets from my home. I currently work part-time but I'll have plenty of extra time to spend pampering your pet! After communicating and speaking to Paige on the phone, I realized that Paige was a true animal lover like myself. It was then I booked with her to board my Babycat while I had to go to the hospital for 2 nights. During my stay at the hospital, Paige answered text and even sent pictures of my Babycat to reassure me. She also helped load and unload Babycat in her carrier, as I am dealing with a handicap.This is how Paige takes excellent care of animals and their humans ! “Amber was amazing! Her and her family helped take great care of my 3 month old pup for a few days while we were in the process of moving. She was super accommodating and helpful, taking him in just hours after us contacting her very last minute while stressed trying to figure out what to do with him. Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

We live on 37 acres in the country, so there’s plenty of room for your dog to explore. We have trails where we can walk your dog on a leash and a fully fenced 1-acre yard for safe, supervised play or a snooze in the yard. Whether your dog is active or more laid back, they’ll have what they need in our home. Your dog will be included in whatever we’re doing inside, outside or around the property. Throughout the day and evening they get a mix of supervised indoor and outdoor time, leashed walks on our wooded trails and play sessions with toys, balls and frisbees. We also make sure they have plenty of quiet time to rest and relax. Each dog's activity is adjusted based on their energy level and needs - whether they’re active and playful or prefer a more laid back routine. We are both retired so your dog won’t be left alone for long periods of time. We follow your dog's normal routine as closely as possible including feeding schedules, rest time and any specific care instructions. We want them to feel comfortable, secure and settled while they’re here.
About: Hey everyone I’m Emma! I grew up on a farm and have worked with so many different animals species. I love working with dogs and can do lots of different training exercises with your dogs. I have worked with both large and small dogs, and dogs of all ages. I used to foster dogs, and train them up for their forever homes! I work on my family farm currently from 8am-4pm M-F. But am able to stop by around noon during my lunch break if your pet requires an extra let out and I work about 2 minutes away from my house as well. I live out on a farm, so there is a large yard for you pets to run around. I have a kennel for smaller dogs and a puppy play pen already from fostering as well as basic food dishes, toys, treats, etc.
