“Kathryn was an absolute joy to work with. My dogs loved her and had an absolute blast staying with her! She was very communicative and checked in each day to let me know how they were doing.”

“Emily is the absolute best and we so highly recommend her! We are moving out of the area and can only hope to find someone as wonderful to take in our pup when we can’t travel with her. Emily loves her guests like her own and provides updates, always assuring us our pup is well cared for and having a great time. Thank you Emily!!”

“Bucky seemed well taken care of, communication was wonderful. I could tell she cared for Bucky and that was lovely. He was stressed and didn't want to eat during his stay, but she ensured he was cared for and took the time to help him settle in and eat. There were two very energetic dogs, not one as listed, and that was overwhelming for me and Bucky upon arrival. I was grateful he seemed to acclimate quickly.”

“Danelle was wonderful! This was my second time having my pup stay with her and she was fantastic. Danelle goes above and beyond to communicate with the owners and definitely made my dog feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend her and will definitely go to her first for future dog sitting needs.”

“Samantha took very good care of our puppy and we will definitely book with her again! We got lots of pics and updates while we were gone and our pup seemed happy and comfortable when we picked him up.”

“Leslie was outstanding with my older dog, Ginger. She took picures and sent me text messages to let me know how she was doing. So pleased with her care that I booked a second stay next month!”

“Patricia is truly a 5-Star sitter! We really appreciate the time and attention she invested in getting acquainted with our boxer's particular needs and quirks. She was very positive and great communicating both before and during Rocky's stay. We received daily updates, both stories of his antics, or pic's of him just relaxing with the family. Clearly, they made him feel welcome. At one point during our trip, Patricia even helped us out with a minor emergency house visit. You know you've found a great pet sitter when you see an attachment has formed when you pick up your pet. We will definitely ask Patricia to care for Rocky again. Highly recommend!”

“Eileen and Jeff are fantastic sitters. We never once worried about our dog because she would send updates and pics each day. They have watched my dog several times and it’s always been a great experience. Highly recommend!”

“Sophia was wonderful and caring of Forrest. I came to Spokane for a work meeting and needed a last minute care for Forrest. Sophia has excellent communication and sent regular photos of Forrest. I would highly recommend Sophia!”

“Neila did a great job taking care of our pup Chai and keeping us informed with regular photos and updates. He came home super happy and tired after a wknd of play !”

“Brooke was so great with my pup and accommodating! We were visiting out of state and she made me feel comfortable that Goose would be just fine. She provided updates and gave a little tour of where Goose would be playing during her stay. Goose & I highly recommend Brooke!”

“Lynda was wonderful looking after Nellie! We received pictures and comments about Nellie during our trip so we could see she was having a nice time while we gone! Lynda is a great dogsitter and Nellie did well in a home vs boarding kennel setting. She missed us but enjoyed playing with other dogs!”

“We have booked with Natasha 3 times now, and our little puppy basically considers her place his second home! My dog hasn’t interacted with very many other dogs, however his experience with her has made him so much more social. She is so flexible and communicates very well with us. We look forward to continuously book with her for the future, and I would recommend her for anyone!”

About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. If you need my number please shoot me a msg! (I dont have it listed since its linked to an account I forgot) My schedule is usually rather free most days now. If you let me know in advance I can happily give you my schedule which usually consist of appointments. There's a huge fenced yard in the back and the house is always cooled. They're no kids here either. I certainly would welcome a house tour if you feel inclined to.
About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. For security and safety I please ask for NO GUNS OR SUBSTANCES in house. I want to feel safe in the environment same goes for your pets. Thanks! I’m making this a full time job. M-F. I’m flexible with the scheduling. I’m open to picking up and dropping off clients dogs. Dogs will have one of us home with them. I have a fenced yard and five cats. I rescued two which are a mom and her kitten. My three cats are fun to spend my day with as well. I have a senior cat that needs daily meds and I try all I can to keep them happy and healthy.
“Irene was a SUPERB host for my Rita and will absolutely be re-booking in the future! Facilitated a smooth meet and greet, welcomed Rita in, and was in clear and consistent communication.”

“Jeremy did a wonderful job. I received a bunch of photos of Lily everyday while we were away. I can tell Lily was doing well and doing a lots of fun activities which definitely eased my mind. When we finally got home, Lily was exhausted and for a high energy dog, it was good to see. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jeremy.”

“Elena treated my dogs like her own. My dogs interacted with hers fir more socialization. I felt very comfortable leaving them in her hands, even though my 1 yo pup can be extra!”

“Mandy is very thoughtful in her service. She sent me daily updates my baby fur girl and she gave me a bow tie wordrup in the end to dress up my dog. My dog as well enjoyed her stay at Mandy's home.”

“Jackie is amazing - my cat has only been with me a couple week, and is very shy, and Jackie was able to get her to come out from hiding. Litter box was always clean and food and water were always taken care of. I will definitely be using Jackie in the future.”

“Lauren did such a great job caring for our cat Tiva! She was very sweet and sent updates everyday. She was always very reliable and professional, and had great communication with any questions or updates. I will definitely be reaching out to Lauren again if we go on another trip! :)”

“Alexys was amazing! She took my last minute booking request and our cat loved her! She was on time and took lots of pictures. Would definitely recommend her and rebook her again.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from Pomeranians to Labradors. I have also worked at veterinary clinics, dog daycares and animal shelters. I have experience providing care to both puppies and senior dogs, as well as taking care of medical needs for special cases in both dogs and cats. Animals are my passion, and I promise I will treat your pets like my own. I am available Monday through Sunday full time. I can be available morning starting at 10am to evenings ending at 8pm. I am also available to pet sit in your home any day of the week. I do not have the means to provide boarding in my home. But I would love to take care of your pets in your home, where I’m sure they’ll feel safe and comfortable. I require a meet and greet prior to house sitting as well as a smoke free, tidy, and hygienic house.
“Ashton and Shelby are responsible, caring and conscientious. They are great at communicating, and showed flexibility when I had a need for an extra visit. Knowing that they were truly caring for my animals helped me have the peace of mind needed to relax and enjoy my trip. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them again. My cats, rabbits, fish and plants were all well-looked after and I really enjoyed all the photos and updates!”

About: For the past two decades, I've dedicated my time to caring for my own dogs and assisting in the well-being of family and friends' pets during their absences. Engaging with these animals outdoors brings me immense joy, as I cherish the unique connection formed with each individual. Witnessing the special bond that animals forge with us, just as we are, has been a consistently rewarding experience throughout my years of animal care. Incorporating pet sitting into my routine seamlessly aligns with my full-time job, as I dedicate my lunch break to check on pets. This ensures they receive a midday break, creating an environment where they can enjoy their evenings engaging in activities or simply relaxing, fostering a stronger bond. I specialize in caring for pets within the comfort of their own homes. This familiar environment allows them to feel at ease in their daily routines. I meticulously follow provided care instructions, ensuring the owners feel reassured about their pets' well-being while they are away.

About: I love connecting with every cat’s unique personality, whether they’re playful, shy, or independent. I’m patient, gentle, and experienced with all kinds of feline needs, from playtime and cuddles to administering medications. I’m also happy to keep litter boxes fresh and clean, and I make sure every visit is calm, safe, and full of attention so your cat feels happy and loved while you’re away.

About: I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from puppies to the oldest of fellas. Some have had strict diets and medications that needed to be taken at specific times. I always make sure to give dogs plenty of exercise especially if they are crate trained, just get them tuckered out before needing to be put away for the night. House rules are always respected as well, your house is just as important as your dog! I am a full time student at SOU as well as an athlete so I will need to work around my class and practice schedule however, I scheduled classes to give me a little morning time and have evenings free! Periodic check-ins Monday-Thursday work best, staying full time at ones house works best Friday-Monday morning. While I can’t take in pets as I live in the dorms at SOU, I can carve out time to come meet the client and pets before the trip if that would give a sense of comfort, learn about the home and such. I am comfortable giving oral medicines to stubborn dogs, I have one myself! I have worked in houses that have cameras and/or pet cameras in and out of the house so I am comfortable with that too!
About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old, any breed or size. I even used to have 2 of my own before they passed away . But now i can’t house any dogs so id love to take care of yours ! I am currently in college at EWU and on the track and cross country team . I have class part day and run part of the day so hard to work a regular job and need something to do in the mean time like walk someone’s dogs or feed some cats ! I have an apartment so I unfortunately can’t board pets but can house sit or stop in most times of the day or week !
“Jenn was amazing! This was our first time leaving our cat alone, and I was so nervous. During the Meet & Greet, seeing how genuinely caring she was, and how well she interacted with him, put our minds at ease. She took excellent care of him, and we looked forward to her daily updates. She's definitely our top choice for pet sitting.”

“Sarah is THE BEST dog sitter! Kind, considerate, detail oriented, great communicator. She took care of my pup Piper during the day for a few days while I was in town to watch a volleyball tournament, and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out. I really appreciated the status update text messages that Sarah sent from time to time, and it was abundantly clear from the pics she shared that Piper was totally comfortable and really enjoying her time there. Also -- a big shout out to Sarah's pup, Sully, for sharing his home and his mom with Piper for a few days! He was a great host and he & Piper got along very well. I would hire Sarah again in a heartbeat if/when we visit Spokane again!”

I have experience with everything from daily feeding, walks, playtime, and overnight stays to giving medications and providing extra support when a pet needs a little more attention. About: I love animals, I have two cats of my own and spend so much time with them when at home. I trained them to sit and stand on their hind legs for a treat! I am currently working three days a week at a Dental office and going to college part-time. I would love to help out with animals during my free time. I enjoy taking dogs on walks for bathroom breaks, to stretch their legs and my legs, going to parks to throw a ball and let them run. I also love giving dogs and cats attention and lots of treats!
About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. If you need my number please shoot me a msg! About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. I will do my best to leave it just as I found it, or even cleaner.
About: I can’t offer any services after August! I will be moving out for college :) I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

About: I have been a dog house sitter for some family friends for over the course of a year. I connect instantly with dogs, they feel they can trust me. I have no professional training experience but am very patient with the dogs when necessary. I am currently in between jobs so am very flexible at the moment. Looking to get part or full time work soon. Prefer mornings and afternoons. Keep them mostly inside, as I do not have a fenced yard. Take them on daily walks. House is roomy to play around. Not looking for boarding.
About: 20+ years of trusted experience in responsible, professional, compassionate stewardship of pets, livestock, houses, apartments, farms, barns, and grounds, with skills that include medication administration, senior and special needs animal care, meal prep, farm maintenance, animal husbandry, dog training, and much more. I currently work remotely, which allows me to be highly flexible and mobile for farm sitting, house sitting, and pet sitting. Access to internet would be a requirement for me to watch your home and pets for long periods during the day and for overnight and extended stays. As an animal lover and one who prides himself on being responsible and reliable, I put the security of your home and your pets' needs, comfort, enrichment and safety as my first priority. Your animals and home will never be neglected!

About: I am Suzy I grew up on a farm in a small town. I just retired from being a private hospice caregiver. I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, pigs, goats and horses. I have had my own dogs and cats and started helping more with pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family. I have an alternative medicine degree and it has helped me not only in my personal life but also with my animals lives. I am good with dogs and cats that have high energy and separation anxiety. I am loving being retired and building my pet sitting business that revolves around cuddles with cats and dogs. I started doing this because I have 3 grand pups and 1 grand cat along with 1 human grand daughter and it has brought me peace and happiness. I was lost on what I wanted to do with this part of my life. I immensely enjoy pet sitting and meeting new pet owners and pets. I am not in a position to have pets at my home. However in your home I am there to help your animal not feel alone by giving them the attention they need or what you have requested.

About: I have had dogs in my home since I was a child and I have brought my kids up with pups, too! I am familiar with dogs of all ages and when your dog is here they will be treated like family. I am also respectful of any training that you have done with your pup and am happy to work with your household rules, too! I am on summer break as a teacher so I am typically home during the day for unlimited potty breaks, walks, love, and attention. Dogs are family and your pup and I will interact all day. I have a fenced yard and a six year old, friendly, energetic pup of my own for your dog to play with. I also have two children who are familiar with dogs, boundaries, and appropriate play.
“Cheryl was amazing and was flexible for our unexpected trip in Spokane. Juniper had amazing time at Cheryl's with other wonder doggos! She sent lots of pics and updates. Juniper came home happy and tired after fun with friends. Would definitely recommend!”

“Phillip was great with Baldur. I loved the pictures I received. Baldur has medical issues and I got regular updates about his health and how he was doing. I would book with him again.”

“Krysta was so fantastic! She was so sweet with our dogs, treated them as her own, and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated on how they were doing. We highly recommend her and will definitely look to her first for future stays for our pups.”
“Cheyenne was a great choice for Zion! She welcomed Zion into her home like she was a part of the family and even sent her home with a cute bag of treats! Once home, Zion was very relaxed and calm (which isn't common for her after being away from us). Cheyenne was very responsive with communication and sent great pics often. I would 100% book with her again.”
