About: I’ve been caring for animals for 10years and have cared for many different dogs breeds from young to senior. I was raised around many types of animals including horses, dogs, cats. My love for animals shows in my ability to be patient and assess their individual needs. Your animal will be well taken care of and have you feeling worry free. In my home I feed animals 2 times a day at 8am and 8pm. I take dogs out to go to the bathroom at 7:30am, 11:30am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and lastly at 9:00pm. If your animals needs to go out after that I will do so. I have an unfenced yard but use a staked leash in the ground. I also can take them out on your leash if your more comfortable with that, but if your dog is a jumper (needing a 6ft fence) he/ she will be leashed walked for potty time and can walk them for a good period of time. Everyday at the best weathered part of the day or around noon I will be taking your fur-baby out for at least an hour walk or go to the dog park/ run if allowed during longer stays (more than 2 days). For the animals that I will be taking care of at their home I will feed them on the schedule that you have for them already and as close to those times as possible. I will take them on a 30 min walk at least once a day and give take them out to go to the bathroom once in the morning and once in the evening. If you let me know what needs to be done and it will be done as close to the times as possible Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs or allergies i.e. seasonal and/or food so I can take the appropriate measures to insure he/she has a wonderful time within those limits. I also request that you let me know of any behavioral needs that he/she has ahead of time. for example if they get along with other dogs and animals, or pull on there leash ( mainly for bigger dogs) etc.

About: I carry a business insurance policy for petcare. My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.

Our cat does not warm up to everyone but Jillian seemed to have little problem making friends with him. :) Jillian helped us to enjoy our trip more than normal because we just knew we had nothing to worry about with our cat’s health and happiness while we were away. About: I use gentle, kind, positive training. Safety and well being are my top priorities. I only watch one to two dogs at a time so I can give your dog the attention they need. I treat them as one of the family when they stay with me. My neutered male goldendoodle will love to play with your dog all day. I crate as little as possible. I only crate when I leave the house for a bit and at bedtime. The dogs get to run around in the yard and be supervised for safety. I will throw a ball or stick for the dogs. We have toys, sticks and bones to chew on. If they know how to use a doggy door that's a plus and I am willing to train. I have a 1/2 acre fenced backyard. *Part of my fence is only 4 foot tall, if you think your dog will jump over it, I probably won't be a good fit for you. Your dog's safety and welfare is my highest priority. The dogs have their own area inside my house in the main room by the backdoor slider, they are not allowed to run all over the house or be up on the furniture. They are constantly supervised. The dogs can go in and out of the house all day through their own doggy door, if they don't like the doggy door I will open the back door for them. There is fresh water available inside the house and outside all day long. Your dog will be fed on your current schedule, I try to keep their normal routine as much as possible. I will crate them for bedtime in my kitchen from 9pm to 6am. Bring an item that smells like home for them to sleep with, to help them feel calm.

About: Dogs seem to love me because I love them. We have a lot of fun! I make them feel valued and important. I give them lots of attention and love. Because I'm fair and big on respect, they feel safe loved calm and happy. They really thrive on that Dogs really need to get out run and play. I take them early in the morning and then at dusk. This is important for their mental as well as physical well being. It's the best part of my day. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. I have two dogs that compete and play frisbee and I can teach your dog too. I also like good nutritious treats and make my own. Dogs are God's wonderful complement to mankind. I love them!!!

There are safety gates through out my home and also on my deck to ensure their safety in my home and in my fenced-in backyard. They are guaranteed to have fun with lots of toys and the 3 inhouse playmates (my friendly, loving golden pack of love) with full freedom to use the secure doggy flap-doors themselves for potty breaks. All doggy-guests get their first free grooming session with my portable doggy spa unit with rinse-free shampoo , hair trim if needed and brushing. No nail trims or grinding though. They also get to learn a trick or two in exchange for tasty treats of course. In short, they will be well-cared for, with love and lots of fun and exercise, packed into their play time. The nearby Hamblem park is just a few feet away for a good walk and play on a sunny day, in the summer or winter.

I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. About: I will feed and water your pets as needed take them out for lots of walks! Give lots of attention or comfort when they miss you and or cry for you I have a pets that have done that. Take them potty as much as they need I love animals. I am flex so I will work and help animals as much as needed or even do drop byes what ever is needed. i love going outside and walking pets and helping people with there pets cat or dog Ill pay with them clean there cat boxes I do all of that. About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been volunteering, fostering, & working professionally with dogs, reptiles, & other animals for 10+ years. I've yet to meet a pup that I haven't loved, and vice versa. I have a high energy dog of my own, and I have previously worked at a doggy daycare & a grooming salon, so I have tons of hands-on experience with every dog breed and temperament you can imagine. My time at the doggy daycare gave me insight into animal body language, so I feel very comfortable handling multiple pups at a time as well as anxious dogs or ones that require some extra care. Animals generally seem to be much more at ease in the comfort of their own homes, so my main service is in home sitting or drop-in visits. I am also comfortable handling caged animals & reptiles. I have worked in a pet store & taken care of everything from fish and hamsters to birds & snakes. I also have two snakes & a lizard of my own. I am happy to travel to housesit, so feel free to send a request no matter how far you may be. I am also a photographer & am happy to include a photo package in your sit if that’s something that would interest you! I recently quit my job to spend two months volunteering at a wildlife sanctuary in South America, so I currently have all the time in the world for your pets, & I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend this period of free time than with animals. I do my best to emulate your pet’s usual schedule in your home. If I need to leave for any period of time & can’t take your pup with me, I’d leave them however you normally do. About: I carry a business insurance policy for petcare. My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.
About: I have taken care of any animal you can think of. I worked in veterinary clinics for 15 years. One of the clinics sees all animals including wildlife. I have dealt with a lot of emergencies and understand animal body language well. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 horse and a rabbit. I really do love animals and love taking care of them. Bonding and connecting with animals is very special to me and I will treat your pet just the same as if they were my own. Spending as much time outdoors is very important to me so I can assure you that your pet will get to be outside playing whenever possible! I have a great big yard that is always available or we can go for hikes that are nearby to your location. My current lifestyle allows me to be open during most mornings and evenings and sometimes during the day. As long as I know ahead of time, I may or may not be able to accommodate some random hours.
