“This was our first time leaving Piper (our 70 lb. Golden retriever) with Alicia. The choice was easy. She had experience and there was a fenced yard. Piper is difficult to walk. “We needed care for our almost 13 year old quirky dog, Lucy for a week while we traveled to Michigan to be with my mom while she had major surgery/recovery. I found Debbie on Rover and contacted her regarding boarding Lucy while we were gone. On the phone, I immediately felt comfortable with Debbie. We chatted for 15-20 minutes and I told her all of Lucy's "quirks." She invited us over for a meet and greet right away to ensure Lucy (and us) felt comfortable. Our Lucy has been recovering from a leg injury and also has been a VERY picky eater. Therefore we needed someone that would be very patient with her. Debbie and her family were amazing. Debbie and her husband were able to get Lucy to eat regularly and also take her vitamins! This has been a feat for us let me tell you! They even taught me a couple tricks to get Lucy to eat her vitamins! And since Lucy has come home, she has been so much better with her eating and her leg as well! I couldn’t be more happy ? We received updates every single day...and Debbie took so many beautiful photos of Lucy. She really has a talent for photography! I never had to worry for a minute about Lucy. She was spoiled rotten by Debbie and her family. We cannot express how grateful we are to have found Debbie and her family.”

About: Nestled on 6 acres of wooded land, my country home is the perfect place for a pup of any age to play, relax and explore while you're away! With a large fenced in yard, toys, activies, and walks, there is so much to do! Having 14 years of experience working with pets, I feel confident in providing a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for your fur family that will leave you feeling confident and comfortable with your pet's care. After starting my career as a pet groomer, I started working at a boarding facility where I fell in love with pet care! Watching dogs interact and play, running around outside and the carefree and happy faces of all the pups ignited my passion. After four years at the boarding facility, my family and I moved to Colorado for a new job opportunity, where my love of dogs drove me to work at an animal shelter. I gained much insight and knowledge from my time there, including vet care and training, but ultimately knew that wasn't where I was meant to be. After covid hit, my family moved back to Wiscosnin, and in 2022 bought our dream home! I am so excited to welcome your furbabies into my home and give them all the love and care they could possibly need while they are with me. Whether it's exploring the land, cuddling on the couch, or catching up on some grooming, I am happy to provide anything and everything I can to make your pup love staying with me as much as their own home! Important note: Summer is my busy season, so during the months of June-August I will not be requiring a meet and greet as long as your dog has been boarded before and gets along well with other dogs. If you would still like a meet and greet, I would be happy to schedule one with you, but please be patient in scheduling as it is a busy time. Thank you! Boarding is my fulltime job so I am home every day to care for the animals. Pickup and drop off hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Every day is a new adventure! From walks to pool time in the yard, snuggles on the couch or bed and fun holiday activies, your pup will be on their own little vacation while you're away. Safety is always my top concern. While your dogs are with me they will never be left unsupervised; in the case of having to leave for a doctor's appointment etc. they will be crated. I have a fenced in yard with locks on it, so there is no chance of a dog slipping through or opening the gate. I am also trained on signals and body language to prevent dog fights or injuries.

About: I've owned numerous cats and dogs throughout my entire life, and have been raised with animals since I was an infant. I am looking to help anyone who may need the extra hand. Whether life is a little hectic or just seeking a get away, everyone can always use a little extra help. I am currently working on becoming a Certified Flight Instructor, so when I am not spending time at the airport studying/ training, I am at home studying. About: Since the day I was born, I have lived in a home with numerous types of pets. About: Hello, I’ve had animals all my life, grew up with 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have been taking care of family pets and my own pets since I was 10 years old. I am currently a mom of 2 cats, one is 11 and the other one is an 11 month old kitten. One of my part time jobs is taking care of individual with a disability and he loves to take his therapy dog (boarder collie mix) on a lot of walks and to the dog park. I have lots of energy myself and will love your pet as much as both of mine! I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets, I’m around most weekends if needed. Typically I don’t work past 2pm and can do early mornings before 7am. I have plenty of space for my cats to run around including window beds and cat trees around the house. My cats are allowed outside in a harness.

“We needed care for our almost 13 year old quirky dog, Lucy for a week while we traveled to Michigan to be with my mom while she had major surgery/recovery. I found Debbie on Rover and contacted her regarding boarding Lucy while we were gone. On the phone, I immediately felt comfortable with Debbie. We chatted for 15-20 minutes and I told her all of Lucy's "quirks." She invited us over for a meet and greet right away to ensure Lucy (and us) felt comfortable. Our Lucy has been recovering from a leg injury and also has been a VERY picky eater. Therefore we needed someone that would be very patient with her. Debbie and her family were amazing. Debbie and her husband were able to get Lucy to eat regularly and also take her vitamins! This has been a feat for us let me tell you! They even taught me a couple tricks to get Lucy to eat her vitamins! And since Lucy has come home, she has been so much better with her eating and her leg as well! I couldn’t be more happy ? We received updates every single day...and Debbie took so many beautiful photos of Lucy. She really has a talent for photography! I never had to worry for a minute about Lucy. She was spoiled rotten by Debbie and her family. We cannot express how grateful we are to have found Debbie and her family.”
