“Charis was the absolute perfect pet sitter for our adopted Pug. Our pup had never been boarded before. And, because she’s used to going with us almost everywhere she experiences significant separation anxiety when she cannot go. And, although she likes her crate we do not crate her at night. She has always slept on our bed with us. Charis understood & did not have any problem allowing our pup to sleep on their bed with them. And, dog loves playing with other dogs. So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. It was very obvious that our pup had a great time because she came home exhausted & happy. And, was very relaxed & at peace the next day. We also really appreciated receiving daily updates & photos via text. It really helped to set our minds at ease. We definitely intend to use Charis again. About: I have taken care of animals of all ages, sizes and breeds! I am a huge dog lover with a huge heart for every animal! I have experience in leash training, potty training and kennel training, as well as basic commands (I.E sit, stay, speak, lay down, roll over etc). I have always had a passion for animals and will take care of your fur babies as if they were my own! I am currently available 24/7! I am a full time sitter and I am always home, so your pets will never be alone or in a kennel. I have an open schedule on the weekdays, weekends and I am even available on holidays! I do not currently work which gives me all of the time in the world to play, love on, and cuddle your fur babies! I am flexible on dates, long term and short term, as well as last minute care needed! I have a spacious 3 bedroom townhome with plenty of grassy areas, one dog park in the vicinity, and a short commute to larger parks and dog parks! My significant other has just as much love to give as I do, so your animal will always get enough love & attention! We have two children in the house so please consider that before booking with me! I stay home with my two children so I will be home pretty much all day/night to take care of your fur babies! If I ever have to step out it’s not for long and I always come right back. I follow instructions to a T! If you have any specific instructions please provide them via message or written down. I try to make the experience here for the animal the exact same as it would be at home, so staying on their schedule is key! I am willing to accommodate any requests you may have (crating them, brushing them, bathing them etc). Please keep in mind that bathing/grooming is an extra fee but if asked about I will have no issue doing so!

Know that I have a cat of my own, Bo (8 years), but he does great with other pets. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and lots of time to care for your furry baby! I’m able to provide plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and check-ins throughout the day, so your pet won’t be left feeling lonely while you’re away. I live in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with plenty of safe space for your kitty to explore and get comfortable. For new visitors, I reserve my laundry room/guest bathroom as their own quiet space so they can decompress and adjust to their new environment at their own pace. Once they’re comfortable, there’s a long hallway that’s perfect for zoomies and plenty of room to explore! I also have a third-floor balcony that my own cat absolutely loves. He spends hours watching the hummingbirds fly up to visit him. 🐦 Any visiting kitties will always be closely supervised if they spend time on the balcony with me. I know every cat adjusts differently, so I’m happy to give them as much space, attention, or company as they need to feel safe and at home. 🐱

I love dogs and have experiencing walking dogs, fostering shelter dogs, and house sitting. “Charis was the absolute perfect pet sitter for our adopted Pug. Our pup had never been boarded before. And, because she’s used to going with us almost everywhere she experiences significant separation anxiety when she cannot go. And, although she likes her crate we do not crate her at night. She has always slept on our bed with us. Charis understood & did not have any problem allowing our pup to sleep on their bed with them. And, dog loves playing with other dogs. So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. It was very obvious that our pup had a great time because she came home exhausted & happy. And, was very relaxed & at peace the next day. We also really appreciated receiving daily updates & photos via text. It really helped to set our minds at ease. We definitely intend to use Charis again. And, we will highly recommend her services to everyone we meet.”
