She dispensed ear meds for one of my cats for an ear infection and took time to play with them and gave updates about how they were eating and interacting with her. I have one cat that is fearful of anyone new, and after a few days, she was comfortable with Rose and played with a wand toy with her!! That was a huge step for this kitty!! She gave me peace of mind during my time away which was invaluable! The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) We live in quiet housing complex right off of Smokey Point Blvd. that gives you quick and easy access to I5. We have a 6'' fenced back yard, live at the end of a dead end street, very little traffic.
About: I've taken care of of family pets since at least 8 years old, I've trained puppies. Ive always loved animals and I've had Dogs, Cats, and Reptiles. I've never missed a feeding time for any of our pets. I make sure to feed our dogs in the morning and the night, or whatever schedule has been asked. But I have plenty of free time for playing with my animals. Well I love to walk so dogs always get enough exercise, and I make sure to groom my dogs monthly, and I make sure to feed all of my pets well enough.
About: I have had a lot of different dogs and animals, and I love all kinds of animals. I was raised on a farm with horses, goats, chickens, cats, dogs and so on. I love dealing with animals and taking of them. I also love to make sure that all animals are well taken care of. I like to take my dog on walks instead of just putting him in the backyard when it's time to go outside, I also make sure that my dog gets all the exercise and play time he could ask for. I would do the same thing for your animals, I would make sure they are happy, and that they feel at home as most possible. I would treat them as if they were my own. I'm currently not work so I am available any time and any day of the week. I would prefer to have the weekends off but I can make exception. :) My two dogs at home I feed them every morning around 9 am and I let them out in the yard and play with them to let out there energy and from there I let them out every 2 hours. :)
