Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

About: I had a variety of cats growing up as a child so I'm very familiar with their different temperaments. Personally as an adult we have reduced a barn cat Belle who has passed but she got a life of luxury after a rough start in life. Our 2 year old ragdoll cat Rosie is the star of the show at our house currently, she loves to play and watch birds and sleeps right by me every night sometimes she seems more like a dog.

About: Hello I have been taking care of all sorts of pets since I was very young! I have experience with potty training, crate training, walking, and lots of play time. I also can give any puppers bath if need be. I also have experience with cats and many other small animals. I am free all week as I stay home with my 4 kiddos. I have 2 young kids that are 2 and 3 years old and my other 2 are 9 and 12. I always make sure that my pets and anyone else's pets are fed at a certain time, made sure they get their walks and exercise, but also make sure they get their cuddle time as well. I also make sure that they have water on hand at all times.

About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my thumbnail photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I teach at a technical college and am a personal trainer, working part-time from home and part-time out of the home. I'm often home for long hours during the day. My three kids are in public school, so dogs may have 1 to 4 dog-lovers in the home after 4pm. I offer long walks on sidewalks or trails if preferred, treats, water, lots of play and unlimited petting! I offer care in my home and dog walking. About: I've always been a huge dog lover, tried to take in every stray as a kid, I grew up around dogs like basset hounds, Labradors, poodles and beagles. I've dog sat for boxers who think they're lap dogs, I've sat for younger pups, middle aged dogs, senior dogs, small dogs and big dogs! I go on frequent walks, play tug a war, play fetch, snuggles and affection. Give dogs medication if they need it, whatever makes the dogs happy! I'm very fond of cats as well I love all the different cat personalities and just being able to have some calm moments and snuggle with them. I'm a wife, mom and accountant by day but Thursday-Sunday I have more flexibility to soak up extra pet snuggles. Watching other people's precious pups/cats allows me more animal loving time. I treat all pets just like I would my own pup or kitty cat lots of snuggles, a few treats, safe walks making sure harnesses or leashes are properly worn and make sure they are always in a safe environment.

Taking in his “puppy shenanigans” and all like he was one of her own. Amber made sure to keep me updated about how his was doing helping to ease my mind of having him away from home for the first time. Sending me pictures/videos and messages about how his day was going. She also took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable and entertained. Taking him on walks and being able to run around and play in the yard. Letting him go at his own pace and doing what made him feel safe when he didn’t like the rain or was was scared by her dog at first (he wasn’t the biggest one around anymore and couldn’t terrorize/annoy every living thing like he normally likes to do). She even went the extra mile to wash his bed after an accident over night and have him and all of his stuff packed up nicely and ready to go for me when I got there. My little boy loved playing with her and her family. And having the other dogs around for him to interact with was a bonus. When I tell you he was so excited when he first met them that I didn’t even get a second look over the shoulder or a goodbye before he took off to play with one of the kids ? (I’m still emotionally processing his betrayal ?). I could not recommend Amber enough! Your pet will be greatly taken care of (Not to mention worn out….he’s been napping since the moment we put him in the car) and all of your worries will fade the moment you get there.”

I’ve put a lot of time into training and creating a successful multidog household, which has given me experience with everything from basic obedience and leash manners to reactivity, resource guarding and special-needs dogs. As a registered nurse, I’m dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable following specific care and medication instructions. I am not only certified in human CPR but also Red Cross Dog/Cat/Pet CPR and first aide certified. I’m also used to communicating clearly, so you can expect plenty of updates while your dog is in my care I’m an RN with a rotating schedule, which gives me several days off during the week and plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. On my days off, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, playtime and plenty of attention! I am home most of the time and my husband works from home so someone will usually be here. With the occasional instances of going out a few hours at a time. We do keep our dogs crated while we are gone and have cameras on the kennel/dog room to keep an eye on them. I know every dog has their own routine, personality and comfort level. I’m happy to follow your established routine and any specific instructions for feeding, walks, medications, crates or training. I have experience with multidog households, reactive dogs and special-needs dogs, so I’m comfortable adjusting my approach to what makes your dog feel safest and most comfortable. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident your pet is well cared for while you’re away

About: I have had dogs since I was to young to remember! My passion has always been making dogs happy! Through having completely different kinds of dogs myself and helping with family and friends I have gotten experience with all type of animals!
