About: I am an experienced obedience dog trainer who wishes for a work-life balance helping animals!! Animals have been my passion throughout my life, ranging from reptiles, rodents, to dogs. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) “Very very satisfied. My dog is 160 pounds of love and came out bouncing after a two day stay. She sent photos of him playing with another dog and having a great time. I highly recommend Rachael as a go to for dog sitting.”
“Sheri was great. She made sure to send us pictures daily while also making sure our dog got a ton of exercise and attention. Our chocolate lab Daisy and her chocolate lab Sam got along great. She also made sure to clean our dog's ears every day for us since she was having issues with a yeast infection from playing in the ocean. I would recommend her for everybody. ”
“April was awesome! Pinky had a great time and we got pictures and videos. It was our first time leaving her with a sitter and we were nervous, but we’re put at ease as soon as we arrived. And Pinky is now crate trained!! If we are ever in the area again, we would board with April!”
