I had to stop my studies to come here but I haven't stopped wanting to help. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to support you and help you care for your furry babies. I have pet and house sitted for friends and family in the past. I have pet sitted cats and dogs but I'm open to help with small species and exotic pets. He was flexible and was able to do a few unplanned visits for us when our plans changed and also just to check more frequently on our cat as well. I had pretty specific instructions laid out as my cat is a little needy, and Danny was very receptive and understanding - didn’t seem phased by it at all! My cat has had issues when we are gone in the past and after working from home during COVID we were nervous but we had no issues and clearly the time Danny spent with him was just what our little guy needed. About: I have watched friends and neighbor's pets for years and decided to sign up with Rover. I love all animals. I have 1 dog and 1 cat, and they are family. I will walk, love and play with all pets staying with me and follow instructions given by their owners. I can watch puppies that are really like toddlers or older wiser members of your families. I am comfortable giving medications if needed. Most will sleep on my bed and yes, they are allowed on my furniture, but they are welcome to sleep or nap wherever they would like. I want you to go on vacation knowing they are happy and having a vacation of their own. I have a morning routine which includes a long walk, depending on temperature, playing in the yard with my dog and another walk usually late afternoon. Walks include walks around my neighborhood and also at parks. While your dog is in my care, I will not be going to any dog parks with them. I will have our dogs meet prior to accepting a job. They can play in my yard and once we are both comfortable with their meeting, we can schedule a time for drop off or pick up. While in my home they will be treated with love and respect. Walks and playtime throughout the day. They are allowed to sleep or hang out wherever they would like.

I've had lots of dog sitting experience between all those pups as well as being on Rover for 9 years now. My favorite pup is my border collie/aussie mix, Piper. She’s a rescue, almost 8 years old and all energy all the time. She’s keeps me active and taught me how to keep dogs physically and mentally exercised. About: I helped raise my own two family dogs and ensured that they were always walked, bathed, fed, and happy. It's also a habit of mine to go take the extra step like wiping my dogs and make sure they are clean after they've been outside. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dogs alongside our own family dogs, so I have experience handling multiple pets at once. I work full-time, Monday through Friday, while working from home 2-3 days a week. I also go to workout classes in the evening. Normally, if working from home, I take the dogs out for a walk in the morning. On other days, I take them for a walk in the evening. I normally take pets out 3 times a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and night. I make sure the dogs have a dedicated spot for food and bed. I have both a park and a dog park, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment, which I can take the pets to for a walk or some dog play time. There are also multiple yard-like grass areas where the dogs are meant to do their business. If pets stay with me for longer than two weeks, I bathe them every other week.

Currently, I am working in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays until about 230/3pm and work at home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Weekends are very open and only tend to leave for short periods of time to run errands I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors, as well as one Corgi at home. I do live in a two story house with the primary bedroom upstairs. Depending on the preference, dogs are usually allowed to roam free whether I am home or not but I do have gates to keep them from going upstairs if necessary.

About: I am a former Dog Walker for the Ozaukee County Humane Society and have always been active with all my own dogs. I have rescued small breed seniors age 10+ and kept them active, as well as having been an owner of young, large dogs. I have had one other private daily dog-walking position of two standard poodles. I'm currently a new grad school student at UWM (go panthers) so my schedule has a bit of flexibility to it. I have classes in the evenings at the moment and would prefer to do morning walks during the week or anytime during the weekend! While at a clients home I am very attentive to their pet and its needs and make sure to give it the same love and care as I would my own!
About: I’ve dog sit for families since I was a teenager, and I’ve always been very reliable. I’ve had all different types of breeds of dogs growing up as well. I currently work as a teacher; so I’m off for the summer. I can help any time! I can be there as early as needed. I love walking dogs and am always very interactive with all animals. I’ll never left them get bored and think stimulation for them is very important.
About: As someone who grew up on a small farm, I have been around a variety of animals since birth. I have experience caring for a variety of species and am comfortable handling any animal. I have volunteered with local animal shelters for over a decade, so I also have extensive experience caring for pets with behavioral issues and medical needs. However, as a professor at a local university, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily provide pet care during typical business hours. Additionally, I do not work in the summer, which increases my availability from mid-May to September. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!
About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was little. I've been trusted even from young ages to walk, feed, and clean up after dogs. I've never had a bad experience and I'm always willing to encounter any and every kind of dog out there with lots of love and care! I have my own pet at home, had him for 10 years. Even after so long, it's so easy and even fun sometimes to do the little things for your pets like feeding them, walking them, and just making sure you spend some quality time with them! There's never a moment I don't want to be around my pet, or any pet for that matter! I always think the key to good pet care is real love and attention. Watching for what your pets want and giving them it will make them happy. If it's attention, bring on the cuddles! If it's a walk, let's do it! And that goes for pets that aren't mine as well. I always care for them like they're mine, and will pay attention to what they want as well as what their owners know is best too!
About: I am a nearby teacher just looking to help you out with your dog/s! I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog with someone else and I want it to be stress-free for you. I have a dog of my own, and I grew up with dogs all my life and love to be around them! I can socialize your pup with mine or keep them separate. I am free most weekends and holidays. I can go on a run and/or walk with your dog or just give them a little extra love and attention. I am a big fan of all dogs whether they are big or small. I also know some about cats if you need help with them as well. I am available on weekends and if needed can work in a Friday too. This allows me to put all my attention on your pets. I have one fur baby of my own that can easily be separated from your pup if needed. I also have easily access to a crate and a neighborhood dog park.

About: I've had dogs ever since I can remember. I was brought up to love, respect and care for animals and that's why I got into vetmed back in my home country. I had to stop my studies to come here but I haven't stopped wanting to help. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to support you and help you care for your furry babies. I have pet and house sitted for friends and family in the past. I have pet sitted cats and dogs but I'm open to help with small species and exotic pets. Rest assured I'll do everything exactly like instructed by you, always with lots of love and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. About: I grew up in a large and loving family with very high-energy dogs. Last May, my husband, two kiddos and myself said goodbye to the best dog in the entire world- we miss Dexter everyday. He wasn't just a dog to us, he was family. We currently have a cat named Beans who we adopted when she was a tiny kitty. She gets a lot of attention from our 4-year-old daughter who wants to be a Veterinarian one day. Over the years, we trained Dexter (a golden retriever), and had to learn a lot about cats since neither of us grew up with a cat. Beans is very, very particular. When I was younger I helped train the family dog(s) and spent countless hours playing, walking, bathing, petting and cuddling these dogs. It has been almost one year since Dexter passed away and I miss having a dog to pet and chit-chat with everyday. I would love to spend time with your pet. Currently, I do not work. I drop one kid off at 8:30am and the other at 12:45pm, and pick up both kids at 3:30pm. We do a lot of walking and biking around town. I have a lot of free time. Our schedule will change a little bit in the summer with the kids swim lessons and a couple camping trips. Our apartment complex has a fenced-in dog run, we are near the bike path, I am happy to clean-up after your pet when necessary. I respect all pet owner's rules to ensure pet safety when walking on the leash, dietary guidelines, etc. I am able to crate animals at your house, as well as ours, if necessary.
