I would always take care of the neighbors' animals when they went out of town growing up, and have pet sat for many family members and friends. I even have some experience with goats and chickens :) I currently have a pug named Ricki, but live on a family compound with a great Swiss mountain dog, a pomeranian, and my mom's two frenchies visit often. “Highly recommend Monica! Monica took amazing care of our dogs, Romeo and Leo, while we were on vacation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, responsible, and easy to work with. She kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that both Romeo and Leo were happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay. When we picked them up, they came back healthy, relaxed, and in great spirits. What really stood out was how accommodating Monica was with our constantly changing travel schedule. Our trip got rescheduled multiple times, and she was very understanding and flexible, which we truly appreciated. We also loved that she only boards a small number of dogs at a time (just two), so they get plenty of attention and care. “My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
“Kelsey and her family are amazing! They cared for my dog as though he were their own. I could tell that he quickly felt comfortable and settled in which usually takes him a little while. I appreciated that Kelsey did a meet and greet beforehand and took the time to make sure Murphy’s transition was smooth. They even included him in their family Easter celebrations and sent updates every evening with pictures! I 100% will be utilizing their services again; I brought home a very happy, tired dog! Loki can be out of sorts in a strange environment (he’s pretty set in his familiar routine), but he did really well in Mike’s care! I’m patient, dependable, and will make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, walks, and care. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like family. My wife and I both currently work full time, but I’m home by around 2:00 PM every day, so dogs would have plenty of afternoon and evening attention, playtime, and care. My wife also has Wednesdays off, which gives even more time during the week for walks, backyard play, and companionship. We have a large fenced backyard with plenty of space for dogs to safely run, play, and go potty. I also have two boys, ages 8 and 5, who absolutely adore dogs and are very gentle and comfortable around them. They grew up with our boxer, so being around dogs is a big part of our home. We’re a very dog-loving family, and your pup will get lots of attention, playtime, and affection while staying with us!
“Sheri is a great sitter! She watched our energetic young Lab while we were on our honeymoon. She sent us photos of our dog every day, which we loved. She kept our pup busy, walking her often and playing fetch in the backyard. We arranged a meet-and-greet with her beforehand, so our dog could meet her dog, and that helped put our minds at ease.
