About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and a few years ago, I adopted my kitty, Momo. Outside of my home, I occasionally help care for friends’ cats when they travel, which some times includes overnight stays, or some times just 2x a day check ins. I love playing or just chilling with cats. I’m happy to match a cat’s energy and play or not play however it seems to like. Unfortunately, I also have experience with caring for cats at end-of-life, as well as caring for cats experiencing illness. I’ve given antibiotics to my family cats and friends’ cats. My cat Momo is particularly difficult to give medicine to - unfortunately it really stresses him out, so I am very acclimated to cat scratches.
About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of dogs since I was young. My family has a 14 year old Great Dane who I consider my baby. We have also had other smaller dogs such as a mini Aussie doodle and an Italian greyhound. I have been pet sitting dogs since I was in middle school and I always enjoyed spending time with every dog I met. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and I have experience with lifting and carrying very large senior dogs with difficulty jumping, as well as caring for dogs with sundowners. About: I’ve taken care of a couple of different types of dogs since I was young. My family and friends trusted their dogs in my care. I’m a college student looking for side work to make some extra money. but haven’t started classes yet, so I have a very open schedule. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. If possible, i also try to socialize him with people each day. Typically I take my dog to the dog park in the evening with a long walk in the morning. This works best for my dogs energy levels, but each dog is different. I am also trying to socialize my dog in public as he is a bit scared of humans so we try to hit some breweries here and there.

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

From my 1st contact to pick up our experience was so good, I contacted Madi because we were leaving town for a short vacation, Madi had questions for me when we were initial messaging, then we did a meet and greet. When we dropped Annie, of course she was a bit nervous, Madi sent several updates a day with photos & videos so that we could see Annie was doing enjoying herself with the other dogs. We will for sure be reaching out to see if Madi and Anthony are available next time we leave town.”

About: Hi! I'm a dependable animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I grew up around dogs, including a reactive German Shepherd, and I've also helped care for both small and large dogs in my family, so I'm comfortable with a variety of temperaments and energy levels. I'm especially good at reading dog body language and making sure dogs feel safe and understood. Whether it's going for walks, playing, or helping a dog burn off energy in a positive way, I focus on keeping things calm, structured, and fun. I'm patient, attentive, and reliable, and I always treat every dog like they're my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and happy while you're away. I am a college student so after 3pm on Monday's, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I am available for any of the services needed. This way I can board on the weekends for sure. I have an unfenced yard with a puppy that loves to play. I have a crate available for most dogs. I have a 100ft long leash so you don’t have to worry about your pet.
